Our family absolutely loves Children of America. Our grandson is always happy to go in and we know he is well taken care of. Everyone is wonderful and the kids are always happy when you go in! I never have to worry about how my grandson is doing when hes there which is a HUGE blessing. Miss Courtney is the absolute best. What an asset to your center. She always has a huge smile and is welcoming. I can tell the children love her. She is a true blessing. Its rare to have someone care for your loved one that genuinely loves the children.

The laziest people you could find to work here I can’t even call them caregivers because they do anything but! Leaving children unchanged all day , picked up in absolutely filthy clothes, I’m not the only one ☝️ you guys need to look into this watch your cameras....

This was the first daycare my 18 mo started and its been a great experience ! We are going on our 6 month there and my daughter looks forward to going everyday. I love that they have a curriculum and are teaching her new things daily. The management has been great and very responsive! All the teachers are great as well!

Working at Salem has been a blessing. My coworkers are awesome and the Director, Asst Director & AA are just as great. I feel like we can easily talk with one another, and help each other out. It’s nice being able to go to work and enjoy working with the people your around everyday. I love teaching children and so do the rest of the ladies at Salem COA! Whether it’s to enroll your child with us or start a career with us, come to salem... you’ll be really glad you did. :)

I honestly do not even know where to begin. My babies have attended the Salem Church location for over a year now. They are 4 and 2 now and it was my first time away from them. At first, I loved the ability to sit at my desk and be able to watch them from my computer and have some piece of mind. Now, I have grown relationships with the teachers and staff at the center and they are like family to us. The director Emily and Assistant Director Jessica are super responsive and helpful whenever an issue arises or you have questions. I do not feel like this is a normal daycare. You do not just drop your child off and they play all day. My son has grown leaps and bounds and could recognize numbers and letters within weeks at the center. My daughter now 2 can talk sentences, sing full songs, count to 15, and knows some Spanish. They follow a curriculum all while allowing the children to have fun. During the summer they have special guests, water play, bounce house, magicians, and so much more. We wouldnt want our children anywhere else. We will be a COA family for years to come!

We have been a Children of America family for the past 5 years with our two boys starting from when they were infants. They have always loved our boys and taken great care of them. The staff truly forms good connections with the kids, and they are always keeping the parents informed of whats going on with great pictures and daily updates.

Management a joke here. What kind of daycare are you running? Not so friendly, staff is always on there phone. Pay daycare tuition? My daughter been sick for the past two weeks and you want us to pay? No one told us during the tour if my baby sick, I had to pay a tuition. Why would you want my daycare to be at daycare if she SICK?! She would get all the other kids sick. This daycare should receive 0 stars. Dont bring your kids here!

My two children, now 3 and 4 have been at COA for two years now. I really appreciate the friendly and responsive management. The few times I have had any issues or concerns about anything, I was listened to and the situation was addressed appropriately and quickly. One of my favorite things about the daycare is the curriculum! It is more like a preschool than a typical daycare. Both of my children have learned so much through the fun and engaging daily activities. And I can stay in the loop by reading the daily report they email to parents so I know what my kids are learning about and can talk with them about it.Sometimes, a really great teacher will move on to college or a career or other job, and it can be hard to see them go, but kids are resilient and mine have always adjusted fine to changes in the staff. I have been happy with all of my childrens teachers and some teachers have just gone above and beyond (Miss Rachel in the fours room- thank you!!!)I would definitely recommend this facility to parents who are looking for a daycare with a structured curriculum.

If I could give it no stars, I would. This Daycare is under the worst directors . My mom picked up my son one daycare one day, I had her ask them a question for me because I had forgot to ask that morning. They told her when he moved to the 2 year old room it would cost less, then the money went up more. They completely jipped me in multiple ways. The toddler class was good, the teachers were amazing. Ms Anna took amazing care of my son. Once my son moved to the 2 year old room, it was the ABSOLUTE worst. First, the teachers are only there to collect paychecks. They sit on the tables, shelves, anything but a seat, so therefore the kids think its okay to climb on them. They turn their backs to them while the kids follow and talk, they dont hug them when kids reach for hugs. They barely do any activities, they dont learn anything. Secondly, the potty training is horrible. My son got picked up, had cold, dried pee on his pants. When the teacher was asked why he had pee on him she said that he just said no when he needed to go to the bathroom! As a training class kids should be taken every 20 mins. Thats was when I decided to pull my son from this daycare. When I filled out the 2 weeks paper, I wrote theres to much to write in the section that said reasons for leaving the director read it and completely blew it off and did not care. The day before his last day, my son got picked up, so we went home he kept saying he had an itch and pointed to his butt, he went potty, I went to wipe him and he had so much dry poop on his butt, it took 3 full wipes to clean him up. I wouldnt tell my worst enemy to send their kids to this daycare. HORRIBLE!! Dont trust your kids in this daycare unless it is in the toddler room!!!
