This is purely from my experience at the Driving School. The people in the office are super sweet and friendly. However, my experience with the instructor was very bad. I had just two classes with the instructor and he became impatient with me. He kept on saying that I wasnt trying hard enough to follow his instructions and was not using my mental strength to be with him on the same ground. He literally told me that he cannot be calmer than this. At the end of two classes itself, he told me that he is not a therapist and he cannot help me and if I cant get the fear out , I should take a refund. This entire experience left me shaken and I lost confidence in myself. I was given the refund back but no apology. I expected more encouragement and patience if I go to a driving class rather than sowing the seeds of self doubt inside me.

Excellent Experience. Family oriented company that was a pleasure to work with. Robert accessed my skill level and had me tested out in 2 weeks passing my first try. The old yard was on the small side but now they have moved to the end of 45 and 1626 to a HUGE spot.. Thanks again to the whole family! CDL A

I scheduled a same day appointment, and there was no wait. The ladies in the office were fantastic and the examiner was prompt and helpful during the practice. The driving test was just as practiced and went smoothly, they even helped me schedule my appointment at the DPS. I would definitely recommend them.

This is by far the best driving school in Austin. The staff at office were very helpful and nice throughout the whole process, from working on your schedule to find you the suitable testing appointment with the DMV. The classes were very affordable in comparison to the commotion. It’s worth the money. Trust me, having the CDL gives you the power to chose the employer you want on your terms.The trainer Robert is amazing, he will work with you based on your style of the learning and tailor the lessons accordingly. He always positive and empowering. He always give you the advice and constructive criticism that helped me pass my test from the first attempt. Best of much for you and God bless!

Id score them a solid 5 star without a doubt.Rob absolutely takes a personal interest and dedication in his one on one attention not only to myself but I watched his efforts and professionalism with the other students as well. Reinstatement of my CDL would not have happened without the effort he put forth in making sure that this old dog indeed would learn the new tricks required by DPS & the Feds these days. I give them all the highest recommendations in every way possible. Thank yall VERY much!!To update you i got on a plane to Chicago and have been running the eastern have of our country ever since I got the hard copy in the mail. WINDY CITY CARRIERS sign my checks @ .60cents per mile each way except for a trip home from Tyler, TX but paid for the fuel. Not a bad gig for a old retread.Thanks again for your help yall. Reyna CDL was awesome!!!! Robert was great to work with, he made sure I was 100% ready to go before the test. They worked around my schedule and took the time to make sure I had the confidence to pass the first time which I did. I’m very great full for them and it was worth every penny and they delivered exactly what the promised. I highly recommend them!!

Do not waste time going anywhere else! They got me in within a day for the DPS road test and actually took the time to explain the process to me. Refreshing after dealing with DPS! Very helpful staff and affordable pricing. Found them late in the process for my 18 year old but will definitely be using them for the younger ones. Thank you ABC Driving School!

I had a great experience here! Im an adult who didnt know how to drive. I didnt have anyone to help me learn either. I had tried another driving school only to have the instructor become nervous, and then irritated with me. Not here, my driving instructor at ABC driving school was professional, knowledgeable, calm and focused. He really helped me overcome the anxiety that comes with being new driver. Not to mention the staff is professional and polite. These people know what they are doing and have been doing it for years. I highly recommend them. Thank you to everyone at ABC driving school!

I recently signed up for driving lessons prior to COVID-19 which had caused the school to post-pone classes. Throughout the process of requesting a refund due to the circumstances, I received rude and very unprofessional customer service from the manager Lana. It was to extent I’m which I felt I had to record my own calls with her due to the nature of our conversations. Overall I would personally not recommend this place and advise for your time and finances to be invested elsewhere.

Highly recommend this driving school. Mr Wong was my driving instructor. He is very good and patient. He taught me everything i need to pass the test. Their price is also reasonable. I used to take class at the other driving school in Chinatown of Manhattan. I felt hopeless to pass the road test. Thanks to Mr Wong, i got my driving license now. YEAH!!!

This school has givin me my dream come true. I am so grateful for them letting me come in n learn everything I know today as being a truck driver. Thank you for giving me this opportunity.

I did a 6 day course here. & I gotta say it was WORTH every penny. I learned a lot and I felt like I improved so much, since the 1st day I started. The staff and everyone was very nice. The instructor Thought me a lot, he really boost my confidence. Even when I felt like I didn’t do much improvement, he always find a way to boost my confidence and made me feel comfortable. Definitely recommend this place if you are a beginner and want to learn how to drive. By the way his name was Hugo. He’s the guy to go with!

The trainer is always late and I had to wait for 10 or 15 mins from my scheduled time. They dont value the time of customers. When asked why the trainer is late , they say that anyways your 1 hour will be covered .They dont realise that people will actually be having tight schedule admidst the driving class

This is the worst school I had. At the first day of my class I wasnt satisfied ,so I decided to cancel my contract .I called them to make sure I wont get any problem to get my refund back.Iasked them I dont want to cancel my second class which it was last day..beacause I didnt want to charge any penalty ;they said there is nothing wrong we going to refund back and I can make my schule for the day after that without any charging .But they lied to me and charged me. Not even they called and canceled my class for second one,also charged for that. I trust them the way they told me verbal,but beacause I didnt have any document to prove it I couldnt get exactly my refund back.

Went for my 6hour class. Sat on the computer all day and did two tests. Passed and left home. Straight forward..

Very good training. The instructor was calm and patient and thats exactly what a nervous driver needs to gain confidence.

They put me through traffic almost immediately and I have no experience or background in driving. It was awful. I came home with my confidence shot way down.

I took some classes at ABC driving School and my experience was exelente my instructor was Hugo I highly recommend him he is very patience, make you feel comfortable since day one, and his instructions are clear and easy to follow his very encouraging and gives you that confident that you will need to be behind the wheel I have learned some driving skills for life and Im very pleased with the service the school staff is very nice and very encouraging as well they really take pride of their work and care about the students.They put emphasis on what I believe is their motto Safety first they will tell you over and over about to be a Defensive Driver and the best driver that you can be by follow the rules of the road, pay attention to the signals and be aware of what is around you.I highly recommend this School it worth every penny you pay for the classes.
