Great school, good staff, free parking, small, and tucked away from everything making the one building a great location. Fort Myers is a great location to attend university.

Im an LPN with a degree as well and Nova has the Worst service of any university. Hands down. I Send requests via their website for the Nursing program... becuase im looking to continue my education. waited 2 mo. No response. I then I wasted 50$ on enrollment application (dont know why I bothered with the first non-encounter) .... I get no letter, no phone call, no email, nothing. I try calling the school they Forward me to admissions. Get voice mail. Im not sure what sort of operation they are running there but Im getting my RN somewhere else. Its 5 mo later, and im starting the RN program at another University here in Fort myers.Im going somewhere else to get my APRN. It looks as though I will have to leave fort myers for that. But thats fine. Im not dealing with Nova, school of space cadets.

Am staying at the nearby hotel and at 7:30 am took my puppy for a walk next door. I was rudely approached by the security guard and told to get off private property. Really? A black woman walking a miniature poodle at 7:30 am in the morning poses a threat to this institution and the property? If you are a person of color, please avoid this place. When organizations hire racist employees they are liable to end up paying for this in court. Also, you should post signs like they used to do in the 60s saying no blacks allowed.

In regards to the previous comment, I beg to differ. My son who is of Spanish descent is a student in the nursing program at Nova Southeastern University in the Fort Myers campus. The program is strenuous, time consuming and will beat you senseless. In my opinion, it is an excellent program which I am thrilled to pay the extra costs with no complaints. In addition to the GPA requirement to be accepted in the program the student must be well rounded in many aspects. I can write a ten page essay on how wonderful and happy I am about the program, staff and my son’s progress at Nova Southeastern University, Fort Myers campus. I highly recommend it.

First I want to Thank ALL the security, staff, principal and Miami people that helped us. Richie and the morning security guard was AMAZING. This place is AWESOME and the people are GREAT.

Was in the parking lot with my dog waiting for a friend I havent seen in years. It was hot and I decided I would let my dog outside to get some fresh air. Director of the school came up to me in his car and told me I was trespassing. Never asked me what I was doing, if I was there for someone or anything. I asked him what I was doing wrong and he told me I needed to go back to the hotel. IM NOT STAYING AT THE HOTEL! YOU JUDGED ME AND TALKED DOWN TO ME LIKE I WAS NOTHING. If this is the director, I cant imagine how the rest of the staff is and judging from the reviews this is normal behavior for this place.

If you are of color, even with a 3.9 you wont be accepted. I was told to change careers because the interviewers though I would have been better at something else and not what I dreamed of. # racist
