Had some invites printed and they were immediately done. The manager Jeff was so amazing and very nice and took care of me. Great quality on the printing and order in general, was inexpensive and I will be going there again because of Management!

They were having trouble with the email option for their printers. I asked if I could just email it to a computer there and have them transfer it onto a USB and let me print it that way and apparently that was impossible. They told me to just transfer it onto one at home and come back. Super illogical.Update: Came back another day with a USB prepared and someone was really cool and let me print my stuff right before closing.

The worst service Ive ever received. Dont expect to have ANY print job done in a timely manner. Also, do not leave any important papers with them. They will lose them. The management was completely useless when I notified them of my issues. Dont do it. Just walk, no RUN away.

For 3 years I have been having the copy desk print batches of 500ct copies for my business. Recently, an incredibly rude employee behind the desk yelled “we don’t do copies “. I naturally asked for the manager, and he sided with his employee. I then went to the staples at 2500 west happy valley, and the happily made my copies. I asked if it was staples policy to decline making 500-1000 copies, and was told no. “That’s how we make money”.The store at 4350 west camelback has horrible customer service.

Placed an order on line for a print enlargement. Called the store to ask a question about the print, waited on hold for 14 minutes. Picked up my cell phone called and waited anther 10 minutes waiting for a manager. When I got Maria (The manager) she put me on speaker phone so they could yell across the store rather then transfer me to the copy center. After all that was told they ran out of paper for floor plans. I asked to cancel my order. She said ok. I asked for the store manager, I was told he wasnt back until next week. I asked for the dist. mgr. She said she didnt have his information. I called the corp office and spoke to the office of the president. I was told I would be getting a call from Bill Abernathy. the dist mgr. Today I got a call from Maria telling me they had the paper and I could resend my order. I told her no. I already took my order to office max that I didnt see the point in giving my money to a rude store. She snapped back at my with You didnt want to hear anything yesterday I ended the call at this point and called the office of the president again. I will be pulling all personal and business needs from staples. Horrible service. I guess Bill Abernathy is to important to speak to customers.

Everytime i left this location. i leave upset and angry. there are so many workers but they rude, not helpful and like to say you can do it yourself, its easy, after you requested help.

I would like to give a big thank you to Elizabeth in the Printing area at this location for helping my mother and I today.My father is currently in the ICU and you helped us print out these prayers that my mother worked all night to get drawn for us by someone out of country. Strange sounding I know but it is something that is very important to my mothers faith in her religion and hope for my fathers help.Its only 8 pieces of paper but your kindness means so much to us.I hope your leaders recognize you for going above and beyond!

Fat lady at the print center was not helpful at all, she was too busy flirting with a male customer. I came specifically looking for assistance on my print job and she didnt deliver

Managers Bo/Beau and maria couldnt put together a 20 piece puzzle if it came down to it. They couldnt answer a simple question but their associates were able to answer my question for them. they obviously dont know whats going on in their own store, which by the looks of it, is going down hill very fast. Looks like none of the employees want to stay there. Always a shortage of people. Even had one of their employees tell me that a few of them plan on walking out very soon. Sad.

Just came home from staples located on 7865 W Bell Rd, Peoria, AZ 85382 Arrowhead crossing. My wife and I were asking Rebecca at the printing department to print a memorial sheet for my late uncle. I asked rebecca if she would backspace on a name so the folder would print out correctly, as the previous employee did for us, which actually takes two seconds. Mind you, no one is else is waiting in line at the print counter, rebecca flat out said no, as to say, what do you want you’re bugging me attitude. Rebecca stated “all I do is print, if I did it for you, I would have to do it for everybody REALLY!!! rebecca..not customer friendly, ...carries a chip on her shoulder, smartallick attitude, shows no respect for customer. debbie, the manager was also not helpful as well. The manager, debbie had to ask another employee from another department what she should do???, REALLY ...this is a manager asking for advise, I thought debbie was the MANAGER to run staples business, not run customers away??? the previous staples employees were excellent and helpful, Kudos to them!!! today was a totally horrible experience caused by one arrogant rebbeca, which should not be in any customer service. Now I understand why so many customers do not conduct their business through staples. Not a customer friendly experience, unprofessional.

