Since they insisted on removing my review that talked about them BLACKMAILING me, I thought it important to re-review this horrible company. They were the worst, most unprofessional place I have ever had the disservice of dealing with. I wont lie and say I handled it perfectly because I didnt but when I gave them a one star, they tried to BLACKMAIL me to remove it. I am aware that they have done this with previous people who have also left negative reviews and it is incredibly unprofessional, childish, and pathetic. Dont waste your time or money. If you arent a sheep to them theyll try to threaten you.

Ive been going to Rocky Mountain Krav Maga for about two months now. Exclusively to the womens class on Friday nights. The friendships I have created here even in this short time have been amazing. Lisa is a fantastic instructor. Its boosted my confidence and not to mention is a great work out! I will be coming here for a long time to come.

Ive been taking Krav Maga intro sessions 3x/week for the past few of weeks and really enjoy the classes! I am a fairly active person and find the work-out intensity challenging yet manageable. Having never taken up a martial art/defense class before I wasnt sure what to expect but the instructors and class veterans have been so welcoming and are very patient. I travel often for work and am looking forward to building confidence in being able to effectively defend myself should I encounter a worst case scenario during a trip.

Ive been a Rocky Mountain Krav Maga member for almost 3 years. This system is designed for people with all athletic abilities and skill levels. John is a high level instructor and I can honestly say that Ive never had two identical workouts. Anyone would benefit from either the physical fitness or the self defense aspects of Krav Maga!

What a great place. Such a wonderful job in teaching and training. This a great place to not only get a good workout but to learn such great self defense. I have been coming to RMSDF for almost 3 yrs now and it has changed my life! Not only has it gotten me in shape and showed me things I never knew I was capable of but it also gave me the confidence to be able to handle myself in any situation. The coaches are all extremely passionate, knowledgeable, experienced and friendly. The gym is totally family friendly and have many classes offered to kids of all ages 3.5+. Krav Maga is a great way to teach your kids how to stand up to bullies and to know when and when not to use this skill. I have nothing but good to say about this gym!

Great fun. Instructor is great and makes you feel at home. Atmosphere is positive and encouraging. Ive truly enjoyed every class. Give it a try, you wont be disappointed.

I dont want to sound corny or insincere, but in all honesty, this has changed my life! I look forward to working out, the people here are positive and supportive, and I have gained confidence in my self that I thought I would never find again. I have been a member for almost a year now and I cannot imagine working out any where else.

Ive been taking KRAV here at RMSDF for 1 year and couldnt ask for a better gym. Everyone is friendly and encouraging. The coaches are well trained and give good feedback. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who is looking to learn practical self defense and get fit in the process, and Im looking forward to continuing my training with them.

I started Krav Maga years ago when I lived in Ohio. I traveled for work and always tried to find a Krav Maga school to train at when I was on the road. I have trained at over a dozen Krav Maga schools all over the country (even if it was only for a day). At Rocky Mountain Krav Maga you have a phenomenal instructor, John Hallett. John has a great passion for teaching people the skills that could save their life. He is an excellent instructor and is incredibly skilled at Krav Maga. The mats are CLEAN! Everytime! If you havent trained in self defense or martial arts this is huge! Skilled instructor. Clean floors and workout area. Clear programs to help you succeed. Simply the best fitness program Ive been involved in. Ive been working out in gyms for over 3 decades and have spent the last 3 years training with RMKMF. Ive never felt better or been fitter.
