I want to say something to negative feedback people. I am one of the curam collage students. I am from India and English is my second language. I can say if I can do this program and pass it at first attempt then every body can do it. When I was taking classes, I was super duper busy MOM and also a community college student because I was working on my RN prerequisites at same time. After cooking, cleanup, get done my all chores then I went to study. I want say to negative feedbacker that if you don.t have capability to do something then do not blame college or staff members because they are doing their best to make you or all of us to be success. Very first, If you dont have patience or ability to handle situations then nursing field is not for you because in this field you have to deal with various type of behavior, and attitude peoples. Top of that you are dealing with physically sick people and never expect any good from person who is suffering with decease in their live. You guys need to mentally prepare yourself before come in this field. I am very thankful to Dr. William for giving me chance to earn something in my life, and thankful to all other staff members who always stand with me by knowing my weaknesses and helped me to achieve my goal. Education is a ocean, and it depends on you how deep you dig in it to get precious stones. If you dont go deep then do not blame others for sand in your hands. I love Curam Collage because it has changed my life and today I am living a good life because of it.

My sister went to this school and had the worst experience. Theory professor is absolutly nuts, disorganized and raises his voice at the students. My sister went there to get higher qualification LVN from there but everyday when she back home from school she cried because of that professor. He is so rude and shouts so high that anybody can hear from outside of the building. I never heard teachers like him in US . And also he discriminates . My cousin is looking for nursing school but we didn’t suggest him to go Curam College of Nursing.I suggest you guys don’t waste your money. Better to pay more in other college Instead of going in Curam College of Nursing

I have a very good experience with this school.I have graduated in LVN, passed NCLEX and become LVN nurse. I highly recommend CURAM COLLEGE, i had the best experience in class and clinical instructor. DR. WILLIAM provided us a high quality education, He showed us professionalism, his strong work of ethics inspires me to be like him in the future. he is very considerate to students. You can see the passion and he really wants his students to learn and develop for the better.Thank you to give me a best experience of my life and help me to become a nurse, it changed my life.

This school is the best school you could ever find. Many of friends and family have gotten there education from here . I’m so happy that they told me about this school or I would have been totally lost without it . I took a I.V and Blood Withdrawal certification. I was very impressed with the instructors and the rest of the staff in the office. The office staff where able to answer all the questions I had about the courses. The instructors had patience when I wasnt preforming, and helped to boost my confidence. Their kindness made me return despite my lack of skill, and by the end of the class I passed and was able to complete my class with competency. Thank you Dr. Williams and staff. Highly recommend Curam College to others.

The staff is so Rude and careless. The young boy in the front with long hair should be fired had no manners wasn’t listening to what I was asking & talked to me very rudely. He was playing games on the computer and kept laughing. This school’s staff is very careless they don’t do there work right. Half of the staff looks high especially the young boy in the front with long hair. It was a bad experience for me the first time only went there to get some information. I wonder who there boss is who can’t control its staff. Worst school.

Very bad experience with staff, receptionist with long hair Has so much attitude doesn’t know how to talk to someone lies so and doesn’t listen it’s always seems high on something kept laughing for no reason moreover they treat them with no respect. They don’t value anyone’s TIME.

I don’t even want to give 1 star to this school but have give to post this. This school is a fraud they are so cheap all it wants is your money the boss can’t control its employees they are so rude. The staff is so dumb yet careless. Rules are different for each student. My friend Who recently drove 4 hours to that school had the worst experience. she saved me from going to this school she doesn’t recommend any of us going to this school.

Dirty staff have no respect for anyone they all unnecessarily waste everyone’s time. Bothering and harassment felt by the staff. They have no integrity and compliance with there work and staff should be fired. THE SCHOOL SHOULD CLOSE DOWN.

This school is the worst school in the history. The staff is so unprofessional. I called them to ask about classes the employe kept putting me hold laughing for no reason and eating while taking. Didn’t provide me with any information that I needed told me I don’t have to answer your questions. The staff lie so much. I would warn anyone who wants to take admissions to be careful they r very rude don’t take responsibility. Careless to the point where you want to slap each and everyone.

I am not a student but I have read some negative reviews. If you are not able to take a blood pressure then you should have practiced more. Honestly. Sounds like a bit of an issue with your assertiveness also. As a student a few years ago I would tell the CNAs that I would do their vital signs for them. This wasnt ever an issue- CNAs are overworked and underpaid and end up doing 95 percent of the work. That being said I hope that I never have a CNA work with me that blames everything on everyone else instead of themselves.

Entrance to the College Building is way in the back (facing the freeway) gated with rod iron gates.You pay cash (out of pocket) for every class you enroll in. I paid $43 cash only no cards for my livescan the place they sent me, too. And paid $100 to hold my class. Lost money. This school didn’t work out sadly. 😢Unfortunately, the driving distance plus my personal safety steered me away from this college.If the area is ok for you, you should sign up. Seems very reasonable in their pricing.I inquired about the courses they offer; CNA, LVN. Located in a high crime area of Sacramento. If another school opened up near me I would strongly consider this school.Tour the school for free today the person that does tours is very personable and friendly.

