If I could give this place one star I would. I do not recommend you bringing your children here. The staff here is not qualified to take care of children nor do they have the patience to be around children. The upper management staff thinks that switching a violent women to a smaller room would be a better alternative rather than removing her from the daycare completely. You should not work around any age of children if you are not capable of being a kind compassionate person. Snatching a child by the arm and lifting them up to scream in their face is never okay.

This day care is amazing ! My daughter loves it and has learned so much since she has been going . Denise is the most sweetest human you will ever meet. She has treated my family so good . I walk in this place everyday and have never had any disrespect from the teachers or workers , they are always very pleasant and nice . The place is NEVER dirty, it is always spotless and you couldn’t tell me different because I am there almost every day. Thank you so much , y’all are the best and I appreciate you all .

All the staff take great care in making sure your childs needs are always met. Ive asked them not to feed my child certain foods due to her allergies, and if ever they are not sure of a food they always call me first, even for birthdays that parents bring in treats. Her teachers all have been great, she has been in three different classes since they change as they have birthdays and have loved each one. You pass teachers in the hallway and they all say hi to you and your child by name, and most are teachers weve never had or know. Cant say enough about how great this school is and with my child getting ready to start public school, Im going to really miss this place.

Deserves zero stars.My child was injured on the first day of the preschool. The teacher didnt tell me anything about my childs physical condition when I picking up my child.Incredible!!!Very unprofessional!!!The teacher hurt me! My child said!!!...We had to go ER...I can not trust this school...We stopped going school next day...

I have never experienced a school such as this! Although this is my first child I have worked at few daycares and have heard countless horror stories. Not here! They are A1 all the way! If there ever was a problem, they are on it, to the T! They have taught my daughter her very basics all the way to sign language and Spanish! Im amazed by far. The teachers are hands on and responsive. From new born till almost 2 now I consider them pretty much family! If it takes a village to raise a child this is definitely the village you want to have !

The rudest employee I have never even met who works at a childrens place. Whoever answered the phone needs to not. They dont know how to approach a customer and have no customer service skills. She simply hung up on me after saying no before I could finish my question.

I find the center well run, with good staff. My child is always taken care of and enjoys there time there.

My daughter has has several minor injuries and no report has ever been provided or filed, I asked Sandy front desk or assistant evening director if it was a regulation or rule to have cameras since its Des approved and she said they are not required and they only film live, my daughter has been complaining about stomach pain and doesnt want to sleep! She Crys when I drop her off!It is 1am and I had to let her cry so she could fall asleep! Before falling asleep she was telling me that one of the teachers hit her!So there will be in investigation, thats a promise!Because they are quick to call cps on a child when they have a lil scratch but they need to check themselves!

My kids love going to school everyday. They even give them at home projects to complete sometimes so they can get into the routine of completing homework.

It is hard for me to select how many star ratings I should give this daycare establishment.I have had my daughter enrolled here since January of this year. I simply was referred to this daycare through a co worker because they offer weekend child care. .My first issue was with the lack of communication within the staff. My daughter has a dairy allergy. I asked for her not to have milk and they told me I needed to provide a doctors note. Not an issue, dropped off the note to find my out my daughter was still being given milk. I complained about the issue and again weeks later.. there she was eating dinner with a large glass of milk. I had to get upset before the issue seemed to be taken care ofSecond issue . WEEKENDS. if you are there because you need the weekend assistance do not ever forget to fill out that slip before Thursday right at 5pm or you will have a nice surprise last minute trying to find child care so you can go to work. Yes, I made that mistake when i first got there.with that being said I made sure to be on top of it. They should really advertise their weekend rules a lot better to avoid confusion and last minute stress for the parents.Third. This has to be such a toxic environment to work in. I cant even imagine what being an employee there would be like.Sandy is the most disrespectful, racist, hateful person I have ever come in contact with especially when shes supposed to be delivering at least an ounce of customer service.I have had multiple times where I am just simply walking in to pick up my daughter after a long day and she just gives you rude looks and attitude from the moment you walk in.She opened the door to the classroom and accidentally hit my daughters face and showed 0 care to the fact that she was crying.the list goes on and onToday. Saturday 9/1/2018I had my daughter written down for Saturday drop off at 9:30am. I had an emergency at work where I had to bring her with me until another staff member arrived. (with the weekends you get an hour after your scheduled drop off time to still be able to bring your child)at 10:15 I had called and said I was going to be there soon please let her in. Sandy said okay that is fine you have about 15 minutes to still bring her)I confirmed with her that I wouldnt be refused at the door because I know how she is. she said it was fine and then goes wait who is this?I said my name and my daughters name and she told me I definitely could not come and that she would refuse us.that right there is pure discrimination and my co workers over heard it in the other office and couldnt believe a daycare facility would have someone like that working for them. So today I had to hide her at my office until I could find a sitter available.I pay out of pocket, I love to donate and in my line of industry I have referred multiple people to check out their program. I never wanted any issues. I just wanted a stress free place to put my daughter while I work.Denise is the glue keeping that place together and the only reason I did not switch day care centers months ago.Going forward I am not sure on what to do. I need the weekend care but not if I am going to be treated like that and make me not trust having my child with someone there who clearly does not like them.I am going to consult with a lawyer as I do feel discriminated against.I

