Amazing place to learn and practice Capoeira. Great environment and energy. Mr. M is a great person and instructor that makes the classes very special. If you never experience a Capoeira class it is definitely worth to try and youll see that Capoeira its much more then a martial art.

Finally a place in West Boca for capoeria! Having never tried a martial arts class in my life and starting in my late 40s, Mr. M. adapts and makes it fun for all levels and all ages. Hes been studying for over 30 years and his expertise shows from his advance moves, to his ability to break it down to a beginners level. He accommodates for injuries, as well. Sometimes I bring my sons (ages 10 and 14) and its one of the few activities we can all do together as a family. The accepting and laid-back atmosphere makes learning un-intimidating and the hour flies by!

Esporte Nacional Capoeira and Contra Mestre Mr. M define how a Capoeira Academy should be run and how well a Mestre should be instructing. Not only does Contra Mestre Mr. M teach the physical aspects of Capoeira, he also delves into the spiritual side of it keeping the origins, tradition and history alive.