I am currently attending the Curam College LVN program.I am in class number tweleve and there are 10 other classes that graduated before me.This school is fully accredited and has been established since 2003.I would recommend this college to anyone that is willing to work hard to become a nurse.I have passed all my tests with the help of my teachers and fellow students.Instructors are available before, during and after school.They are so flexible and understand that we have duties outside of school.As long as you ask for help the instuctors are always willing to help you and will never leave you behind.If you want to take a step to better your future I would highly recommend giving Curam College a Call.

This school opens up doors for everyone and they assure you will be a well trained nurse whos ready to be an lvn. Professors might seem tough and have high expectations but its actually for your own benefit, pushing yourself harder than you do and do your actual best and not cheat yourself by just doing ok. I enjoyed my learning experience and environment, greatful to the teachers that took time to enhance my knowledge and skills and the faculty staff who devoted their time to help me accomplish my goal and graduate successfully.

I know a few students from this school, and ive consistently have heard nothing but negatives about Curam College. This Sacramento campus has ONE instructor, and Ive been in and never was I consented, or approached about my high school diploma. Although it also may sound like a positive, Curam College also offers extra credit when private institutions arent even allowed to! Another key to why I will NEVER send my children here, students are scared to be hands on and approach the instructor because he makes sexual comments towards some of the girls. Recently, Ive heard someone from the office department is having relations with a student! In total, theirs a reason why the education fees at this school are cut in half. I would rather send my children or refer family or friends to be a nurse at a top notch school and program and tell them its worth to pay the money, then sending your kid to such an unsystematic nursing school.

Please do not waste your money. This school does not teach its students. I did the CNA program and you spend one week in the classroom and the next three weeks providing St. Clair nursing home with free labor. You are not taught any of the 25 skills required to pass the Red Cross exam, so much so the students are failing at the exam because they can’t even take a persons blood pressure. I came to this school because I let my CNA exam expire so I had previous training through a few other programs and this was the most cost effective. I was shocked on the program guidelines. If you have no previous healthcare background this is not for you as your told that you have to teach yourself and learn on your own what you need to know. So your 1st week is class time you take 3 exams a day so the book is done by the end of the week. Don’t worry if you fail they’ll let you attempt as many times as necessary and give you the answers as needed. The following Monday you are at the nursing home on your own without being taught how to care for a resident you are providing patient care and doing so for the next 15 days. The school expects the CNA to teach you but they themselves don’t know. They say it’s not their job and just give you orders. Once in awhile the teacher who is never seen during clinical will pop up and take the class to show a skill but starts off with “ this is not how your supposed to do it” what a waist. The facility has a high turnover and low pay I bet you will not meet a friendly person here nor learn anything. I have mentioned my complaints and have gotten nowhere instead the owner son verbally attacked me for speaking up he said to do my job and don’t worry about their business or how they run the school and no refunds so if I’m not happy then leave but I won’t get my money and laughed.

If u want a great nurse, give them a call dont loose this opportunity

This is the worst school Ive ever heard about, i hope it gets shut down. The school is full of frauds and unprofessional professors. They take your money and just before you think youre going to graduate they kick you out. Rules are different for each student, they favortise certain students. Only kicked out students of the indian ethnicity. This school is beyond disgusting due to their instructors sexual comments in class. I hate to write bad things about any place. I went to this school so I could get my LVN done with higher education as they promised me. I did my CNA as I was told to do so before I could start LVN program. They lied about everything to be honest. They would lie to you about everything. Too much drama at that school and no proper education. They lied to the other students that I left that school cause they made me wear shorts. No thats a big lie. I left that school cause they dont give you the education they were supposed to. thats true that they only have 1 instructor. I have uploaded my letter why i really left that school. I Just want to warn the public that the so called Curam College of Nursing in South Sacramento is a fraud. It has been collecting a lot of money from the unsuspecting LVN students (SVN) promising quality instructions from qualified nursing instructors. But most of the time the LVN students are made to watch worthless videos in class because one of the instructors did not show-up or called-in sick. In most of the times, the owner of this school uses his son to fill-in for the absent instructors. During such occasions the students are made to debate the issues that has been bothering them in that school. After that they are made to watch worthless VHS Videos the whole day. When the students complains to the owner of the school that they are not getting proper instructions from the nursing instructors, the owner of this nursing school would be very rude to the students telling them that they dont expect to be spoon-fed by his instructors. The owner of the school rudely tells the students that they need to study most of the materials themselves and NOT to expect the teachers to be able to teach everything. There is rampant corruption and outright favoritism being practiced at Curam College of Nursing. Some students at Curam College of Nursing that happens to be close (friends) to the owner of this school has been receiving extra credit for school work they never did or turned-in to the administration of this school. When the students complain about the out-right favoritism/corruption in awarding fake grades to the well-connected students, the owner of the school rudely tells the students that it was an honest mistake and if they can write to the board and complain. During the Clinicals some nursing instructors has been observed favoring the students they like and neglecting the SUV students they dont like. This has resulted in some students in this school not getting any hands-on training during the Clinicals because of the nursing instructors at the Clinicals dont want to show some students what to do. When those neglected students tries to do a certain procedure during the Clinicals without the presence of the nursing instructor, the students are threatened with the deregistration from the SVN program. Curam College of Nursing does not offer any Financial Aid. Every student that attends to this college has to pay the exorbitant fees charged by this school out of their own life-long savings hoping to get the best Nursing Instructions out of this very private college. But I want to warn the public that this is not the case. Curam College of Nursing is a fraud and a big joke. Please dont waste your hard earned money with this worthless college.