Does not care for their customers or kids on site. My daughter has been picked up with a soaked pull up more than once, which is definitely not good for children obviously. If my daughter has allergies her face will be covered in snot as if noone attended to her all day. This place will take your money, even if they do not allow your child in because you failed to bring her within the hour of her scheduled time. they will also send your kid home saying she has a fever when she was simply hot from running outside in the sun and still expect you to pay for the day even though you have to leave early from work multiple times because of the issue risking losing your job. (maybe a school nurse on site would help) I have had enough of this place , my child will be disenrolled by the end of school work week.

Disgusting, not clean and my son got pink eye when he was going there. Would never recommend to any mother who cares about there kid healthy state.

Maxwell preschool is always enjoyable for my child. She really enjoys the teachers and students as well.

I want to say the staff have been amazing at Maxwell and my complaint is turly with the Director Denise. Effective today 4/27/16 my children will no longer be present. I have been running an investigation with my daughters school as her innocence was violated. After having firm support and data in place with school left Maxwell next in line for open ended questioning. two children mentioned involved both going to Maxwell and my daughters school so all signs pointed to Maxwell. In my hurt and wanting to protect my child I went to Maxwell to only deepen my understanding of what was the morning like with early drop off? Where are the bathrooms? Child ratio to age groups for morning and afternoon? Any video feed for concerns to be reviewed? She started off very defense in tone which seemed odd to say the least. My mother and I wanted to get to the bottom of things and see how my child is being protected. In sharing my child was abused her only words out of her mouth was unless there is an investigation there was no case to look into anything. I went to the 2s room IMMEDIATELY and pulled my child! No concern of tell me more about this ...no concern of assuring me as a mother that my childs well being matters. Just a defense attitude that resulted in more i dont care to pull all three of my childern. That was shocking to say the least yet Im not surprised about Denise. This same woman that called me to let me know that one of the names brought up by my daughter where expelled from maxwell and anything else to let her know. This same woman treated me like a pest of the worst kind with defensive attitude when i shared with her the concern of my childs well being in her facility. I didnt come in accusing or blaming just wanting information and to make sure my daughter was safe. If you like great staff and a director that dosent care about the well being of your childs safety then this is the place for you! Also I learned today they dont have any recorded feed for camera just live camera to look in the rooms on each day. The shock and sting of Denise also being a mother to answer in such matter is beyond me. My children are well loved at Maxwell and we will miss some of the original staff always in our corner and the newer members that have showed us love. However not one drop of concern nor one question to see into what I had to say by the director not just for me and my daughter yet for all her children in the care of the facility her answer was the same: Its not her problem until authorities are involved. Not one drop of empathy nor care with questionable information in place is beyond me and unbelievable to say the least!

This place needs an unannounced child care inspection, and this place needs a safety inspection. And, they need responsible staff and managment.

I love that my kids love coming here.
