Impact is AWESOME!!! We have had our six children enrolled there since they opened. We couldnt be more pleased. The instructors, other students, and families have been so incredibly wonderful to meet and get to know. All of our kids have grown physically, emotionally, and in confidence since they started. 5 stars for sure!

Beautiful space with dedicated and passionate coaches and owners. Family friendly environment with both children and adult classes. Childrens classes focus on character building, building self esteem, and improving discipline (along with learning the sport!). Adult classes are highly technical with lots of time for drilling and rolling. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a new sport and/or new gym!

This place is awesome! Everyone is super friendly and encouraging no matter the skill level. The coaches are very knowledgeable and patient. They have a clean and well organized gym which combined with all of their experience leads to a great environment for learning and training.

Out of town drop ins, competitors, moms, elite athletes, weight loss, etc. etc. Ben and Kaethe make everyone feel welcome. Coaching is very specific, detailed and thoughtful, meanwhile the community is kind and encouraging.

Owners are wonderful caring people; a perfect place for beginners because it isnt intimidating and they take to time to teach you the basics, the lingo, etc.

Ben is an amazing coach, training partner, and practitioner. If you are unsure of trying BJJ or youve been practicing for a while - Ben will surely make you feel at home, push you for whichever goals you aspire to, and always do so with a smile!!

My kids absolutely love it. My 8 year old son and 7 year old twin daughters cant wait to go each week. They get to learn jiu jitsu from great teachers in a safe environment, and most importantly, I can tell they are learning important life lessons and charachter. Couldnt recommend Impact enough!
