Im from Austin, Texas. I try and visit Muay Thai gyms when I travel, to soak up knowledge. Not all instructors skill sets are created equal or are even beneficial for real fighting but this one is. Jeremy knowledgeable about fundamentals of human movement and fight science. I enjoyed myself very much and would recommend this place to anyone looking to learn Muay Thai and real world self defense skills.

Jeremy is a great coach, really takes the training of his students seriously. I would definitely recommend. The classes remind me of the type of environment that I enjoyed during high school sports.

Tang Muay Thai is the only authentic Muay Thai Instruction in the Albany area that I have found. The people at Albany Strength and the Instructor are super friendly and you get a sense of community going to train here. The public classes are great for everyone regardless if you are trying to fight competitively or to get in shape. You cannot beat the price for this level of technical training and conditioning! I have been training here since the beginning of the summer and have no plans to stop.
