I was worried about putting my son in a different school especially getting him back on track with COVID changing our lives daily. But this has been the best transition for my son. He’s not been having issues at school, he’s been telling me about his day and what he’s doing. He is even excited to WRITE when he’s home again. I know my son will be ready for school come next year!They also helped with getting my daughter potty trained.Great teaching staff and team overall.

Couldnt tip on a 75 dollar order. stole my pen. rude attitude, couldnt say thanks, couldnt even give me a smile when i told them to have a good day. told my (previous) employer about the exact review im leaving now. was forced to delete it or i would face termination. however, i dont work there anymore and decided to come back to rewrite this review. :) :) :)personally i think, if you cant even tip a 5 foot delivery driver that had to carry 4 large pizzas in a bag thats bigger than her...and you steal the pen? youre disrespectful and have no regard for a fellow human. would be different if it was a personal address. however this is unprofessional as a BUSINESS.

BEWARE! A 3 year old broke their nose at this location. The director Sylvia White and teacher Winnie downplayed the incident. When they called the childs parents they said the child was fine and they were putting ice on the injury.When the parents arrived the child looked unrecognizable, so the child was rushed to the Emergency room where the child was diagnosed with a BROKEN NOSE.Unfortunately, the director and teacher let the child sit in daycare for hours with this injury. They expressed no concern to the parents with urgency to pick the child up. Minnieland was negligent in how they downplayed the incident.Emily the District Director did everything in her power to prevent the parents from viewing the surveillance camera footage.FYI: THEY DID NOT LET THE PARENTS VIEW THE SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS. MINNIELAND STATED THEY GET RID OF THE FOOTAGE AFTER 10 DAYS, SO THEY STALLED TO PREVENT SHOWING THE FOOTAGE.

It was a nice daycare on the beginning the staff is amazing but they did not have a lot of people to work there. Besides they hit me with little fees I was never explained about. The classes for new born was over crowded and to add they started adding toddlers in the class that could walk and my child could barely left her head or crawl. The last straw is when my daughter had diaper rash and when I asked they explained most kids theee had it and told me it was common. Never had that problem until I got there.

This is the worst center ever , they dont Inform you if your child gets hurt , they allow school age kids to hit younger kids and claim they didnt see it , I would never recommend this center, they allow other people kids to wear other kids clothes & coatsWhen you do the tour its so nice but once your child is enrolled its a completely different story

We love minnieland! My daughter has been in the infant room for about 2 months now. I get regular updates through the app which gives me peace of mind during the work day. Ms Jackie runs the infant room and is amazing, my daughter absolutely adores her. When I drop her off in the morning her face lights up and she has the biggest smile when she sees Jackie. I had the opportunity to switch our daughters daycare because minnieland was supposed to be a temporary place for us but seeing how our daughter is so happy we have decided to keep her there.

This place is just terrible
