Super experience. Emily is a fantastic cook and a great teacher. We all learned so much that night. Also fabulously delicious dinner at the end. The Woebot team loved this it was a great social team building experience. I recommend it 100% The staff are already asking when we can do it again!

Emily has a lot of great tips and is EXTREMELY patient with people. I wanted to grab the knife away and chop things myself most of the time, but she kept her cool and let the newbies learn. (Hence, why Im not a teacher...nor chef). The menu was great (always is - Ive been to many classes!) and I love the casual vibe and beautiful view. Im always learning a fun new tip when I go - and hope to return again soon!

100% recommend. Very hands-on and personalized, and much different from most cooking classes where everything is pre-measured. Great view overlooking San Francisco. I was able to learn many new kitchen skills. I feel confident that I can make these recipes at home.

Typical California Low Class receptionist answered the phone, Emily should answer the phone for Folsom Prison. Never seen that kind of behavior in the Kingdomthe Netherlands, France or Switzerland.

My wife and I attended a class for my birthday. It was wonderful. Emily is a great teacher and has such a fun environment. We made great food and stretched our skills. It was a blast.

This was hands down the best team experience Ive ever had! A stunning location with gorgeous view, intimate homely setting beautifully decorated, a gracious and on a mission host who juggled a team of 16 remarkably smoothly. The combination of cooking, instructions, mingling and no pressure to get involved is what made this a fantastic experience. Would highly recommend it to groups of people looking for something unique and memorable.

A Fantastic Experience!! My work requires a lot of client entertainment and evenings at First Class Cooking are always a winner. The food is excellent, the venue is outstanding and my clients think Im so in-the-know for introducing them to a unique experience. Emily is beyond generous and gracious in welcoming guests to her home, has an incredible knowledge and deep passion for food and cooking, and knows how to educate and entertain with equal aplomb (which, as host, means Im able to get conversation time with each of my guests). Its fun, its collaborative and my clients rave about it for weeks afterwards. Highly recommended!!

My boyfriend and I were gifted two passes for Christmas for this culinary class and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Emily was hands on, attentive, and informative in her presentation of ingredients and recipes. Definitley recommend her class for a special date night where you’ll leav with more than a few new tricks for the kitchen.
