Amazing caring staff, beautiful and clean facilities and healthy snacks and lunches! My little girl is so happy at ‘school’ with her friends.

We like the staff very much. They were friendly and good with our baby. That said, I did not find any aspect of the care here superior. It was good--not great. We were asked to fill out a sheet every morning upon bringing our baby in. The staff was to fill out the sheet daily to let us know how our baby did during the day. More than 50% of the time, the sheet was left blank. I would have liked to know how my baby did during the day but unfortunately, there was no documentation of this.Sadly, the construction at the Federal Building is what led us to leave. It has been going on for months with no end in sight. No one has any idea when it will end and there is really no place to park when you are taking your child in. It makes the mornings very very frustrating. In addition, the process to actually get into the Federal Building is excruciatingly painful. Its like going through security at the airport. Its nice to feel safe but its not so nice when you have to go through a metal detector EVERY morning. The security guards who are a bit like the Keystone Cops are completely unyielding if you forget your ID. Even though they see your face every single morning, they will not let you in the building if you happen to forget your ID. Its just too much hassel to deal with. Were the Collonade Childrens Center in a different building with adequate parking and no problems getting in and out in the morning, we would consider keeping our baby in this daycare.
