Upon arrival everyone was so welcoming , its a comfortable environment. They have great prices and offer many different services! Totally recommend for all your beauty needs .

Basically they only serve Hispanics. The student that attempted to do my hair tried to give me an edge up without turning the clippers on. I would not patronize this beauty college as they dont teach their students to do all hair, only Caucasian and Hispanic.

Everyone is super friendly and they will go out of their way to make sure you leave this place feeling yourself! Great customer service/ environment.

I have gone here intermittently over several years for haircuts. I have tried other beauty schools in the area as well. They are the best. The prices are so much more affordable than a salon and the instructors are very supportive to students and clients. They always take the time to make the cut perfect. It’s a level of customer service and work I have not found at other schools.

7/17/21 UPDATE:Hey Austin! If you havent stopped in at Bella Beauty College before...make a trip here, you wont be disappointed! Im happy to say I will keep my 5 star rating for Bella! The staff and students (Juanny - Supervisor, Jessica - Pedicure and Sarai - Stylist) not only made sure I was helped and my experience was good...Juanny went the extra mile to guide Jessica on my pedi since I have a medical condition that required a little extra care. I genuinely felt well taken care of from all the ladies!! I appreciated when I shared my medical condition with Juanny, she was attentive and provided the guidance, that in going to other beauty colleges in the past, I didnt receive. I was a little apprehensive about my pedicure but Juanny made sure I was in good hands. My pedi felt great and is so cute!!!! Thank you, Jessica for doing such a great job and providing excellent service! Sarai, my hair stylist was sooo sweet and very knowledgeable in care for my hair! From the moment I sat in her chair, she made me feel at ease that she knew what shes doing! I usually try to stick with the ladies youve done my hair in the past but they were unavailable...so Juanny made sure she had the best person to do my hair! Cindy at the front desk was very helpful over the phone and expressed they had not had the opportunity to try a certain conditioner on African American hair. I appreciated her honesty...so I tried the deep conditioner and it was great!!!! Marlene was my stylist! She is really sweet and knowledgeable. She reached out for assistance when she needed it.... I appreciate that because she didnt just fake it to you make it with my hair. If she would have had that type of approach to my hair, she could have done more damage than it being an overall positive and good experience. For transparency, it took longer to flat iron (my grey hair is so disrespectful - hard to flat iron and would not cooperate 😆) than it normally would have but I appreciated the care of my hair and the instructors are very knowledgeable!! I hope the college would train more in the different grades of African American hair so more clients will feel comfortable coming here to use their awesome services!!Overall this was a really great place to go get my hair done and I feel the students are trained well. I would recommend it to anyone for all of their services. Ill be back!! Sorry! I forgot to take a photo! Ill update when I get my hair done the next time!😊

I have been using Bellas for awhile and todays visit with Marly was probably my best visit. Marly was very professional and did exactly what I wanted done. I left there very pleased. 👍 to Marly.

I am a cosmetology student at this school. All students are very dedicated and demanding with our projects and assignments and we also work hard to achieve the highest quality possible with the help of our brilliant teachers. I feel blessed to be part of the great team that we all make

I’ve been coming here for the past 5 years and never once have i been disappointed. The students and teachers actually listen to how you want your hair or nails done and not do whatever like other places. Also the price point is amazing ! Very friendly and bilingual as well !

These are wonderful caring and professionally guided students. The staff are all wonderful and helpful and friendly. Masks and strict sanitary conditions invoked and wel implemented. Feels safe , and the prices cant be beat!!

They were Awesome! I was seen right away at 1:15 and was in the chair in about 5 minutes. Mayla was my stylist and she was very meticulous about dying my roots and not bleaching my already bleached hair so as not to cause any damage. She took great pride in her job and it showed. The process took longer than expected so her and Ms. Juanny stayed about an hour after the salon closed to finish my hair and not once did they show any frustration by it nor did they do a rushed job on my hair. I will definitely be returning and highly recommending this place to anyone and everyone. Thank you Mayla and Ms. Juanny for an awesome salon experience.

I understand it is a teaching school but the hair stylist that I got took a very long time and I had to hold my head in the down position for over 45 minutes and it was painful to do that .I told them and the teacher said maybe next time ask for someone more proficient.i had no idea thinking ahead of time that I needed to ask for someone more proficient

I got my hair deep conditioning & it left it very soft! they were respectful, outgoing& patient! definitely recommend!! i went with the lady named Lou Lou ❤️

It was horrible the service was horrible the students are rude and need a new instructor that for sure cant do african american hair they cant do nails at all it took them a hour to start putting the nails on n it was on my skin then the Mexican girl was laughing as And talking spanish just so unprofessional never again second time going and last time

Okay so you can expect to be here for a little bit...but - its TOTALLY worth it!! As soon as I arrived - the front desk clerk matched me with a student within minutes, my hair was assessed within minutes, and I was well on my way to a full head of long hair being colored. After 45 minutes, my hair was throughly rinsed and washed/conditioned, and I was well on my way to a great great great haircut...did I mention it was GREAT! The teacher Ms. Cynthia was AMAZING, and the student Ms. Olga was AMAZING!!! Two wonderful ladies working on my hair and it is the best cut and color Ive EVER received- thank you ladies!!! Oh and I also got Gel Nails (sorry I forget my nail ladies name, she was likewise great!) I paid $55 total for EVERYTHING! So full color, cut, blow dry, manicure, and Gel Nails!!!! Whoop!!! Couldnt be more happy! One thing that I will say, is to make sure you allocate about 5 hours of your time. Not to worry though - if you prepare your mind ahead of time and exercise patience - you will not be sorry! Glad I came today, will definitely come back!

