Not heirloom quality but you dont always need that. Sometimes you just need inexpensive.

There food selection cost more than the store, especially the frozen foods and milk orange juice, you name it. They dont have much of what they do sell and never big clothing section. Theyre all mixed in with the kids clothes too so you think you found something cool looking and find out its a kids sucks

The manager, who was on her lunch break took time to handle an issue. She didnt have to but we were very grateful for her service. Im sorry, dont remember her name but deserves a 5 star from us

A basic store of low cost items, a step above dollar stores.

Very rude clerks, not my first experience with rude people there started going to Big Lots now.

Good store but people not wearing masks inside like sign says. All you non mask wears are so selfish n disrespectful... Your rights are not being violated by wearing a mask!!! You have no right to risk other peoples safety!!!!... If a store is going to mandate in store mask wearing then why isnt it enforced????

This place is close to my house and if I need something quick I dont have to go very far. Glad they opened a store here, was much needed. Employees are very nice.

Air not working. They DO HAVE A LOT of things. Something much needed for South CheyenneI live East , but the store is going downhill. Not very clean, so I started using BIG LOTS or South store

So so store. Very cramped. When I visited lots of empty displays near check out. This store could use a reset and thinning out. Still had Christmas items at regular price! Its almost May.

Just called asking a price on cat food and was told that she cant give price information over the phone..... REALLY.. I just wanted to know Id I would have enough.... doesnt make any sense

Id rather go to this store. Not once have they been rude. They always answer my question. I saw comments that they are rude. I cant help to think its the customers that are rude. So think about how you are when you go into a store cuz it might be you setting the bad vibe

I was accused of stealing before I was ready to pay. The lady was extremely rude and shouldnt be in the customer service industry. She is a reason places like this Havana a bad name.

The one on Lincolnway was filthy, unorganized; but the one on Central was alot better and found what I was looking for.
