My daughter takes martial arts classes here and she loves it so much. They are patient and work with her when she needs the assistance. They also offer birthday parties. We took advantage of that this year and were not disappointed in the least. I provided decorations and they set everything up for me. They planned fun games to go along with the theme. Since it was a unicorn theme, they had a costume from Halloween that they dressed up in and the kids loved it so much. You could truly see all the thought, effort and planning that went in to making sure the birthday girl had a blast, while still making sure everyone remained safe and healthy. I would recommend them to anyone for both a regular martial arts class and for a fun and entertaining birthday party.

After scrambling to find a good wholesome camp for my daughter, I stumbled across Inspiration Martial Arts. It has everything I was looking for for my daughter. She loves getting up and attending everyday, and sharing her daily activities when she gets home at night! I’m thankful for the professional staff and the socialization shes receiving. I plan on having her attend every summer until she can’t anymore lol

Both of my kids go here and have been going here for months. They love the instructors and have learned so much. Not only martial arts wise but life skills, such as discipline, integrity and responsibility. Plan on staying here for the long haul and watching the kids hopefully go through black belt. Most definitely recommend coming here for all ages!!

My son started here over a year an a half ago coming from a different martial arts school/style. They tested his ability, and right away put him in the level and class they felt fit him best. the instructors have been great for him. They demonstrate leadership, mentorship but also show a genuine interest in the kids and helping them develop both as people and with the abilities. His abilities have increased greatly and we have seen him come out of his shell more. My wife and I couldnt be happier and would absolutely recommend Inspiration Martial Arts

My family has been attending classes at IMA for about 5 years now. I started with fitness and self-defense classes and am still doing them to this day. Absolutely LOVE these classes. I started self-defense classes as I travel a lot for work around the world and wanted to be able to defend myself if necessary and I have the confidence to do so!! The fitness classes are awesome as well. You will never get bored as everyday is different, working the entire body! I have taken this very serious over the last couple years and along with diet and this fitness program, I have lost 55 lbs. My son also attends the martial arts classes and has obtained his black belt. In competition, he has received several state titles and district titles with an opportunity to compete at Worlds. His martial arts training opened up a new world to him of tricking and LOVES it! He is now been given the opportunity to coach at the Summer Camp program!! All the staff is AWESOME and professional! We have even moved and there are other martial arts schools closer to me, but I make the drive to stay here!!

Inspiration Martial arts truly lives up to their name and is a bright star with in the ATA world wide community as well as the local community. In the beginning they have helped my son to over come a major physical difficulty in his life. During my sons early years, Taekwondo was a recommenced version of his physical therapy for Perthes Disease. More so, along the way of the physical conditioning his instructors at Inspiration Martial arts lead by example by having strong leaders to look up to and trust. Thank you Inspiration Martial arts.

My children and I are all students at Inspiration Martial Arts. We get excellent training in a family-friendly environment. Our instructors, Mr Goad and Mr Rector, are highly trained, motivating and great with the children. Mrs Rueckert, the school owner, has built her program around her students becoming more well-rounded, humble, respectful and charitable. And it’s a great workout! Felicity. Fidelity. Ferocity.

My daughter has been training at Inspiration for almost 3 years. The instructors are all extremely knowledgeable and professional. It is a positive environment. They encourage student’s to have a ‘Yes I can’ attitude. It has been a very positive environment for us and my daughter has really grown over the last few years.

Went for our 2nd night to boys class. Everyone made us feel at home. My youngest which struggles with being around others. Opened up and did great in his class. We look forward to watching boys build self esteem and knowledge that they will be taught by the amazing instructors.

These guys are AWESOME! We found them by luck through a Groupon ad almost two years ago and have been here ever since. My son started as a Tiny Tiger and is now in the Karate Kid program testing for his blue belt (hope he gets it!) My daughter is four and has been in the program for almost a full year now - she loves what she is learning!Honestly, we stay here because of the people. The instructors are amazing - full of fun and not afraid to correct their students when they are doing something wrong. The students are leaders themselves - always teaching those and helping out as much as possible.I recommend this school to anyone! Please give it a try! They are worth every bit of time. I promise :)

Love It!! Great Instructors, clean facility and lots of fun activities. My grandson has really grown in confidence, self defense methods, and agility. He has also learned about the importance of giving back to the community and his responsibility to help stop bullying. Very funny how he imitates his instructor, that is a great role model for him.

