Wish I went to different school sadly this was the closest didn’t help with anything on the exam. I learned more from the books PSI sell sad

Recently completed the live online program. I completed it in quickly in 1.5 months. there was so much new intimidating info, but kaplan provided all the tools I needed to succeed. I took the psi exams last week and passed my first attempt! there is definitely a lot of studying that must be done on your own. but that is expected with any schooling. overall experience. 9/10

The syllabus is all jumbled up. When I called and asked for help they said to read the syllabus. I did already that’s why I called them. I know how to read. The syllabus makes you lost. Why can you read it front to back not. Chapter 2,6&20 then you get to the end of the chapter take a quiz and find things you haven’t read or learned about!! Also some lady on TikTok made a joke out of Kaplan. And I am freaking out cuz she was talking it up I. Front of her real estate agent father. The look on his face was what are you saying this is all a lie. So now I feel like I wasted soMuch money and time. I have taken many real estate agents to lunch for hell. They are just as lost wish I could be refunded .

I took the On Demand classes and participated weekly in the live study halls. I would highly recommend Kaplan to anyone interested in real estate school. If I had any questions, it was always easy and convenient to reach the head teachers with any questions I had beyond the on Demand classes. I took my test and passed on the first time!

I did my pre-licensure course work and exam prep here and loved it! I did online on demand then in person demand prep. Ive been in Real estate for 5 years now and loving it!!

I absolutely hands down 100% would recommend this class to anyone looking to get into real estate in Colorado. I ordered the On Demand class so I was able to study while working full time and having a family. From start to finish everyone I needed to chat with was available and friendly. Classes are set up in the order you should learn. Each section has an outline, quizzes, instructor videos, etc. Very helpful and most definitely sets you up to succeed. Once I was able to go for testing I passed both National and State with flying colors. I am now an active agent in Colorado, coming up on 2 years, and I always recommend Kaplan to those looking to get into real estate. I’ve truthfully had to help others who didn’t use Kaplan study for their tests. Choose Kaplan! You won’t be disappointed!

I took the OnDemand online course and I couldn’t be happier. It was flexible, instructors are so knowledgeable, and they have an amazing interactive live study group. The online course structure is so user friendly and the instructor make it entertaining. I took my exams about a week ago and passed both exams on the first try. National with a 90% and State with a 93%. Kaplan really does provide you with everything you need in order to pass the exams first try. I was surprised how similar the questions in the exams were to Kaplan’s drills and practice exams. Definitely recommend Kaplan.

Comprehensive new licensee training and support. I highly, highly recommend attending classes in person for the classroom lectures, real world advice, and practical test island success tips. All of your instructors are more than willing to stay after class, take a call during the night... whatever it takes to help you pass! Happy to report I passed with flying colors on the first try thanks to Kaplans instructors.

I would recommend going to absolutely any other real estate school in the state, it could not get any worse than this. I paid over 1,000 for live classes. First they sent me the wrong books. Then the pre-class syllabus would give instructions to read chapters 16 -27 in a book that only has 11 chapters. If I could give this school negative 5 stars I would. Completely incompetency, these people can barely read let alone teach.

Phenomenal! Best Real Estate training available. Ive already recommended numerous times to close family and friends. I am currently a certified welder, a licensed independent catastrophe adjuster and now thanks to the training and support Ive received from Kaplan/Brightwood College, a licensed real estate agent. If you are serious about your career and the training and support youre paying for, this school is for you! Staff are extremely knowledgeable, its nice being taught by true professionals that are currently working in the field. Clean facility, easy to find, tons of parking. Couldnt be happier!

They just want your money

The books and the presentation style where solid. I passed the first time - no problem. This class was recommended to me and I would recommend it to others.

I have purchased several real estate courses from Kaplan-Brightwood. Unfortunately my most recent purchase expired after 6 months. The course was valid through 2018 and I purchased it early as a package deal. I intended to take the course in October. When I contacted customer support they were unable to extend the expiration date and I was informed I would need to repurchase the course even though it was never used. Disappointing to lose a long term customer over something trivial.

They are extremely supportive, one of the teachers even gives you her cell phone number to text her about the exams. I appreciate that one on one support.

This school set me up for failure! it is a real waste of time and money they give you useless books and videos that dont prepare you for the national or state tests. i wasted over 6 months $1,000 for no reason because i failed the test 5 times.The material they teach is bad quality. they dont really care about your success only want your money its a ripe off. I will never give them my money again.

I had a tough time passing the tests and they really gave great support.

Front desk staff was not so good. Its not visible from the road. It took sometime to find the place.
