Chef Sara was a complete delight. My husband was celebrating his 50th with several family members, and Chef Sara created a wonderful experience. Her cooking was delicious and her conversation was engaging!

Being able to cook and being able to TEACH people how to cook are different skills and Chef Davide has both! Two of our three recipes were more detailed than we realized but he walked us through them very effectively. He clearly knows common mistakes people make and he helps you be sure to avoid them. We were able to ask questions and Chef Davide also shared additional info about nutrition and ins and outs of why we cook things the way we do. (Side note, Ill never buy a jar of pasta sauce again.) The website warns you that your class may be rescheduled and that happened to us. We got a notice well in advance that it would be rescheduled and finding a new time was really easy. The quality of the class and the food is definitely worth the patience of rescheduling. We are looking forward to another class with Chef Davide.

Chef Dirk was fantastic! He was an excellent teacher. He was efficient, professional, incredibly knowledgeable. The whole experience was lovely. The food was fabulous! We did not feel rushed at all. The ambiance was great. He played French music to go with the Superb 4 course Sophisticated French Feast. I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to friends and family.

My wife and I have done a few of these online classes together since the pandemic started and we continue to do them when we can. Great way to spend a Sunday afternoon. This was our second class with Chef Davide from Tivoli., He is awesome. Very knowledgeable and talented he also makes it a real social experience speaking individually with each of the class. Best 90- minutes of our weekend.

We had Chef Dirk come to our house and prepare his French quizine. He was terrific, fun, entertaining, skilled and very professional. His courses were all so delicious and beautifully prepared. Plus, it was wonderful that he cleaned up after every course so when he was finished after 3 1/2 hours there was nothing for us to clean up. In addition, we appreciated that he placed all the left overs in containers in our fridge. All-in-all very lovely experience.

Great overall experience. The chef kept things moving, while also taking the time to make sure everyone was able to follow along. He was great at answering questions and really taking the time to show the steps of the recipe, so that it made the class fun and informative!

Cooking with my remotely connected family was a fantastic experience . Seeing and working with my children and grandchildren is a memory that I will always cherish. Chef Davides friendly and caring attitude and easy to follow instruction pulled us together and the food ... it was superb! Chef Davide even showed us how to plate it for a professional presentation. What an amazing experience! My husband and I loved our cooking class with Chef Davide! He was an amazing teacher and we made five delicious recipes that will remain as regular dishes in our house. This class was wonderful! If you have ever made that home made pizza and never been able to get the dough cooked...this is the class for you! This was my finished pizza made with Chef Daniel. I used Fresh Mozzerella and Parmesan with a homemade meat sauce instead of the fresh tomato and basil the recipe called for. My husband was eating the pizza and this is his preference. Thank you Chef Daniel, yes the bald man in my kitchen is my spousal unit, and now he wants a pizza oven to go with the smoker :) We appreciate all the chefs through and are thankful that as a family we have learned so much from the Cozy Meal community during COVID. Thank you for bringing our family together.

I booked a pizza making class with Chef Daniel for my co-workers and was not disappointed. We had a great time, Chef Daniel was very accommodating and explained every step and answered all of our questions. The pizza were awesome and we all learned some neat cooking tricks. Weve already agreed among ourselves to do another!

We had an amazing experience in Chef Davides virtual Pasta Making cooking class! In just about 2 hours, we made 2 types of pasta (fettuccine and ravioli), two sauces and had enough food for a family of four! All of the dishes were flavorful and fresh tasting, and Chef Davide was a great instructor and was really good about giving feedback to all the participants so that our handmade pasta turned out well. We had an awesome time - it was super fun and the food was delicious!

This class was so much fun! I had never done a cooking class and absolutely loved it. Chef Davide was live from Italy and you could just tell he had a passion for cooking, food and teaching the masses. Each recipe was explained with detail and I felt like a professional chef by the end of it! My husband scarfed the pasta I made and asked that I make it again!! Now we want to explore more classes for date nights!

Rudy was warm, welcoming, and had a great sense of humor. He gave thorough and helpful instructions, especially as we kneaded and formed the pasta from scratch. And all of the dishes were delicious! I recommend future guests try to socialize with the other attendees -- this makes for a really fun experience.

