Mr.Jhonny is a great instructor! Brought my daughter here for guitar lessons. The receptionists are the sweetest!

My daughter, who is 7, has been going for about a month, for voice, and is begging me for longer sessions. The teacher she has, Ashton, teaches her on her level. They are singing songs she knows and likes. I’m happy to see my daughter get into the arts and loving it. I would highly recommend this place to teach your child music. The best thing is that if a teacher isn’t a good fit you can switch with no questions asked. Also when we couldn’t make it one session we got to do the session via Zoom or they have make up sessions, but it’s in a group setting.

I researched many different guitar studios. I paid $140 for (5) months to attend only (1) lesson. The director told me I could have a refund if I was unhappy with the experience. It was the only reason I went through with payment. I unfortunately could not learn because the instructor talked through it. I felt taken advantage of especially during a pandemic. Treat your customers better moving forward regardless if they are a fit, if you thought a refund was not stated, or if you love your employees. I believe in supporting local businesses but I am so disappointed in your lack of help, empathy, and understanding as an owner. Taking advantage of misinformed customers is not ethical. Please make your customers aware of the protocol of having to opt out. I am not your target market or someone who can afford to spend $140 for five months.Sincerely,A local Fort Worth resident

Ive been singing my whole life now and it brings me so much joy. Life sometimes discourages us from doing the things that brings us pure happiness. I made a decision to take vocal lessons to perfect my craft (boost my happiness). Let me tell you i was extremely nervous. My first rehearsal i walk in and Im immediately greeted with a warm welcome with a true southern hospitality twist. My Vocal coach Bradley is amazing!!! He has a true passion for what he does and it shows! Creative Soul Music Fort Worth not only provides a great service for all musical needs, they really make you feel like family.

Everyone is so friendly and the building in Fort Worth is very fun and creative. My son is 6 and just started taking drum lessons with David. AWESOME!!! If you are looking for the best music experience, look no further. We love Creative Soul!

Simply a great environment for kids to learn/develop their music skills and have fun doing it. Teachers at this school are also second to none.

Professionalism at its greatest over the phone! My son had 3 sessions. First session met instructor, second session instructor on vacation had substitute, and third session instructor didn’t show up. Approached desk clerk to ask where his instructor was due to it already being 10 minutes into session time who was entertaining Spectrum sales team. It wasn’t until the Spectrum sales guy acknowledged me that the desk clerk asked how could she help me. She would then put in a call to my sons instructor to inquire his whereabouts. Once the phone call was complete she resumed her conversation with the sales rep. I had to go back over to her to receive confirmation my sons instructor had not read his schedule correctly, and would not be in that day. When I decided to terminate services, I was still held responsible to pay for 30 more days in which my son will not be attending due to their policy.Unfortunately, I would not recommend Creative Souls if you expect courtesy, good time management, and professionalism.

The recital was so wonderfully done! Everything from the scheduling to the flowers they gave the children after they were done performing was top-notch!

Our son has been working with Aiden now for several years and he is finding new ways to grow in his passion. Aiden is very supportive and gives him the opportunity to try things that spark his interest. The ability to create and grow is huge for our son who is now an adult. We are grateful to everyone at Creative Soul for the years of continued creative growth and would recommend Aiden and the school to anyone wanting to explore their musical talents.

Stephanie was my first introduction and she was friendly and reassuring about my worries. Aidan is a good teacher--love his attitude--he says we are going to have fun with learning.

My kids look forward to going to their lessons every week. My daughter is taking drum lessons and Brady has truly brought out the musical rocker girl talent that she has. My youngest is in the Lil Souls music class and gets exposure to many instruments. We are treated like family and love this environment!

My experience here was wonderful. The front desk staff are so friendly and personable, and always remembered me. My violin teacher, Jiazhi, was great. He never made me feel weird about being an adult learning an instrument as hard as the violin. He was very thorough and helpful, always answering any questions I had. He made me feel really accomplished and I would highly recommend him and this school to anyone wanting to learn violin or any other instrument. I am unable to continue my lessons because of personal reasons, but I hope to return one day. I cannot think of a single complaint about the place.

We have only been attending for a short time but so far we love Creative Soul Music School. Everyone we have met has been warm, welcoming, and helpful. The instructors show true passion for music and for teaching.

My daughter is loving her piano and singing lessons. She looks forward to every Saturdays. Her teacher is very nice and does a great job with keeping her engage.