This school is not fancy, but the price is right for quality educators , who make you feel like your part of the Bella family the minute you walk in the door. The talent and the staff are amazing. Mrs. Cynthia, who was also my mentor runs the place and is very personable and in my opinion, is the most talented cosmetologist I know.. I was a student, and now a client, so a big thanks to all my teachers Ms. Cynthia, Ms. Cindy, Mrs. Mena,, Mrs Alda, Ms. Juany and the first friendly face who helped me register and supported me throughout this process who made sure I was a successful graduate, the wonderful Ms. Angie. Please! Before going into the salon, read this!Very poor customer service! Refused me a refund because my hair was transformed. IT WAS NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR!! And yes I did say I was satisfied with it, but because I am a nice person and I do not want to create a fuss in public. I was almost crying (you can even ask my sister) and hated what I got. This is why I am leaving a review and asked for a refund. They ruined my hair and took 103 dollars from me!!!! Do NOT go and save your money please.Asked for a balayage and got highlights. Doesn’t even look good on me. Complaining how much hair I had. I also got a cut and last night I noticed it was uneven. The left side is longer than the right side and it is VERY noticeable. Also, got hair dye on my face and wouldn’t come off. Water got on my face while rinsing my hair. Left bleach on my hair for 2 *HOURS* and when they saw it wasn’t processing fast enough, they put *MORE* bleach on my hair. Now my hair feels really dry!! They also put me under the dryer! Right now some parts of my scalp hurt when I try to touch it. They also rinsed my hair with HOT water, not cold. They did not add heat protectant while drying my hair.

Love the environment here! Highly recommend. Hair Color, Make Up, Styles, Facials, Microdermabrasion, Manicures, Waxing, etc. They do it all. The Students do a great job!

Great school! The teachers explain and teach you everything you need to know to be better each day! If you don’t know anything just ask and they walk you through it step by step they work with your schedule.

They have the best teachers here! All of them are knowledgeable and helpful and stay up to date with current trends. Ive never had a teacher I dont like at this location.

Fun and friendly school the staff is great they help you with everything. Love my new nail tech class the teacher is great and friendly she helps with everything and answers all my questions .I only been their for a month and have learn a lot .

I highly recommend this college if you are just getting started with all the various salon services. I liked the idea of testing out the services with knowledgeable students that I would not normally go for. I tried a facial for the first time and it was amazing! I will definitely be going back to try their other services.

I enjoyed the student professional attitude, I had my nails done there twice and each time I had a great service. The Director of Admissions has a great smile and with awesome customer service.

This place is so unorganized and the staff/teachers are rude. I have been here many times and there is ways an issue. Today I came in to get a relaxer. The student lied to one of the teachers and said she couldnt find my release form to do the relaxer but she never looked. They then waisted more time pretending to look and then eventually I had to refill another one out. Meanwhile Im sitting waiting while they are saying my name and talking around me as if I am not here. Finally the teacher named ms Cindy (whom I have had issues with before came up to me and said we cant do it because its passed 2:00 and we dont have time. They close at 5pm it does not take 3 hours to do a relaxer. I understand these are students and the do their best but its the teachers and the staff that bring this place down. The attitude of they dont care and providing horrible customer service will make this business shut down and hopefully soon. Avoid this place a all costs. Dont even waste your time .

Bella is amazing! I went in last week and got my haircut for the first time because I was looking to save a few bucks. I did not have an appointment but I just walked in and they had me in a chair almost immediately! The girl that cut my hair really listened to what I asked for and delivered perfectly. I thought being at a beauty school would make me nervous but this chick knew her stuff and even then, the instructors were constantly walking around making sure everyone was good. I liked this place so much I made an appointment for my girlfriends and I to come in next week for Mani/Peids. Cheap price does not always mean cheap work. These girls are the best!

As a student I have been having one of the best experiences in this school .we have great instructors with a nice positive attitude that help you succeed.

They did a great job with my natural (hair roller set). Did not like the smell of the nail products in the salon.

I coming in with 4 of my clients those girls work great with all 4 of my client patient with them and give them great hair cuts too thank again

I take my daughter here for her hair she is happy and we have been lucky to always get great people. Thank you for the great students

Started going this past spring. Pedi Great service til Lettie graduated. Then had Maria and she was good as well. Then last time was rotten!! Female assigned by Ana didnt want to accommodate me. First my hip is broken so literally cant pick up my leg. Asked for no files and light buff.Student got offended when I asked for hot water in foot bath????? Who wants to put feet in cold water? Student ran off and never returned. Instead of Ana trying to teach student to accommodate customers she took over telling me I needed to see a podiatrist!!! For a broken hip??? Now shes a doctor???? Then she said they would not provide services to me due to my broken hip and safety reasons. Discrimination at its worst. She finally did it and gave the tip to the non accomodating student!! Outrageous. I should have reported them to the ADA Liason.

I would NEVER do my hair here AGAIN!!! If the teacher knew she couldnt work my with my hair she should of told me from the get go! They say to close at 5 pm .... it is 410 pm and it is already closed .... and they are all sitting inside looking at my face ... nobody does not say anything .... they still open very late .... pity for those who have office hours we will not be able to come to this place .....
