I have to say Im never going to bring my computer to them again. First I dropped it off, was told they would check it out. Matthew called to say what they needed to do around 6. At 8:30, Matthew calls again dating they need the money first indeed of saying that earlier. Im already in my pajamas and have to go down there to pay $140 for a cleaning. Matthew stated it would be fine someone really afternoon. Its closing and Ive not heard anything about it. I am missing important homework and my grade is going to drop because of this. Im very angry and am thinking of demanding part of the money back.

Recently started needing more office supplies, like paper, pens, markers, sticky notes, etc., and figured Id give Office Depot a shot.Every time I walk in Im always greeted by a very friendly employee. All employees are pleasant to work with, and I rarely have to wait longer than a few minutes in check out. Overall, my few visits in have been great.Great store, great employees. They definitely have my return business for office supplies.

The employee helping was very nice and proficient. That being said, there was NO WAY she could help up to 5 customers at the same time. She started helping other customers and answering the phone while assisting me. A 5-10 minute project took over 25 minutes.

Manager was rude af to his employees in front of customers simply droped wat I had and left I dont know how this place is still in business especially when your mangers act like that if you looking for products here go elsewhere you may even find it cheaper

Rude employees, they display sales on their items that they dont even have. 2 items on sale one was better than the other. But the better one was cheaper for some reason...and didnt even have it. So my only option was to get the more expensive but not as good one. Best buy forever. Take the time to drive 45 minutes for better deals and nicer employees.

Absolutely horrendous.. Couple of the store in please were more than happy to help and see what I needed. But as far as the check out it was not pleasant whatsoever. The cashiers customer service attitude was less than pleasant. The I dont wanna be here and do my job look. From the looks of it management needs to do a severe morale boost and employee appreciation. Would not recommend a store that does not take care of its employees will not be shopping here again.

Generally, this is a good place to get things printed; however, unless you call after you place your online order, your printing may not get done in their as advertised, one day. The print quality is good so I gave them 5 stars.

I went there recently to browse laptops, and was happily surprised! They had everything neat and clean, and I knew exactly where to find everything! Super friendly too! They had cards with the laptops with check boxes, and details about them! Overall a great experience!

With Staples in Laramie having closed, this is the closest office supply store to me. And I find it generally rewarding. It meets my expectations for now, but could use some merchandising clean-up (shelves a mess, products not stocked, etc.). The staff are generally very helpful. Location is somewhat odd, but once you learn how to get there, you will never forget. Recommended!

The print shop is actually quite good with surprisingly knowledgable staff. I purchased a display model laptop here and got a super reasonable deal. Since no local option for supplies exists, this place is a lifesaver.

Attention to detail is key in any business. Because a customer comes in to shop doesnt mean they know what they need or can find it without help. Store isnt as crisp as other Office Depots, however, has a good selection.

I placed my order online and arrived at the store one hour later to pick up my printed item. They did not have it printed. The two employees working at the print counter had to search through their computer to find my order. The first employee printed it, just one side. He then realized he had forgotten the second side, tried to print the second side, but did it upside down. The first employee had to call the second employee to figure out how to turn the paper around so it would print correctly. Together they figured out how to print the second page. By this time they had messed up multiple pages so they had to reprint a few more copies (both sides) to complete my order correctly. After almost 40 minutes my order was finally completed. I had to ask for a bag to put them in and a receipt. The receipt was the Office Depot version showing that the print job was done but did not show any prices or totals. I was very, very disappointed with the service and performance of this location. The second employee seemed more competent than the first but he had another customer to help. I still do not understand why they did not see my job in the queue to be completed. Im not sure if this is laziness on the part of the employees or a terrible system put in place by the corporation.Unfortunately this same situation happened to me in February 2013 at this same location. I had ordered a print job that was not completed when I arrived and took over one half hour to print after I arrived. I was annoyed at the time and submitted a similar feedback review. I choose to place this most recent order because I had a coupon and I believe in giving second chances. I am so disappointed in Office Depot, their online ordering process and the Cheyenne employees. I will happily tell everyone I know about my disappointing experiences with Office Depot and encourage my friends to use other companies for their business needs.