Too sad that over a simple easy to fix situation they are willing to jeopardize a long relationship with a customer.My wife has been taking my daughter to piano classes for over two years now. We like the school and especially my Daughters instructor; Ms. Erika is doing such a great job. I recently brought in my son and he showed interest in playing the guitar and I thought we could give it a try and see if he liked it. I was never told nor I agreed that if he didnt like it I had to continue paying for 4 more classes due to the 30-day notice. Believe me, if they mention that to me or anyone you would think twice specially with my son he is 5 years old and as I explained to them I think it is best to wait not to push it and wait one more year to then give it one more try. I talked to Amberly which she stated she is the school director and sent me an email when my wife registered my daughter. I keep asking for my sons registration or anything that shows I agreed or signed to those terms and obviously they dont have anything. All I wanted is for my son to try it and they say sure no problem and they were quick to charge me for a full month when I thought it would be just for that class but that is my fault for not asking. (They actually overcharged me 150.00 and yes I got the credit back but that is just one more reason not to trust them with my credit card info).  So I told them I have two more classes since they already charged me for it but that is not enough for them. They want me to sign a 30-day cancellation so they can keep charging me more.  I hope these experiences do not continue otherwise we will have to change music school, not due to the instructors but sadly the administration.

This is a pretty decent place for music lessons, Michael was an awesome singing teacher and I was there for years before quitting.The main reason for my quitting that wasn’t just a lack of interest was that the lessons are pretty expensive. I had one lesson a week for 30 minutes a day and was paying $120 a month.They also REALLY pushed their summer camps on us many times when we said we weren’t interested.As far as I know, the recent recitals have been good but the last one I participated in was my last because they paired my instructor, who had teenaged students and only 1 or 2 wanting to do the recital, with his cousin(?), who had very young children so young that their performances were basically just playing twinkle twinkle little star or hitting 4 keys or something along those lines and, while that’s great for them, it was a bit annoying that my family had to sit and watch that for about an hour just to hear me since I was at the end.

Its very organized. Even when a teacher is sick someone else can sub. The teachers are patient and the staff is friendly. The recital was the best Ive ever been to as far as being organized and on time and equipment ready. They got the groups out quickly so the next group could come in instead of being there all day you were only there for 50 minutes.

Love the school and the dedication of its teachers, staff, and owners. My daughter, Katarina, loves taking her piano lessons. These guys get it! I am happy to see that they are growing so rapidly as it is a true testimony to their attention to detail and quality music instruction. My wife and I cannot wait to see our daughter in the upcoming recital. Keep up the great work, Creative Soul Music School! This is the best school I have ever been to.....I made an immaculate choice in choosing Creative Soul....and my instructor Meredith and the room she teaches in fits my personality and although it has only been 2 lessons....I walk away with more knowledge in 30 minutes than I have in an hour!!!! I would highly recommend this school on any given day to anyone!!!!

My son attends creative music school in watauga. He takes drum lessons there. Staff is always so friendly and helpful. Also provides comfortable environment/atmosphere for parents and kids while waiting on lessons to start or finish.

My children are currently taking piano lessons and they love it! The recital was such fun on Saturday and a great way to showcase what they have learnt thus far. Their teacher is Ben and he is fantastic!

My son is taking guitar lessons with instructor Michael. He LOVES them. his teacher was sick and out for a lesson so he took a lesson with a sub and learned a new technique that he was so proud to show Michael their next lesson. the staff are friendly and very helpful.

Been there twice now. I have a toddler and the guy who teaches the class is super patient.I have only ever viewed the rest of the facility through doors. From my understanding is that individual teachers use this facility to teach their students.

My 6 year old really enjoys her 1:1 time with her piano instructor. They communicate to her level and are very patient with her!

I took lessons with Stacy for awhile. It was awesome. I had to drop it because school got crazy, but would absolutely love to go back. All of the staff really seem to have awesome attitudes and are fantastic at teaching. You can learn from a variety of styles. These guys do it all.

My daughters have two different instructors, Ms. Cydney & Ms. Erica, who are very attentive to their individual needs. I appreciate the difference in their teaching methods as my daughters are very different and they perform on different levels. I am relatively new to Creative Soul, but I have already seen an improvement in my daughters skill and confidence levels. I would highly recommend Creative Soul for anyone looking for an overall developmental experience.

Our son attends voice, piano and band at Creative Soul. He loves every minute! His teachers have all been excellent and he has many opportunities to show off his skills at band gigs and recitals. We love Creative Soul!

