Because today, my son has reading disability. Instructor said by state law, parents are not allowed to help there son or daughter reading out the test forms. Instructor even said he could not help the student in his class. He has these other students. I went to McGinnis exactly same one on Coors in Albuquerque NM. I had a Instructor name Fabert who help me back in 1998, he was also a history teacher who taught me Del Norte High school. Where is help from this instructor? Why are they could not help there student correct? Or do they want to screw over people with there money. Today my son is taking his 2nd written test, instructor said no cheat sheet to be used on 25 questions test.

Amazing class, David and Ryan McGinnis were amazing. The staff was extremely helpful. This experience really made me think about what I want to do after High School. Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!

Wow, the old lady that answers the phone is extremely rude. I second you on the, who needs to be treated like a second-class citizen? Who actually pays to be condescended to? Well not me either. I had some good experiences with McGinnis School of Driving up until i had to speak to the older women who is currently taking calls for your office. If the lady is not your wife or family than i suggest getting rid of her. Cause man is she driving customers towards wanting to deal with other companies after being spoken to and condescended to like she is doing. This lady spoke to me as if everything was my fault and that i should know the information already. I suggest going elsewhere until this lady is fired unless you want to be degraded and talked down to

The customer service was fast and the front lady was incredibly nice. I took a road test there with Ryan and he is super nice!