We loved our Date NIght In Paris with Chef Marc. He was so friendly and explained everything perfectly. It was the perfect Valentines Day dinner and we enjoyed doing it as a couple. One suggestion...it would be helpful to have the prep directions a bit sooner than the morning of the event. The food was delicious. Will definitely sign up for more classes.

This class was a great time. I did one with my family and it was a fun way to share an activity from far away. We made the empanadas with chef Marc (Chef Marc was great). The food turned out ok. It wasnt amazing. My gf loved the dough recipe and thought it was very versatile. But I dont think you do something like this for the perfect recipe. We also learned some good cooking tips along the way. I think its more for the experience. Invite your friends. It will be a good time.

The class was a great way to bring family together in an atmosphere where everyone got to do interact and have fun. The Empanadas were perfect for people who wanted to do an activity together, without being so challenging you had to stay very focused. And Chef Marc was amazing! He went with the flow; teaching us how to cook, but giving us the space to enjoy being together as a family. We loved everything about our class!

Chef Barbara was a great teacher - patient and yet very thorough in her explanations and demonstration of how to do things properly and why.Not only that, but the food was out of this world delicious! This class was wonderful. The ramen was delicious and Chef Kumi very knowledgeable. We used lots of unfamiliar ingredients that were fun to learn about. Its a very fast paced class which might be too much for some. Overall really enjoyed the experience!

I participated in an Italian cooking course, with a bunch of other fantastic people who I just met that night, and who were all extremely interesting. And the teacher was really engaging, hands-on, completely honest, and really funny. She also had a wide range of experiences cooking and teaching how to cook, so she had quite a lot of interesting stories to share. Plus, the course that we took was really fun and enjoyable.

Shared this cooking class with 4 branches of my family in different states and with some other great people as well. The group class was really fun and Chef Davides wonderful sense of humor and charm make this class a lot of fun. The methods for making our own pasta dough and shaping it into ravioli and fettucine were new and fun experiences for my entire extended family.

This is the second cooking class we have done with Chef Marc. Both wonderful experiences. Today we learned how to make two types of empanadas. Chef Marc was very easy to follow and he regularly checked in on everyone to make sure we were caught up or had questions. We really enjoyed the experience and the empanadas were delicious. We are looking forward to attending more online cooking classes with Cozy meal and Chef Marc!

Quite possibly one of the most fun cooking classes Ive ever taken. Chef Phoebe was SUPER knowledgeable and her sushi making class was easy and accessible to everybody that attend. The sushi, tempura and mochi were all so delicious. Highly recommend for anybody looking for a fun activity in the city!

We loved our Cozymeal experience with Chef Ryan. My wife and I did an Advanced Pasta class on a Sunday evening, which was hosted at Chef Ryans catering kitchen. It lasted 2.5 or 3 hours and we made 3 different dishes. It was a really nice space and fit the 8 people who attended (6 besides us) very comfortably. There was a good amount of participation and we learned a lot about some pretty unique pastas. The food was incredibly delicious. It was BYOW (wine) which was cool. Over the past couple of years, Ive been to 5 or 6 cooking classes at various venues (not through Cozymeal), and this was by far the best one.

We had a Tapas class with Chef Carlos from Madrid, Spain for almost two hours and made 3 traditional tapas dishes. It was a good time. Carlos was great! He kept it interesting, professional and light . We laughed, learned, and felt like we were kind of traveling...in these Covid times. have already recommended this to many friends and look forward to trying other classes - Hulda and Patrick :)

We had an amazing time with Chef Dirk, in his pasta making class! His knowledge of pasta making was extensive, and he was very patient with beginners to pasta making in the group. Chef Dirk also brings a level of energy, friendliness and entertainment that is unreal! We had a great time. However, we thought the pasta itself was delicious, but the sauces that accompanied the pasta were a bit average. Especially for the cost. Overall the class was fun.

We did this as a Mother/Daughter event for our senior daughters. We had such fun. Chef Phoebe was terrific, and we learned some great recipes. I actually made the tarte tatin for Thanksgiving and it was the best dessert I have ever made (and the easiest). We had a great time and would do it again. The only thing I would change is the cheese souffle, which was a bit of a disappointment. Not cheesy and was really heavy. Thanks Chef Phoebe.

