The instructor at this Kumon center really cares about each individual student and invested in making sure they are on track. We have been to other Kumon centers in the past and this one has been the best due to the instructor. I would recommend this Kumon center to any parents looking to get their kids started in an advanced education.

We had a very good experience. I have seen my kid growing there.

One day i came in to pick up my child (they are gender neutral) from this kumon and I saw that they had these dollar bills called kumon dollars in a corner of a desk where this malnourished tween was grading papers. I asked to see one and he gave it to me but did not let me keep it. what kind of establishment doesnt put their customers first! this is unacceptable!!! I better get a call from the owner saying she is indebted to me and will face the consequences of the increasing interest rates of said kumon dollars if this done not happen in 2-3 business days, they will be hearing from my lawyer.

Wow-I do not know where to begin. The owner of this center sent me a text an hour before my appointment to reschedule. She offered one time that she was available to meet, with no regard for my time or availability. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Her response was whats the big deal? Incredibly rude and condescending over the phone. I cant believe how bad my experience was with the owner. Do NOT recommend this place.

My son has been going to this center for over one year now and he loves it. We see significant improvement in both math and reading. The staff is very friendly and accommodative.
