I have only good things to say about this store. First, it is conveniently located in the Financial District. Second, it has a great team that is customer friendly and efficient. They get work done and issues resolved quickly and painlessly. Another thing is that they are always trying to up their game. Also, they have a lot of Office Services and Tech Tools to make your professional life easier. All in all, its a great place to be associated with.

Izy went over and beyond. I wanted to have several sheets laminated. He found a cheaper way and made sure that the pictures were clear. Great job!

This is a great experience to shop in this store, I have purchased most of the ink and office items from this store in which they are helpful and responsive to the customers needs all the time. I drop by here every once in a while to buy items here and there for the office and I really like this location. It has a little bit of everything one needs, and the prices are pretty great. All the orders I have done for pickup here have been quick, and I have never met an employee at this location that wasnt fast and efficient when it came to helping me out. The young man that I had the misfortune to deal with because he was the only one on a register really did not know much of anything other than to keep repeating himself. And did not even know that the day of the week was a Monday and kept repeating that well maybe the reason why I have been waiting over three hours for corporate customer service to call me back is because its a weekend. No its a Monday. He repeated its a weekend three times.So needless to say I got nowhere with that airhead and still waiting for corporate to call me back. Its now five hours and nothing.Yes they called me first and I have made four calls to them and get this... I get voice mail and have to leave a message for them to what... Call me back. Its 2018 voice mail for a large corporation to have to leave a message for a call back when they made contact with me to contact them is so retarded that they really dont want my money and could care less about this credit card validation.The whole operation from corporate on down BLOWS.

They have beautiful Office Depot here! They also carry a bunch of different local knit knacks that you can browse through. Grab a cup of Blue Bottle and shop away! It can be a little pricey, so come prepared.

This is a smaller store catering to the quick office supply grab. You might not be able to find what you need because some items they only stock small quantities so ask one of their staff and theyll be able to direct you. Service here is quick and friendly.

Really good variety, but there is no one around to ask where something is. Because of that, and because I couldnt find on my own one of the things I was looking for, I just gave up looking for it because I didnt want to wander around and around (common problem with big box stores). No, I didnt ask the checkout clerk because at that point, I was obviously checking out and wanted to leave.

Found my item with ease and the staff at the billing counter was friendly and helpful. I tried doing cash advance with a prepaid travel card after 2 attempts of billing going in vain with me entering wrong pin. He was patient enough to help me pay for the item by generating the bill for 4th time and Ill definitely go to the store again for any office or home supplies. Somehow doesnt allow you to pay without pin so be careful on that.

Friendly service but... It is old news that you can order anything online. The only purpose of having a store is to buy something to use that day. Although this store had a lot of things in stock, it did not have a address labels in stock that I needed. I was told they could check another store (a convenient 2 miles away) or they could order it online (it would arrive the following week and I can get it faster on Amazon). I guess they already know they are making themselves obsolete.

I always shop at Office Depot when I am down town. I really like the staff they have there. They are always helpful an patient, and happy to answer any questions I have.

Incredibly helpful people for a store that probably sees its share of colorful characters wandering in off the street. Came in to buy a charger and cord for my daughters iPhone and the young lady went out of her way to find me different options - for a total spend of about $20.

The ladies at Office Depot where so helpful. They managed to get a delivery ready for me in 24 hours. They are magic. I highly recommend Office Depot.

I was referred to this place to have my computer repaired. They seem very nice people but they dont explain their services well. I was explained that the file would be backed up and put back on my computer. When i picked up my computer, my files was not on the computer. Apparently, they charge separately for that service. It was not explained well in first place. If I knew that they do half the work, I wouldnt place the order. I would have done this myself.

The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. This was at 8pm on Friday quitting time. I was impressed.

In addition to poor selection and clerks whop could care less about the customer, I was ripped off when I took my laptop (that I had purchased several days before from OD) to be repaired. They charged me a $150 to format the hard drive when in reality it was a defective hard drive that was under warranty and ultimately cost me $250 to replace and several days of downtime to my small business.Not learning my lesson I bought an inexpensive printer that is a worthless piece of $#!&, it never worked from the start.Steer clear, there are a number of much better places around...

Very small office depot compared to most. Functions as a quick pickup location for emergency supplies but the selection is somewhat limited.

Way overpriced, compared to Amazon. Simple stuff, like USB cables, are often more than twice the Amazon price.

The staff did not know how to use the machine to print business cards. After wasting about an hour and a half of pur day, they finally admitted they didnt know how to adjust the machine to print cards properly. They were coming out with letters partially cut off and off center. We then had to find another store and it messed up our schedule.

Might need 5 stars. This store is cramped, but they stack it high. I went in during SF Pride parade, found 32GB micro-SD card for half what CVS asked. I stayed and wandered the store, ended up buying baby wipes and a zippered bag designed for school supplies. Great wi-fi. Very friendly, helpful staff -- which I expect at Office Depot. I know they cant make the store larger, but that would be the fifth star.