We had a wonderful experience at CS. The teachers are amazing and truly love music and teaching. Our only suggestion would be allow people to pay for the weeks they attend classes, but we understand the contract and it’s necessity. It was just difficult with our schedule to even attend the makeup classes.

We absolutely love Creative Soul! My sons instructor is fantastic with him, and everyone weve dealt with there is so nice. My son has been there for a few months and is already able to keep a beat on the drums through an entire song! He looks forward to going to his lesson every week!

My boys (5 and 4) both participated in the Little Rocker camps and LOVED it!! My youngest is pretty shy but he talked on stage and sang and everything! They also got great exposure to different instruments to see If they were inclined to anything imparticular. They enjoyed every day and only had good things to say (which, for a 4 and 5 year old, is saying a lot)! Such an awesome experience!

My son and I absolutely love going to making music class. It has been great way to build new friendships for my son with other children and me with other Moms in same life stages. The staff is always kind and excited to see children and parents come in the doors. The building such fun atmosphere to get young and old excited about music. We both are singing and dancing all through the week to the songs we learn.

My son loves working with Johnny and getting to jam with the instructor from time to time. We have told many people about Creative Soul because we love it!

My daughter is 15 years old and loves going to the music school. She plays 2 instruments and we will be adding a 3rd in March. In the last year we have been there the staff is great and go over and beyond with the lesson. You really should come check them out.

My one year old son and I absolutely LOVED attending the Makin Music class for little ones. The teacher was very kind, knowledgeable and made the class really enjoyable! My son had opportunities during each class to play different (age appropriate) instruments as we sang and moved to the music. I highly recommend this class to others!

My 20-month-old son has been attending the Makin Music classes since the winter session last year, and he loves it! It has been fun seeing him get older and interact more and more with the songs and other students. His favorite is the Hello Song, and he loves singing it at home to Mommy, Daddy, his stuffed animals, etc. Were signed up for the upcoming winter session again and cant wait!

Update(9/28/18) The school never contacted me regarding the complaints I left on my survey or to address my nearly month old email. This is a prime example of what I mean by this school not genuinely caring. In the survey I told them how we showed up to our first weekly drum lesson with assigned teacher not being there. My child was given a teacher however the teacher was not able to find an available room with a drum. Remind you that all lessons are preschuled with a time slot. There should of been a room for him to practice in with the appropriate material. When we were told about make up lessons we were told that it wouldn’t be a private lesson liked we signed up for but a group lessons. However they failed to mention to us that in this group lessons my kid would not be practicing the instrument I signed him up for but making noise on the other instruments in the room with the other kids. Turned out to be a waste of our time since he didn’t work on his instrument. Another issue I had was that I changed class times and instead of my kid getting to start that week at his new time he had to wait until the next week. Causing him to miss a week. Not as flexible as they advertise ... We ended lessons on August 23rd and the school never refunded my money for the month of September. I would encourage you to really really look around before investing time, money, and energy into a place that does not care about you or your child’s experience.I sent the following email to the owner ten days ago, and still have not received a reply back. I also elaborated in a survey they provided about how unsatisfied I was with my childs lesson, and no one cared to follow up then either. Its safe to say in my opinion this school does not genuinely care, All they see and care about is dollar signs. Or change your auto deduct date.Our experience did not go as I hoped and I would like to be refunded in full for September. I’m a mom of four and I do not have money to give away for services I will not use!

We stepped out of our regular camps this year and tried Creative Soul Rock Band Camp. Im SO HAPPY we did!!My 9yo girl and 7yo boy (and my husband) are typically reluctant about camps, especially anything new. After just the first day, it was clear that this was a GREAT CHOICE! The kids were sooo excited about being in a band, about choosing a popular song to perform, about collaborating to write an original song, and about their roles in the band. After a full day at camp, they came home and practiced what theyd learned. Each day they were excited to share what theyd learned and how the songs and band were progressing. It was fun to see it all evolve over the course of the week. We enjoyed the performance on Friday evening. It was clear that the kids had all worked hard and we were quite impressed with what the instructors and students were able to accomplish so much in such a short amount of time, especially considering that many children had no musical training or background!As a parent, I was also impressed with the vibe in the FW studio. It was fun, energetic and welcoming. The decor is comfortable and hip and conducive to creativity and fun.We had a great experience at Creative Soul and look forward to future activities with them!
