I love this location, the teachers, staff, and administration are awesome. They are continuously friendly and professional. Not to mention, they comprehend that all children are not the same, and have diverse needs. The staff is always effortlessly accessible and easy to approach. Whenever I have any concerns, they responded immediately. My children have been enrolled in two facilities prior to coming here. They absolutely love attending Children of America, and this gives me piece of mind knowing that my children are in safe hands. I am recommending this facility to anyone who is interested in seeing a positive change in their children. They have my highest recommendation. The Woods family…

Directors are very unorganized and unprofessional. They do not communicate until after an incident has occurred. Upon arrival they are always sitting down in the office not engaged. Working in the childcare environment it is CRITICAL to communicate which these ladies do not do! They are always clueless and no help when you go to them. Things occur that they are not even aware of within their facility. Removing my daughter ASAP! I do not recommend staff is extremely unprofessional also except for a handful.

Phenomenal center! I would recommend this location to anyone looking for childcare. Being a first time mom, they have made it so easy and comfortable dropping off my baby. It feels like Im dropping her off with family! Excellent staff..excellent environment

My daughter (2 years old) has been going to this school for a few months now and she absolutely loves everyone here. Literally says hi and goodbye to everyone by name from front door to classroom . Which as a worried mother about a daycare program puts me at ease. Love the camera option and the daily emails with pictures. They have help my daughter with potty training, sharing, and especially vocally. They always have some fun activities going on for the kids which is adorable and sweet. Everyone is super polite here. Never had an issue. Thank you children of America lee hill location for having my baby girl at good hands!

Great Center! My daughter attends the toddler room. She loves it just as much as I do. I was worried starting off being that this would be her first time in childcare but management and staff have given us both love and support through our journey. THANKS COA for all you do!

Very happy my daughter goes to COA Lee’s Hill, the staff is wonderful and caring ! Since the first time I toured their daycare they have known me and my child by name and make sure we’re taken care of. The facility is always clean and cheery and I can leave knowing my daughter is in a positive environment being taken care of!

My children loves it! I went to surprise my kids and pick them up early. To my surprise, they were not ready to leave. I left to give them more time there, but it made me feel good to know that the teachers keep them entertained! Highly recommend.

Just leaving a quick review, but this Children Of America really takes the time to get to know each and every student. My 3 year old daughter knows the name of every staff member and happily chats at home about her interactions with them. Somehow the staff, in the midst of caring for an insane amount of children, makes you feel like your child is special and their eyes are solely on them. Thank you, COA!

My daughters recently started the school age summer program at this center, and boy the excitement in their voices everyday at pickup, is the best feeling a parent could have.The management and staff are great. Everyone is always has a smiling face,friendly, and most of all very knowledgeable! I think my wife and I could not have picked a better center in our area!

I put my 7 year old daughter here for a summer two years ago. She was referred to as white girl by almost every other child and one of the staff. She was thrown to the ground by a 12 year old and when she told two of the staff, the female responded with So? and the male responded with Youre not bleeding, your arms arent broken, go play. No disciplinary action was taken towards the boy. I picked her up one day - the last day btw - and she had bruises on her wrists where she was grabbed by another boy and pinned against a wall and threatened - nothing was done to discipline that boy either. I then found out that was a normal occurrence on an almost daily basis but she didnt complain because there was another younger girl in the same situation that would be left alone if she stopped going. I am very proud of my daughter for this but would still have removed her if I had any idea how bad it was. In any incident, minor or not, I think I should have been given some sort of incident report written or verbal - I received none. I will say that the woman who runs the business is very friendly and seems genuine in her concern for the welfare of the children in her care. However, what her staff doesnt tell her she clearly cant do anything about.

I have been working at this location for 5 years and I must say I love it. I love my job and I love my co workers as well. We take our jobs serious. I love watching children grow and reaching different milestones in life. I do my best at what I do.

Hello All,My daughter has been going to this facility ever since my wife had to return to work, coming up on her second birthday. I have had such a piece of mind knowing that my daughter is safe, taken care of, as well as learning! My little one learns new stuff that really impresses me. I couldnt have asked for a more loving/caring group of individuals who really make it feel like you are taking your little one to a family member and not a daycare facility. Kudos to all the staff in their hard work. I cannot imagine how difficult it must be trying to not only take care of all the children but also making sure the parents are happy as well. This school is amazing. My son learned a lot the short time he’s been there. The teachers and staff are professional. Don’t regret putting him in this school.

I wouldnt recommend this daycare to no one . I took my grandson there thinking that it would be a great place however I was wrong. One day my daughter went to pick him up and due to his face looking so nasty in which it always does, she decided to wash it as soon as they got home. While wiping his face he screams ouch and starting pointing at the side of his face when she looked he had fresh scratches on his face that were still red and still bleeding so she calls me and I call the daycare . The director answered the phone and I tell her what my concern was and that my grandson was hurt and I got no phone call about it her response stupid response was, are you sure that he didnt get hurt with your daughter? This stupid lady do not understand that she almost got cussed out. Why would my daughter need to lie if he got hurt with her, as kids always do is fall. The director was just trying to cover the negligent of her unprofessional staff. Also my grandson starting showing signs of someone being hit or him being hit. So before I caught a case I just took him from there immediately and the food was so disgusting. OMG!! You have no idea. This place needs new management immediately or they may find themselves in a law suit.
