I have had a great experience so far with my schooling. I reached out to Ms. Lori to discuss some coursework and she took the time out of her day off to help me get through some knowledge review questions on my homework via a zoom call. She was thorough and even showed me a few extra tips when it comes to the matrix system. I feel so supported and appreciate the extra mile this school and my instructor is going through to make sure my education is a top priority. Highly recommend.

This online school was great. I learned a lot in this accelerated program. The instructor was well prepared and knew a lot about the work force because she’s been in the game for a long time. I never had a problem with this school, they were super easy to communicate and everything went smoothly. Make sure you set a schedule for studying and complete it or else you can fall behind a little but other than that I would highly recommend this school. I’m from Denver, Colorado and this course was great!

I was laid off from my teaching job at an ESL school in June 2020, and needed work since I have a wife and two toddlers to take care of. I started the course in October and finished in December. I got good grades in the course and passed the state exam easily, then got my RDA license in TX. Since then, I have had several interviews, but not gotten a single job offer. Why is that, you may ask? All the places Ive interviewed told me that they wont hire someone who hasnt completed an externship at a dental office. While I was in the program, I did try to get externships, but no offices were accepting people. I sent an email to Arch Dental Academy and received a response from Stacy: Thank you for reaching out! We are hearing from several students that its a little difficult to get into an office right now with the recent spikes in COVID cases. Keep trying when you can. Even if you can get just a few hours it will be a great benefit. However, if you are not able it will not keep you from getting your certificate from us! Getting the certificate is all fine and good, but it is absolutely worthless given that fact no one will hire me now. Years ago when I was a CNA, the school I attended lined up the externship for all their students at a nursing home they had an arrangement with, and everyone got hired later. This is a simple, realistic expectation students have when investing money in a course hoping to get a job out of it.I would caution anyone who considers handing over their hard earned money to these scammers, especially in this economy. Not only did they take $2950 and leave me nothing to show for it, but they now dont answer my repeated phone calls or emails. I would take this review down if they offered me a refund, but I doubt they have the scruples to own up to their wrongdoing. Arch Dental Academy should expect more bad reviews posted elsewhere on the web, and further escalation of the matter by me.

This is a email i sent to who’s in charge i finished school a month ago & currently i’m worried about my job status because i still haven’t got a respond back hope this prepares everyone on what to expect with this course.Hi Stacy,I was in the previous class of July 11th. I emailed you about about my voucher code since i had to pay for it out of pocket and i have yet to hear back. also i noticed that i have a 50 on my final grade? my instructor spoke to my class last day and informed us that if we did our final we were all done with school so i don’t understand why now i have a failing grade. another thing still waiting for my certificates clearly with there being an issue with my final grade. as well i want to speak who’s in charge of this whole thing. the lack or professionalism & communication in this program is a joke. I’m sorry for being rude but i have been patient and attentive to everything in school and i’m still with things that’s should be issues to begin with, then end date of the course changed 2 weeks before it was done and causing issue with my job. the whole point of this program is to train and educate your students in order to be prepare and ready for an office job which should be taken seriously and it’s so sad to have to say my schooling is a reason why i’m not trained at all. All of my learn was off of youtube & my own time outside of the school and now i can’t even get the decency from you to get a respond back. I want to understand what i paid for because once again since day one i have not got an answer to any of my question including with you and my instructor. i’m now worried that i won’t have my job because it just seems to me like no one cares enough to help out their students with any questions about literally anything having to do with this program. i want and need my certificate because my job is still waiting for me to send everything to the state and i want my money back for everything that the school should’ve provide for me but i was never given to me and i’ll leave that list here for you.-no answers or even an respond from YOU-no proper training beside when i went in person the 2 sad days the program gave because they actually wanted to help me since they saw i wanted to learn-paid for my own voucher code- change the end date & making it 13 weeks in total when it was originally 9 weeks- literally no proper communication over anything in the programs with the instructor and you- affecting my job when the whole point of programs are to help you get a job after not make you worry losing one.

Hardly any communication whatsoever. Emails rarely get answered and I have not even been called for an interview after filling out numerous job applications.Update: Finally got a job interview after I checked the box that said I was Hispanic and not Black. Needless to say after they saw I was not Hispanic even though I nailed my interview I was not selected.
