Best place for my 3 children to attend. They have the sweetest/caring teachers. My kids love it and I recommend it 100%.

It’s pretty sad that during such a terrible time there are companies so inconsiderate. Our daycare just increased from $140 to $185/week, nothing like integrity. Mind you over 70% of the “work from home kids” are still enrolled and paying 1/2 their tuition despite even being at the center... meanwhile other daycares cut cost in tuition for families and the YMCA started a program for essential employees for $25/day. Really makes you consider what type of companies you choose to take your business to.

Both of my sons have attended this daycare, and I couldnt be happier with the staff and care provided for them! My boys have always looked forward to going, which definitely helped with my guilt of them having to attend daycare. Debbie the director and all of the teachers have made sure my boys have been happy and well cared for! So thankful to have found such a great daycare so close to home!

My son went to this daycare for a year and the teachers were great the administrator on the other hand was not she proceeded to give advise that she had right to give telling me my son needed serious help and had issues when the teachers would tell us he was great and said otherwise. My son said he was having issues with a bully there which is not uncommon considering they put him in a class with older children that were bigger than him and when I brought it to her attention she proceeded to tell me that the only child that is an issue there is my son which is funny considering he was always coming home with marks and bruises but yet my child is apparently an issue I had to contact the board of directors and remove my son from the daycare because I was worried about his well being which should not be the case. I should not have to worry about my sons safety more than the typical parent worrying while I am at work especially for the amount of money they charge there

Not quite sure about the policy on biting. Babygirl was bitten 4 times in 3 weeks. Knowing biting happens, I can understand that but 4 times. The second to last time we had a meeting with Merit School and they let us know its against their policy to take relieve the memberships of kids who consistently act violent toward other kids. So this membership for us is no longer wanted.

I called to enquire about enrollment and was encouraged to set up a tour where we could discuss enrollment and any questions I may have. When I showed up for my tour I was informed that the woman I was to meet had a meeting and was unable to make it. Why did she schedule to meet with me if she could not make it? I gave her the benifit of doubt and assume it was a last min thing. Another woman walked me to the classroom and gave me a enrollment packet, she answered questions about the day to day activities of the children but all of my enrollment questions needed to be answered by the woman who did not show up. She said that I would get a call from her later in the day so we could discuss my questions. She never called. Instead a day later the woman who walked me to the classroom called and informed me that they had no availability till July, no other information was provided. Do they have a waiting list? Is it first come first serve? Ill never know because the woman who handles enrollment could not be bothered to discuss enrollment with me.If this is how they treat potential clients I cant imagine how they treat their current clients. They obviously suffer from communication issues and due to the unprofessional way they handled my inquiries I will not be enrolling my daughter.For the record the woman who gave me the tour was very polite and kind but her hands were obviously tied because she had no knowledge of enrolment so she was unable to answer all my questions. She did however do her best to try and I appreciate that immensely.

My daughter started going to daycare here when she was 6 weeks old. I was terrified to leave her with anyone and go back to work. From the first day I picked her up until now I have had nothing but good experiences, shes been going for 6 months so far. The teachers in the infant room truly love their jobs and give each child the love and attention every parent could hope their child gets. My daughter is always happy to get there and smiling when I pick her up. The teachers make weekly lesson plans, yes even for my little girl, which they send home so you know exactly what songs, books, sign language and yoga movements your little one is learning. The daily reports they send home lay out your little ones eating and bathroom routine as well as what activities they did, when they slept, and what her temperment was. We absolutely love this daycare and are so happy we found them.