Chef Phoebe did a wonderful job of welcoming us into her beautiful kitchen and teaching our team how to make all sorts of wonderful pastas which we enjoyed afterword in a meal that she prepared for us. The cooking skills on our team are very varied and Chef was able to accommodate all of our questions and skill levels. We had a really fun time learning the process of making pasta from her as well as some interesting history of cooking and cooking techniques. I highly recommend Chef Phoebes pasta making class for those who are curious to learn and want to gain the confidence and skills needed to bring this knowledge home and do it on their own.

Cooking with Chef Luke in Indianapolis was an absolute blast! My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed learning from Chef Luke. He is extremely knowledgeable and personable. Through his explanations, we understood why we were doing what we were doing which gives us more confidence in taking these skills home with us to do again. Chef Luke was also more than happy to answer our questions. What made this experience truly a memory were all of the stories and laughs we had. He is easy to smile and laugh along with us which made us feel more comfortable with him. After the food was made, he gave us space to enjoy the meal which we appreciated. Chef Cat was amazing. Her class was definitely fun, the entire experience was amazing. I would definitely take it again. As a matter fact, I plan to sign up again as Chef Cats makes it look easy but making a perfect pizza is anything but. If I start a pizza shop, this is definitely the style of pizza I would go for. The takeaway; sourdough starter, the artful details of balling and resting create flavorful pizza crust that will go well with any flavor of toppings.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our first ever Cozymeal experience with Chef Dirk. He graciously welcomed us into his beautiful home and we immediately felt comfortable. Chef Dirk’s Asian European Fusion cooking class was phenomenal. He had a plethora of times to choose from and the location was flexible. Once we arrived, parking was a tad bit of a hassle but we ended up finding something close. From the time we walked in to the time we left, the experience was STELLAR! I took the Two Michelin Star Donut Class with Chef Ryan and it was excellent! He was very knowledgeable about donuts, thorough in explaining how each dough is made, and provided helpful tips along the way.It was an intimate atmosphere with only three other couples which was nice! He gave us plenty of time and creative freedom to fry our donuts and churros. That being said, my only advice is to make the experience a bit more hands on during the dough-making itself and not just the end.Overall it was an amazing experience! I definitely want to try another Cozymeal class.

Chef Valerie Francescato Jacksons Colorful Homemade Pasta class was great! She made us feel right at home in her beautiful kitchen, and the very hands-on way she taught us the recipes gave us confidence that we can recreate them at home. My girlfriend and I signed up for chef Dirk’s Journey Through Germany Event and it was amazing. I would defiantly do another event with chef Dirk and recommend others to do the same if you haven’t. an amazing and gracious host, great teacher, delicious food, fun German playlist, it was a blast. At the end of the event when we where getting ready to leave my girlfriend mentioned we need to walk off some of the delicious food, chef Dirk suggested an beautiful walk to go on with a gorgeous view of the city making a perfect end. I will definitely be going back to one of chef dirks events again.

My husband and I did the Dim Sum (and Then Some) class with Chef Mike and it was WONDERFUL! We loved it because unlike a lot of other cooking classes, this was in Chef Mikes home kitchen. Because of that, each step of the cooking class was so much more relatable and we left feeling like we could truly replicate this in our own kitchen at home. Beyond that, Chef Mike was awesome - so patient, kind and clear with his instructions. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a fun cooking class!

This was our first Cozymeal experience and we will definitely do it again!! We participated in an Italian experience with Chef Dirk and he was the bomb!! Sweet, fun, energetic, knowledgeable and patient, he is both chef and performance artist as well a master at juggling a lot of balls all at once with style, grace and an exquisite attention to detail. The setting in his home was intimate, elegant, tasteful and full of interesting details that he is very happy to give life to. It seemed less of a cooking class than a cooking experience and a lesson on how to approach cooking and life with love, abundance and a generosity of spirit. Also, our meal was pretty damn good!

