I have two children that go to Park Vista and have had a wonderful experience. From the ladies in the front office, who are always in a good mood and smiling to the teachers who are always on top of things with my kids, I know I can trust they are well taken care of. As a working parent I really appreciate the communication I get from the director and the teachers. If I have a question or concerns about anything I know they will get back to me promptly! Ive had my kids in a few different day cares/school over the years and this is by far my favorite!

I pulled my children out the first week they enrolled. Horrible communication. I did not receive any updates or communication regarding how my kids were doing. We were allowed to call to check on them but I found it odd that I did not hear from their teachers. I brought this concern up to the director’s attention and she said that she does not require her teachers to communicate with parents. She was very rude about it too and showed no empathy. I immediately pulled my babies out. I do not recommend this place!

Have had several issues with one teacher. Told my daughter to get over it and told she was lying. Another kid kicked her in her privates, said they investigated and watched the cameras but never showed me myself. Also after giving a two week notice still charged me which now my bank account is overdrawn from being charged by them and have an overdraft fee. Im waiting for a refund but instead of refunding me the payment went through. Also kicked me out of the procare app so I can not see transactions or message them. Not happy at all with this place. May look nice but goes to show appearances are not always as nice as they seem.Update. Finally get my refund back on Monday and then they take it back out of my account again at midnight last night. So dealing with the same issue yet again waiting for another refund. What is going on here. Not happy at all.

Do not send your kids to this place. While they may have the veneer of taking good care of your kids with their electronic record system, the fact is that each kid gets very limited attention. They are super understaffed so kids arent taken care of properly and the staff is stretched thin. Most of the employees are contractors so you can expect a revolving door for who actually is with your kids. If you decide to quit, Park Vista will try to retroactively steal your wages. Very few employees get sick leave so coming to work sick is a regular occurrence. You can expect your kid to be neglected and sick if you send them here

Don’t enroll your children here. Teachers are over ratio every single day which isn’t safe and is against the law. Kids are feeding off the stress of teachers which isn’t fair to them at all. And as a teacher I’m sorry for that. We are so short staffed. The company treats there employees aweful! It’s just all around bad. Please send your baby’s elsewhere

My family appreciates Park Vista Children’s academy so much. The staff are absolutely wonderful. My daughter has been attending since it opened and was in their infant one classroom. She genuinely looks forward to going there, and I think it’s a reflection of the staff the school has brought in to care for our child. I couldn’t be more impressed with our experience so far.

Our kids absolutely love Park Vista! The staff is kind, patient & the lines of communication are very open. Everyday I drop my girls off I feel 100% that they are well taken care of. As a parent I couldn’t ask for anything more. My wife & I highly recommend!

Lack of communication. Put two weeks notice in and still got charged. Eating over a week for call back if why this happened.

My kids have been coming here since they opened and we cannot be happier. They have been so flexible with scheduling and with evolving Covid-19 precautions. The kids love being there and we see first hand how much everyone loves having them.

Our child loves going every day. The staff goes above and beyond to take care of her. Couldn’t ask for a better place!

Park Vista is so clean and staff is delightful! I’m very happy with the quality of care my 2 month old baby receives in the infant room and highly recommend this daycare to all those looking for the same treatment for their little ones!

The staff is amazing! Everyone from the office manager, front office, kids teachers, and helpers all really care about the kids. My son cant wait to go every day! They are secure with cameras and locks. They are really reasonably priced. I would highly recommend!

My son has been going to this school since September and I love this school so much. My son has improved in his vocabulary and is maturing more. I love the staff because they are patient and kind. I love the fact that the school has fun Fridays for the kids. I also love that they have holiday parties. Honestly I cant express my gratitude for the staff and school.
