This studio is AMAZING! I cannot say enough good things! Stephanie and Natalie are such incredible, encouraging teachers. You’ll go into class super nervous with all these ideas about what’s going to happen, probably feeling awkward and shy, but these powerful ladies will welcome you with huge smiles. Pole is no joke hard but they will work with any level and have you totally impressed with yourself and shocked at your own skills within minutes! The studio has recently added Aerial Hammock stretch and Lyra! They’re the first in the area to offer Lyra and Erin is such a wonderful instructor. Hammock stretch (think aerial yoga) will make you feel lighter than air. I’ve attended aerial at a few local studios and can definitively say Dani is a great teacher and you will get much more hands on training here than elsewhere (and more affordable!). Seriously, try pole/Lyra/hammock you will not be disappointed!!

We had so much fun!! What a great atmosphere to just laugh and have fun with friends, went here for a birthday party and we are still sore from the class!! Definitely will be back 😊

This was the most fun Ive ever had!! Such a great time! Natalie was a very thorough and knowledgeable instructor! The workout was fire! Will go again soon.Highly recommend!!!!

Met another one of the instructors there today for Flex and Stretch & LOVED it. My second time taking a class at Iro X Fitness and have enjoyed it this far. Will be attending more classes. 🥰

Definite journey of strength! I was contacted and given extra time after buying the big package and it was emphasized that they want the best schedule for their students and Im so happy that this is the case I feel so much happier to know that my classes didnt go to waste as I get to know this new place; to me thats such a blessing as the drive was too much in recent weeks. What a relief! Going here is always a mood lifter and Natalie really cared to call back 😁🍵

I LOVED this facility. I went for my bachlorette party and we all had a great experience! Its definitely something I want to maintain because it was a great workout. The instructors Stephanie and Natalie were amazing. They were nice, warm and knowledgeable. Thank you ladies!
