I wish I could find a more consistent online schedule.One of their schedules looks like an honest to got weekly weather forecast.I tried calling AND emailing during their store hours for 3 days straight and have gotten nothing but radio static back.Its okay though I love wasting my time. :)

Wont be going back after they told my boyfriend he was not welcomed back because hes a man after we attended a Lyra class where he was perfectly respectful towards everyone. He genuinely enjoys doing Lyra and weve been to other studio classes together where he was welcomed. But because hes a man he doesnt get to enjoy this activity at this studio, which is discrimination. Very very disappointing.

The community feeling is great. Everyone is very positive and open. The workouts can be modified to make it more difficult or less. These classes make exercise more fun. Some classes start as late as 8 PM, which is great for busy people. The drop in schedule is kind of sporadic though, which can be hard to get the class you want when you want it. The Alpharetta Polelateaz also has less classes, especially exercise-focused classes, than the Atlanta branch, so its harder to make it your only athletic membership unless you use both. Clothing tip: Dont worry about your shoes, wear tall socks, tight athletic shorts, and bring kneepads if possible. ENJOY your workout with friends you didnt know you had.

Have been taking classes for a year and I love everyone here and I love the classes! strong is sexy

Came to this studio after I had started a pole series at a competitor and ended up with a pulled hamstring (didnt finish of course). The experience I have has so far at Polelateaz couldnt have been more different in a great way! I have gone thru the first level and am working on the second and am VERY happy with how the instructor gradually increases your strength and flexibility and really feel that I am doing the spins and floor work correctly. Pole dance is so great for confidence and fitness. I would recommend the Alpharetta Polelateaz to anyone who wants to get fit and have a lot of fun in a nonjudgemental environment and get your sexy on!

I was planning on attending with my wife ,but apparently after my friend came with his girlfriend he was told that men are not allowed to attend the classes here. If this is true you should state it on your website to avoid the confusion.