I have 2 boys who love going to taekwondo and love everyone they see while there. We are all a big family and are all treated as such. The discipline and skills my boys learn are so amazing and has helped one come out of his shell some and he is competing now the other is getting his attitude that much better. This has been such a great investment and I look forward to much more time. It will be just as great for anyone else thinking of getting there family involved.

What started out as having our oldest son learn self defense, turned into our whole family training in Martial Arts. We love it that much and weve been coming here for 4 years now. The instructors are amazing and never make you feel bad if you need a lot extra help learning something. Theyre very encouraging. The school owners are just as amazing and not only make you feel welcome, they make you feel like family. Mrs. Ruekert, one of the owners, is a wonderful and amazing person. Shell do anything to help anyone, whether its taekwondo related or not. Inspiration Martial Arts participates multiple times a year in community service projects. I would highly recommend this place.

Ive been training here with my son over 3 years now and we both have learned so much more than just Martial Arts - leadership, giving back, self discipline, teamwork, positive attitude starting with Yes I can!, and so much more...truly an inspirational school!

I love the atmosphere in this place. The intensity of everyone training hard. Inspiration Martial Arts teaches people of all ages that Yes, you can. It motivates people that they can learn an art at any age. If you are interested in taekwondo, this is the place for you. The instructors, Mr. Goad and Mr. Rector are extremely helpful. They are high degree black belts. Mrs. Ruekert owns the school and is extremely kind. Every eight weeks, there is a cycle which teaches a life skill . The lessons are inspiration, Respect, communication, power, courtesy, loyalty, self-control, attitude, perseverance, honor and integrity. To the end of every life cycle, you get a new belt. After every two weeks, you get a stripe test that test you on the new knowledge that you have been taught in these two weeks. In the first two weeks, you are tested in self-defense, then, one-steps, and then , the traditional form. Once you have all these stripes, you are ready for testing. Testing generally happens on a Friday or Saturday. Plus, if you want a step out of your comfort zone, join the leadership program where you will be learning how to be a leader not only to other people , but also to yourself. Also, there are seasonal tournents where you can display your skills. This school uses the ATA Songham spirit of taekwondo style. So, if you find this review useful, please contact the school.

Worst studio ever!! Mr Franco is a real piece.. Calls 5 year olds dogs and doesnt teach them anything..

This is SO much better than all of the craptastic ones that my parents took me to when I was a kid. Most dojos/academies have one of two basic problems: theyre either so strict that very few young kids will stay motivated and interested with their boot camp style, or they are so lax and unprepared that they cant even break basic moves down into their composite movements and posture.Inspiration not only keeps it fun and exciting for kids, but also provides extensive instruction on how to execute every segment of every maneuver. They also teach everything from social and life skills to personal safety in non-violent situations as well as the physical ones. Kids and adults learn and advance at their own pace, and they have a variety of packages from basic TKD to sparring, weapons, hyper (trick/stunt styles) and kickboxing and Krav Maga for older kids and adults. You can also choose from a basic 2 classes per week or a more intensive schedule.Please remember that you get what you pay for. The tuition is about 2-3 times what I had initially intended to pay, but the results as well as support system are well worth it, and they do have payment plans with multiple options to help you to afford their fees. They also have great family rates so that your while family can train for around the same price as 2 or 3 people, depending upon which package you choose. For the first time since I became a parent, I finally have a team that is able to reinforce the lessons I teach my sons, both positive and disciplinary. You can also see the results by the number of district/state/world champions who have trained here, as well as by the roles their students take on in the community.My youngest son used to be very wild and disobedient in comparison to his brothers. My middle son was beaten up about twice a week in his old school, and the administration did nothing to correct the problem. My oldest son wanted an outlet to grow his athletic and leadership skills. Inspiration ATA has helped us to take care of all of that and more. This is probably the best investment Ive ever made...and I hold multiple college degrees including an M.A.If you are willing and able to make the investment in their programs, the dividends reaped will far outweigh the costs. In addition to fitness and self defense, your child will develop self-confidence/self-esteem, respect, discipline, vision, teamwork, leadership, community responsibility, academic focus, and so much more.I love my boys, and as of this writing, this is probably the best choice that I have ever made for their growth, development, and well-being as they become more independent and capable adults.