We had a great experience overall, and Chef Ryan was very friendly and engaging.Just couple of feedback….the space was good for 8 people only. Larger team would need bigger space.Second, there was no beverage, only water. I thought we would have at least some kind of soda or juice included in the package but there wasn’t any. It would have been nice to sip something while we were waiting or cooking food.Pasta making exercise was first for me and many others in our team, so that was great! The whole preparation was outstanding!

This was such a fun experience with Chef James! We left just stuffed with so much delicious food. James was very interactive with the group, and we enjoyed the time in the kitchen just chatting while he taught us to make gnocchi. Once the gnocchi was finished, we all moved into the dining room to enjoy it while he served us the rest of the meal. Our night with Chef David was amazing, so worth the money! We had a small class with one other couple, it was very laid back and informal which was perfect for us. Tons of participation and interactive work from everyone, with expert assistance and guidance from the chef. He shared his knowledge and vast cooking experience in an easy, approachable manner and with plenty of laughs mixed in. His apartment was cozy and set up like a commercial kitchen for the 8 of us. We had a great learning experience from practical tips and cooking techniques to understanding how to select the right ingredients and how to plate the items for a spectacular presentation. He managed to engage everyone in the group, no one was left out. The meal was done in 3 courses and each one was outstanding. Can’t wait to book another class from him soon!

I would just like to thank Chef Dirk for his thoroughly entertaining and informative class. We made an Italian meal from appetizer to dessert (including making our own pasta), and everything was delicious! This was a very special birthday event for me organized by my daughter, and Chef Dirk treated it as such. He obviously took great care in preparing for our visit, and it was very much appreciated.

We had an extremely good time with chef James. While in the kitchen, we all had opportunity to engage in conversation and preparing the gnocchi. The best part was eating it! The next course was awesome as well. It was pleasant meeting new folks as well. Thank you, chef James for opening your home to host a fabulous dinner! An experience to come back to!

Chef Jonie was amazing. We had a group of 17 and cooked the Thai dinner. I cannot believe the amount of food we cooked in the amount of time it took. So fast, so easy. We had a number of sous chefs that supported each grouping of us and they were phenomenal. The ability to bring our own alcoholic beverages was a plus and everything was orchestrated from the moment we arrived. One of the best cooking classes I have ever attended. Not only did we get to use ingredients that maybe we never thought to use, but we also got trained on how to prepare them. Cannot wait to make my own Pad Thai at home! Thanks for an amazing experience.

My husband and I had such a fun afternoon with Chef Grace making Chinese food! Shes very knowledgeable and patient (to say I am a beginner is an understatement). We walked away with plenty of leftovers and three recipes that we are both excited to make!

Took a sourdough pizza class with Chef Cat last weekend and it was fabulous. It was both fun and practical, a good mix of hands-on and verbal instruction. Truly upped my pizza-making game. Take homes included sourdough starter, 2-3 dough balls for easy pizza making, and a handout detailing instructions for future baking endeavors. Deal!

Great experience. Ryan Shelton is a very enjoyable person, and extremely knowledgeable. Not only are the pasta dishes (which we helped create) different and delicious, it was great fun and very educational to pick Ryans brain about his theories and thoughts on everything from salt to sous vide. The small group approach makes for a cozy and pleasant atmosphere - there were only four of us, and the other couple we shared the evening with were great people! The venue was funky and fun, SF Mission District is an eclectic neighborhood, and we enjoyed that vibe. I highly recommend this experience, and we will definitely be back! Thanks

Sunshine is wonderful! Shes a great instructor, keeps us engaged, and has a wicked sense of humor! I feel confident about making the dishes again on my own and being able to change it up for variety. We were involved in all areas, nothing was prepped first, it was complete participation. I would definitely look for other cooking classes with her.

I had the best experience in Chef Evans Foundational Sushi Rolls and Nigiri class. Chef Evan and Chef Matty were amazing hosts. The selection of sushi roll types were perfect and delicious. We made so much sushi and were able to take plenty home. I walked out of that class feeling more then confident about making sushi at home.Highly recommend taking this class if you are a sushi lover. Chefs are attentive, helpful and very knowledgeable. You wont regret taking this class.
