I cannot say enough good things about this school. Between their initial response and receiving my diploma it is hands-down the best school in the country for F&I. They are courteous and professional and worth every penny that I spent. Even after graduation I could make a phone call and get through immediately and spend 15 to 20 minutes with them on the phone and get all the answers I needed. I had originally enrolled in financemanagertraining.com. What a joke that website is a bunch of crooks. You can’t get a hold of anybody and the curriculum was stolen from ADI. Their videos are unprofessional and no more than 1 to 3 minutes. The tests were designed for you to get 100% on everything and make them look good. They are not even accredited but claim to be. If you were going to spend your money on F&I training, than ADI is the only place you should be looking. I currently sell RVs for a Arizona dealership. I am being promoted to F&I manager and I feel very comfortable moving into that position due to the education I received from ADI. I have to say thank you to all the team that put together the program. Well done!

This program was absolutely fantastic! The amount of knowledge on the finance and insurance industry imparted to me had genuinely been life changing. I now feel confident enough to go out into the automotive industry and successfully become a finance manager. All staff members in this program were extremely helpful during and after the program. I was fortunate to be part of the January-February 2020 class (Finance Management) and was very impressed by the quality of the instruction and the vast number of topics covered in the four week course. The faculty and staff are second to none; they are responsive, engaged, and professional. Additionally, I appreciated how they limit the class size as this greatly enhances the learning process and allows for individual attention. Lastly, ADI is a VA approved educational institution, and as such they accept Post 9-11 Veteran G.I. Bill benefits, which was an important consideration for me.

Mid-course review: The dedication the entire staff has for the success of its students is above reproach. There is not a question that goes un-answered, a situation that hasnt been experienced or a standard that cannot be met. I am truly impressed by the amount of detail this course is teaching us.

The course is extensive and fast paced, covering the industry in its entirety, the cost can be intimidating but when considering the amount of material covered and the number of classroom hours of instruction it is worth the investment. The staff are all very helpful, accommodating and give you a strong sense of their passion for the success of their student clients. I definitely recommend the class for those new to the industry, returning professionals as well as those looking to learn the latest in best practices and procedures.

Coming down to Arizona from New York to attend the F&I Management course has been one of the big decisions I’ve made in a long time. But one of the best ones. The level of education I received by far exceeded my expectations! The instructor, Cheryl, was extremely knowledgeable and patient. Making sure you were understanding completely. The entire staff and owners were always available if you had questions or concerns. I feel very confident and qualified that I will be employed in this area quickly, and will be capable of doing an above average job even being new to the industry.

I went here in August 2012 and done very well in the class. The school teaches all of the core information that other schools dont teach you. Others try to teach you how to sell their products but not actually teach you what can make this a career for you in a shorter amount of time like ADI can. I would do this school all over again if I had the chance. They dont guarantee success but they put you on the fastest track to get there in my opinion. You still have to put in the hard work and dedication to learning everyday in this business because it constantly changes. You cant expect to go to school and pass and just be successful. Your work isnt over just because you passed this course. But as long as youre willing to put in the work and dedication and not quit trying just because the first dealership wasnt the right fit for you. Then you will find your success in this business.

BEST INVESTMENT. I was skeptical about the 12000 dollar tuition , but took a chance to further my career in the industry. Completed the school with a 98 percent and learned a lot throughout the course. I had three interviews a week before graduation. Took my first F and I position with a respected dealership in my hometown less than 4 days after graduation. Ive been in finance and insurance for roughly about 10 months now. Unfortunately, for the content ADI has to offer, the tuition is overpriced. Tuition at an ivy league school is about $43,000 a year, ADI wants to charge you upwards of $10,000 for one month.As for job placement, seems like a fairy tale, who in the right mind would hire someone as a finance manager with no previous finance experience, the finance manager position is for people with multiple years of car or finance experience.Dont listen to anyone who refers this place, they are handsomely compensated by ADI.Side note: As of 10/17/2015 this place got a one star review 3 weeks ago, one week later, ADI received five 5 star reviews.

ADI F&I School and Courses make sure to provide all the skills and knowledge necessary to be successful as a Finance Manager be it Automotive, RV, Boats etc.

After doing endless research on the internet to locate a school that specializes in Automotive Finance Management I located the Automotive Dealership Institute. Having no prior experience in a Automotive Dealership I wanted to make sure that my list of questions were answered before I made the commitment to invest 12K, travel out of state to Scottsdale, AZ and attend the school. When I called I spoke with Alan and Arzu they were very gracious in answering every single question that I had including financing the cost of the class. In addition to them I also spoke to Cheryl who helped with with enrollment. Being from out of state, they also provided me information on a local hotel, shuttle, restaurants, grocery stores, etc that I would need during my stay. It was a pain free experience. I believe they limit the class to only 12 people to have the opportunity to provide attention and assistance to everyone. My class had less than 10 people when I attended. During class they also brought in special guest speakers to discuss the Automotive Finance industry and the opportunities available. We were also introduced to Todd during class who assisted us with preparing our resumes for the job market and if we needed help locating a position in the job market he assisted us with that too, even well after graduation. Its been 2 years since I graduated ADI and with having no prior Auto Dealership experience it was a rough start to get my first position as a Finance Manager but I was able too and along the way Todd and Cheryl were there to support me through every step. I think the 12K I spent was one of the best investments that I ever made in myself and I would recommend ADI to anyone looking to start out in Automotive Finance. Most Automotive Finance Management courses are only 3 days long and they dont teach you half of what you learn here. But also keep in mind that the school cant teach you everything you need to know about this business, only real life experience can.

After 10 years in the auto industry and numerous empty promises to be trained and promoted to Finance Manager at the dealership that employed me. I decided to seek training on my own. I took a risk by resigning from my job and attending ADI in Scottsdale AZ for a month. The training was everything I expected and the staff is amazing. I currently work at Maita Toyota as a Finance Manager using the procedures from the course. Everything fell into place.

This school is amazing. The curriculum is intense, but with Cheryl as the instructor it makes it a lot easier. I put off coming here for a while, that was a mistake of my own. This has been a great investment in my skills and career for automotive finance. I learned everything F&I at this institute. Its an intense course that fully prepares you on what to expect from the job and how to do it the right way. Cheryl is an expert instructor who has years of experience and knowledge in the business who makes sure all your questions are answered. Arzu and Latarra have been amazing at providing the resources and tools for you to succeed. With that being said, attending the course alone does not guarantee you a F&I job. Its up to you as an individual on how to use your certification and knowledge. It still takes dedication plus drive to get into the finance office as its a very high paying job and most dealerships want you to have experience first. Dont let it stop you! Some graduates got jobs within a few days and others a few months. I landed my F&I job at an import store 1 month after graduation with their job placement assistance help and I couldnt be any happier! Good luck!

Heres my edited review since they got their attorney to threaten action. Yes, they have an attorney on hand to keep negative reviews out of the public view. The total cost for tuition and living expenses set me back over 15 grand for the 4 week school. I scored a 99.8 GPA, which was 2nd highest in the class. Upon my return home, I was offered a job in F&I, through my old dealership auto group and this position had nothing to do with ADI placement. Less than 1 week later, my dealership had already placed an ad looking to replace me and a week after that, they let me go after informing me that I was ill equipped to handle the position. Be well informed and not only ask for evidence of the touted 93% job placement in F&I, but call, if you are in fact provided with contact information. The school practices deals with the ADVENT system, but theres no physical integration with dealertrack or other systems......other than being handed printed copies of what Dealertrack and RouteOne look like. I genuinely regret my decision to attend.
