Sifu Li is an excellent teacher. Shes very welcoming and helpful to adult beginners like myself, but also trains people of all ages and levels. Ive tried wushu for about 6 months. I recently tried tai chi with both older and younger adults. I think anyone would find a good workout and something new and fun to learn here.