Very poor customer service. They told me that all HDMI cords are the same. Apparently, they are not. Some have internet built into the cable, a fact that they would know by checking my existing cable, but I had no way of knowing. It just required a little more time and being a little more careful, and they could have saved me an extra trip back to the store.

I would have too say this was one of the best customer service experiences Ive had in a while!! I came in looking for a router and some cables and was Immediately approached by an employee in tech. Luke who helped me was very knowledgeable he actually listened to what i had too say and answered all my questions very professionally. I would Highly recommend This office depot location too anybody. I dont understand these people on here writing these reviews they must of went to the wrong store Office Max or Somthing. What made me even happier was the price match they had no problem doing i just showed them the amazon listing and they matched it no questions asked! Thanks Office Depot!!!

Worst experience Ive had in awhile. Even though I was only there to drop off packages for eBay the two lovebirds talking behind the counter werent even respectful enough to acknowledge me and the fact I was dropping off packages. The one woman there eventually looked at me then turned around and went back to what she was doing like I wasnt even there! I think Ill be looking for another place to ship my packages through and judging by some of the other reviews on here Id say this has been a problem for awhile.Office Depot is a poorly ran business and I would encourage those who read this review to look elsewhere for somewhere to drop your packages and do general business with.

Apparently Office Depot thinks it’s ok to screw with USPS mail. Dropped off 3 packages on Wednesday to be mailed. They were dropped off at 11 am. The strawberry blonde haired girl with the horrible attitude didn’t put them in the bin to be picked up until after 4 pm Wednesday, once the mailman had already left. I call on Thursday to find out why my packages haven’t been mailed. I talk to a “manager”, Alexis. She tells me that clearly I can’t tell time and the packages must have been dropped off after 4pm. Wrong. 11 am. I then inform her that it’s a federal crime to mess with USPS mail and she laughs, stating that Office Depot can handle mail dropped off there as they please and “it’ll go out when it goes out”. Some manager huh? She then laughs again. I inform her that I’ll be filing a complaint with Office Depot Corporate, her GM- Jeremiah and USPS.

Went in to redeem 20% off coupon for printer paper and use rewards dollars before they expired at the end of the month. Found what I came for quickly and there was no line at the checkouts - usually never happens - so was in and out in 10 minutes thanks to a fabulous checker.

ON HOLD Again! 5 min later a guy picks up the line and ask what I needed. So again I explain, he finds the cartridge for me. I am not shopping there however. Terrible experience, JUST ON THE PHONE! Hope they go under...

I went to purchase a computer and there was no one available for help so I had to ask the cashier to call someone and she was very pleasant and informed me that as soon as they stop talking on their communication device, she would call for an assistance. I waited for almost 10 minutes when someone finally shows up. The only problem is that another customer had walked up by then and what did the employee at Office Depot do? Went to help him instead of me who was there first. What a waste of my time, never going there again. Is it because Im an minority or because I just came from the gym and didnt look like I could afford to purchase anything?

I hate coming to this office Depot. I never have a good experience here. It should never take over a half an hour to try to mail a package. Today when I was visiting I stood in line for almost 10 minutes waiting to be helped. Then when I finally was helped the lady who is helping me was extremely rude and made me go find a box myself as she saw me struggling to pick the right size. When I came back to the counter for the third time she ended up helping somebody else and then proceeded to walk away with another employee, leaving the other lady at the desk to help me. This other lady was so busy working on another project she basically ignored me for a very long period of time. She had me enter in all of my mailing information which was fine but when I was finished I said okay Im done and proceeded to stand there and wait 5 minutes and I finally had to say I need to go. Again I never have a good experience visiting this Office Depot.

I called yesterday to see if they had a charger for a specific tablet knowing that I would be passing through Cheyenne on my way to visit my parents. I spoke on the phone with a guy named Braiden who told me they had the charger. When I arrived this morning they called him over and he even said oh yes I remember you calling yesterday. Once we arrived at the display it was pretty obvious they not only didnt carry the charger but theyve never carried it. Glad I called ahead Braiden. I know it must be hard to walk that five steps to look at the display or check inventory on your computer. I can see why they made you a tech expert. So listen Braiden thank you for absolutely nothing. At least your phone manners are decent.
