Incredible school, immensely helpful and exactly where you need to go if you want to get your license with ease! Jim brings a confidence and experience that all instructors should have, all while being extremely helpful, a guiding mind and easy to understand lessons. Everything ties in and makes taking the final exams easier through repetition and practice. Highly recommend this course to anyone. I assume in person is the best choice but I did the prerecorded classes and crunched them into two weeks and passed my test the following week, it was only possible through the teaching and help this school brought!

This is an amazing classroom environment. This college has a high rate of licensed Agents. Remember, its your motivation more then anything. Have fun and learn a lot!

They did not refund me and didnt follow their refund policy. Their refund policy is broad and not specific. I would not recommend their course. I will have to pursue other avenues to get my refund—what a massive headache and inconvenience. I have already directed friends elsewhere and will continue to do so.

I am half through through the daytime course and can say the Curriculum, instructor and in school approach has been top notch and above the competition I feel very confident and ready to take the test one and done!

The best decision I made was going to American Real Estate College. I spent 6 months at another school and could not pass the test, they continually told me to watch the videos over again and would not help me. Jim was the BEST teacher you could ask for. Highly recommend AREC because of the curriculum and how the course is presented. Jim is very well established in the industry and has stories to prove it. Jim and team makes real estate education enjoyable. Jim shares great stories and Jen in the front office, is always accommodating. I took the accelerated classroom program and successfully passed the challenging National and State exams the first round. You most likely will need to do some cramming on your own prior to taking the exam - especially the national exam. Jim is always a reliable source of information once you graduate from his program as well.

One and DONE! as we say at AREC. :-) Thank you AREC for preparing me to pass my exam. I wont say the state exam was easy but being well prepared actually made it fun. The material we went over in class was spot on to what was on the exam. You have to study hard outside of the classroom but you are given all the material you need. My biggest help came from the pre-recorded glossary that you can download from the website and the abundance of study material. Above all though, I am grateful for Jims patience and love of the industry. It was certainly contagious. I learned so much about real estate and then some. Best class ever!

Great class, I would never have trusted myself to finish their course online. I’m taking the accelerated course, done in 18 days. Jim is great, he takes the Real Estate Exam every year and stays up to date on all the exam question and changes. American Real Estate College was such an awesome experience for me! I originally tried an online school and was not engaged at all. I decided AREC would be a good choice because of the accountability of going to class, but I got so much more out of it than just accountability. This is a great school to go to for your real estate license, their system and the way Jim teaches is just great. They have presentations that give you more of an idea of what you will need later on and the different options we have out there for after we get our licenses. They have been very helpful easing me into the class. My first class was math and at first I was very overwhelmed, but by the time the class was over I was confident and ready for the next day. These guys are the BEST! They know how to teach to the test and give you the best odds of passing the exam on the first try. Ive had several agents on my team waste 6 months on online courses with other schools, only to find that they are clueless on the exam. We sent those agents to American REC, and Jim had them exam ready in a couple of weeks. Dont waste your time or money with any of the online courses, just suck it up and call American.

I just completed the course at American Real Estate College. I found Jim (the owner and instructor) to be amazing. The thing that I enjoyed the most was his stories from his experience, they made me remember test answers. They also give you comprehensive guide to study for the test, in fact they dont let you take the test until you pass their ultimate final. I took my test today and received an 86 on the national and an 84 on the state. Considering 75% of people fail on the first try that isnt bad. Thank you Jim, and the rest of the people at American Real Estate College!!!!

Jim is an instructor that really cares about your success. he will answer all your questions no matter how long it takes. If youre not ready for the State and National tests after his class, look for another career. No better class anywhere.

Definitely recommend taking the time to go in to the school and take live classes. Online classes were outdated . I emailed Jim and he immediately sent me updated classes. The live classes were a lot better but overall Jim was the best instructor and I definitely feel like I learned more than i imagined learning about real estate in a short amount of time.

One and done!!!! 2 days after I finished my finals I passed my test in one try.Two key points to keep in mind with ARES.1. If your trying to pass the RE test, state or national, ARES’s questions and ciriculum is so accurate to the nation and especially the state test exam. I breezed through the state exam with questions that I knew precisely.2. If your looking for real practical applications, you will find it. The instructors know what they’re doing and with a sounds moral compass. These guys are bettering the RE industry. Jim is always influencing us ways of making multiple streams of passive income.3. The community in class is great and doing finals and discussion questions it’s great conversating to better understand it.If your nervous about time commitment, so was I. They will work with your schedule so that you can do online videos if there is a day you can’t make it.All in all it took me just about 34 days and now I have passed my test and will take more classes from them like CAM and other classes from them. Thankful for them.

These varied teaching/learning modalities provided me with a rich base of knowledge necessary for passing the state Real Estate Exam and the tools to develop a successful real estate career.Many times lunch or dinner was catered by Real Estate Brokers looking to recruit associates, and mortgage brokers or other professionals related to the RE industry, offering information and educational opportunities to students, in exchange for potential future business. This furnished me with great insight and many learning opportunities.By being attentive and diligently utilizing the resources the school provided, in a month and a half of schooling and study, I was able to pass the Colorado State Real Estate Exam in my first attempt..I had previously taken a different Real Estate course at a Real Estate Academy, at almost the same price, but it just provided instruction at a fire hose pace and little else.
