My son and I are taking the family classes together and from the first day that we started, we were welcomed as family, and not just classmates. The classes have helped us to build self confidence, strength, and self-defense. Its a great bonding experience to be able to attend these classes side-by-side with my son! I highly recommend 1AF Taekwondo Academy!

We started at 1AF a little less than a year ago and I must say I am glad that such an amazing place still exists. We love that it is a place where strong family values are highly held and how family oriented they are. The strong athletics ethics, discipline and morals my children have acquired since attending is impressive. The master is amazing and has proven to care about his athletes not only while practicing but also truly cares about their personal growth and academic accomplishments. I highly recommend them. The sport is a complete sport and this school allows children and adults to grow within the sport as well, including competitions. 5 stars! This school truly is remarkable.

I am glad that I put my daughters 1AF , they explain everything every step of the way and the always make you feel you are part of their family. My daughters are so happy and they love Master Danny and all the instructors especially Sachi. I am so proud of my daughters of the confidents the have in themselves thanks to 1AF. When you join the one AF team you get more then just teammates you get an extended family.
