Anova culinary dont respond to you when you have a problem. so i dont recommend it. they dont help.

Fantastic quality sous vide unit. Dont waste your time with cheap alternatives!

I have been using this machine for years with fantastic results. Recently had an issue with the clamp and was amazed at the customer service. I would recommend this device to anyone and always do.

I took a class here on how to cook Beef Short Ribs in a Sous Vide water bath. I didn’t have experience with Sous Vide so the class was helpful. They showed us the whole process. We got to sear our short ribs (precooked) and eat them too. We took home some uncooked short ribs that are vacuumed sealed. I ended up buying the entry level Precision Cooker with a 20% discount. I’ve been using it ever since! It’s good for meat, seafood and vegetables!

Too bad the manufacturing quality of the item is so low it breaks after the warranty is over without repair offers available. that’s neither a quality product nor a sustainable use of resources.good business model, though!

My Anova one broke within 5 uses. I was told it wasnt covered by the warranty anymore and I could have $20 towards another Anova. I decided to consider giving them another try and was told I couldnt use the discount at this time bc of another sale.For an industry driven by word of mouth, its amazing how poorly they support their products and how unwilling they are to care about their kickstarter supporters. Greedy.
