The Directors Christa & Jazmin are amazing! They work well with the staff and parents, and its great to know that I can trust leaving my child here. The teachers bring a great vibe and sense of warmth to the center. The Program offers a lot of resources to help my family and i through the transitions of moving from another state. We are very appreciative. I recommend you to take a chance and enroll your student. I heard the waiting list gets pretty long so you know that means they are AMAZING!

This was amazing, I walked into Sunshine House, Its a Small World It was so exciting to walk down the hall and see all the countries represented at the sunshine house. The parents participated by making poster to represent their families. This center has undergone a major makeover, hallway, classes and management. Ms. Christa and Ms. Jazzmin are an amazing management team. They both have energy, smiling all the time, shows professionalism, team builders and most of all human. They will greet you and help you. The teachers are also friendly and will greet you, even if your child isnt in their class. The greeting in the morning is what makes my day. Nothing is 100%, but its a lot better than before and will get even better. I do recommend this center to anyone who is looking for a friendly, nurturing and enriched environment. Come take a tour and keep in mind there are challenges everyday.

Love the sunshine house my daughter is going to be a year old in a week and she has been there since she was 7 weeks old and has learned so much. The teachers are amazing in the infant classroom they treat her as if she were their own. I get updates on the app all day to let me know what she’s doing. The directors are also great and take out time with each individual kid.

Terrible when it comes to everyday prices, for example we paid 95 dollars a week but due to a busted pipe, childrens werent allowed to go in for 2 days so instead of reinbursing you they give enough a 20 dollar credit.

My sons teacher Ms. Michelle is amazing. She is so great with all the kids and communicates well with the parents. Also the other staff is wonderful as well. They always try to find was to help. Love this place and so does my son.

My child started here when he was 10 weeks old and he now 14 months. Ms.Diane in the infant room is the most caring, loving and knowledge teacher I could have asked to care for my baby. She really is amazing with babies. My little man loves being with her each and every day.

My granddaughter loves this center! I have found the staff to be both helpful and friendly. The facility is always clean and the kids seem happy and engaged. Kudos to this team for a job well done!

I have two children who attend this day care. My oldest child started when she was 10 months old. She will be 5 in a few weeks and she loves coming here. My son who started at 7 months will be two soon. My children actually look forward to coming here daily. I have never heard of any of the incidents in these reviews in regards to abuse from the facility. My 5 year old never mentioned a teacher getting out the way with her or physically abusing her or any other child. The workers are nice and approachable. The only reason I couldnt give the review a full 5 stars is because I dont like the turn around rate. However this is expected at any day care. I have older kids and this happened with them too at a different facility. If I felt like I ever had an issue I would speak to the director and my issue was addressed appropriately. I would recommend this day care to anyone. They are cost effective, and the environment is positive. Parents need to know the day care provides a service in caring for your child while youre away but they arent there to raise your children. These workers are people too and dont have to put up with abuse and/or interruptions from your children.

Such a great place where little kids learn what they need to know before entering school, last time there was a food festival activity and it was really great 😄 I really enjoyed myself. All the ladies are so lovely and Mrs. Diana always welcome everyone warmly 😊 and my younger brother learns a lot there so its really a good place 👍

By far one of the most unprofessional businesses I have ever encountered. I highly recommend entrusting your children with a more dependable company. I used this daycare temporarily while out of the country for a month. Before enrolling, I contacted this facility to discuss tuition rates. The rates were provided to me both by phone and by email. I was advised by Christa of the weekly and daily rates available before enrolling my children. Because my children had other summer commitments planned, I wanted to have a full understanding of my options for days that they would not be in attendance for the full week. I contacted several daycares asking this specific question before choosing a school. Christa was aware that I was abroad, and as soon as the first payment was due for a week that my children would only be attending 2 days, she suddenly tried to insist that the daily rates that her and I discussed clearly, did not exist--despite a full conversation prior to me leaving in addition to a word for word document provided by their company clearly offering daily rates. When presented with the email that she sent me --she then stated that though they do sometimes offer it, it can only be for one day--despite no documentation of this on their tuition sheet. She was demeaning and rude to my relative when presented with the tuition sheet that clearly offered the daily rates. They proceeded to draft my account for a different amount than what was agreed upon simply because they knew that I was abroad and could not do anything about it. As soon as I returned I called the daycare from the airport. Christa was beyond rude and ignorant and could not even provide a reasonable explanation as to why their rate sheet offered rates that werent available. I called the district manager and left several messages--still have not received a call back. I called the corporate office and was told that I will have to speak with the district manager--who never answers emails or phone calls. In addition--they are beyond careless. There was also an incident when my child was attacked by another child and the facility never contacted me--they only contacted the other childs parent. My family was not informed of this until my child told me. Definitely would not recommend and will never use their services again.

I am completely in love with the directors Ms.Jazmine and Ms.Christa!! I love their amazing customer service and care for my sister!! and one teacher in particular Mrs.Wendy who always makes us smile!

*****DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE*****This place is a horrible excuse for a daycare center, they physically abuse the children and do not teach them anything. Its very unorganized and complaints to corporate are ignored. I would advise anyone looking for a daycare center to bypass this one.

My child was at this location for two years. The teachers and directors were always real nice. Until my child started pre k. Apparently she wasn’t listening and her teacher Ms. Pervin slapped her. I went to the school, spoke with everyone, and they tried to get my child to change her story that it was another child who hit her and not the teacher. Went to corporate and absolutely nothing was done about it but ask me to email everything word for word and I have not received an answer. That teacher is still there. They tried switching clases and put her in a class that didn’t have a teacher, so she wasn’t learning a thing. I was naive in thinking that having been there 2 years and knowing the whole staff they would’ve done the right thing. Now my child had to be taken to another pre k. She had to deal with having to be in a new environment while this place keeps allowing teachers that physically harm children. I don’t care how “bad” the child might be, there is no need to even touch them. I’m furious at this place, I should’ve called the police immediately. Please do not make the same mistake I did. They don’t care about you and your child, especially since they’re always short staffed and can’t afford to “lose” such a “great” teacher.

The ONLY reason Im giving this place one star is because of how helpful they tried to be after they created utter chas in my life.1. First encounter was with the previous site manager Kea Childress. I spent weeks looking for an affordable daycare center for my neworn and this ended up being the place I chose. Kea advised that the Infant Room was not open yet, but that I could register on August first. I received an email the last week in July advising that I could register early. Im pissed because I felt as though the early registration should have been communicated better. Luckily my husband was able to run over and register our daughter but still, short notice is never acceptable.2. I called the week before I had my daughter to confirm we were all set. I was advised that we were and to go ahead and bring that paperwork later.3. I go in to drop of my paper work today and they had given my spot away. My options are to have my registration fee returned or pay an unbuffered an unaffordable extra 40 bucks a week for another one of their facilities.My advice. Dont go here. They are unorganized. If I had to deal with all this prior to even having my child enrolled, imagine if she was there.No thanks!
