I had my road test set up through all star. The process was very smooth right from booking my appointment to the day of my test. My examiner was Mr. Larry Benton Thompson who is extremely patient and very calm.He always gave instructions well ahead of time leaving me with plenty of time to make lane changes and think ahead.He was very calm and that kind of helped me drive better. I highly recommend All Star and it’s great if you can get Larry to test you on the road. Goodluck!

I set up an appointment here and it was canceled without my knowledge. I showed up at the place to begin my drivers test and no one was there. A random person who worked at the church where I was set to meet the instructor called the cops on me because they told him they canceled but not me. Thanks all star for taking my money, forcing me into an altercation with a stranger and having to explain to the police why I was trespassing. Worst experience of my life. I dont understand how youre still in business.

Daughter had to go on solo drive with instructor who made fun of her and scornfully called her sweetie, remarked about how short her shorts were, and yelled at her while she was driving. Misogynistic, harassing, and dangerous

Phone message very deceptive. Tell you to either wait in the line and someone will be with you or press 9 and someone will return your call. Waited over an hour and no one answered the phone; pressed 9 in two occasions and no one called me back in days. This is a poor business practice which effects your over all reputation.

My son is over eighteen and wanted to get some driving experience on the freeway. I recommended All Star because I had gotten some great recommendations from other people. I was glad he called them because they prepared him for his test and made him confident! It was also the best price!

My experience with All Star driving was the most fabulous experience ever. To be honest , I started my driving lessons with another school in Ann Arbor and had the worst experience with them. The teacher was stern and demoralizing. I switched to another teacher in the city . He turned out to be mean & self centered as well. I finally approached All Star driving school. I was set up with a teacher named Bill. He was a gem of a person. He had faith in me when I didnt have faith in myself and lifted my spirits. I learnt driving and got my license.

Was charged $30.00 for missing a letter on my daughter middle name on their WEBSITE. RIDICULOUS.

This place has a lot of problems on scheduling: (1) waited for an hour but instructor did not show up, (2) bad sign up system so instructors mess up students’ schedule at least three times during two week course, and (3) dismissed 30 min early for a two-hour class once, and every kids were outside waiting to be picked up.