I came in for a printer today and Michael helped me find the exact printer I needed. He was extremely professional and I felt that he took his time to help me. I was able to get a 4 year warranty for my printer as well so if anything happens, I can get a new one. Will return in the future!

I had good service when I went in to pick out a new desk chair, but as none were in stock, I had to get it shipped to my house. They requested my email, presumably for shipping issues and receipt/warranty backup, so I gave it. Within a week, I started getting a sizeable number of scammy looking spam mail. Coincidence? I never give out my email normally, I certainly hadnt signed up for any new services in the last few months.So. Anyone reading this? Dont give out contact information to a main email account. I dont blame the store, per se, as this was likely done by someone up in corporate.

They need all your personal information so you can get 2 copies printed for you. Wow. Remember when you could just ask for 2 copies printed and the transaction was so simple? Im gonna try office depot or FedEx instead now. Goodbye Staples

Great place, fair pricing & a helpful floor staff.I use the printing for cards, flyers, & 24 x 36 page printing. The print group is awesome help, and will get your printing done on time.

I went to the back corner where they copy things, do photos and so forth. It was the busiest Ive ever seen them! They handle it pretty well though, and though she told me that my order would take until Monday, after she saw what I needed done she said that I could pick it up tomorrow which is 2 days earlier. I appreciated that. Theyve been at this location for the longest time, and they are my go-to place for things like that.

Had a great experience. The employees were very helpful. I went in to print a large amount of papers and got everything done quick and easy thanks to the great assistance I received.

I placed an order online for worship lyrics to be printed on two pages of paper and then bound together (it said online I could do some cheap binding). They called me claiming they had NO IDEA how to do what I wanted. I told them just do what they could and it would be fine. I just needed it for one Sunday. When I showed up to pick them up I waited an hour because the prime department had no idea what they were doing and the management was horrible. I overheard them talking about how they had left someone on hold for 15 minutes. When I finally got to the front of the line just to pick up my stuff, the words of my pages were so small they were unreadable. No reasonable print department would ever allow something to be printed so small. Don’t use this Staples. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

I had major issues with my not so smart phone while trying to get some documents printed. Both Elizabeth and the other very nice young lady attendant were helpful and more patient than I expected. Thank you to both of them for being what customer service should, and used to, be about. Ive found my store from now on! 👍

Every time I come to this store, I feel invisible. You can step up to the counter and no one will address you. Granted, they COULD be busy but the only reason they could be busy is because of customers so, it would be nice to be greeted and have some idea of when you will be helped.

I came in here last night to get some things, I needed help on ink cartridges, and there was no staff available on the floor to help me. Literally saw only 3 people working. And it wasnt busy. I asked the lady with glasses if I can get help and she was so rude and just said she didnt know. Very unprofessional. The only cashier that was there, she was busy and still tried hard to help me, she was very sweet. The only reason why this place is getting 2 stars, if not it would of been 1 star for that employee with glasses.

Follow up:this place still has horrible customer service. There is a huge line for the self print. Some people are standing at the print station waiting for help and no one comes. Then when they do, after 5 min, they tell them to hold on, walk away and take another 10 min to come back. Why not move them out of the self print and the employee print it for them. This way there isnt a long crowded line during the pandemic.I came in to print 2 pages they offered the self service but it would put a $5 hold on my card. I dont even have $5. Im a struggling mom just like many other Americans. So you ask for some other way but they tell you it will be an hour wait because they are backed up. Well Im standing infront of the printers and nothing is printing. Maybe they are backed up because they are not doing their job. To make things worse both employees have attitude as if we are asking them to perform heart surgery. They completely ignored an elderly man. Then gasped when another asked for help. Just click print. Then on to the next customer.

The store vs its employees. The employees I encountered had their hands tied by the nonsensical store. The store doesnt have a means for customers to drop off a letter to be collected later by the postal service. The store deals with the USPS, but doesnt have a pickup plan. Secondly, the store has no public restrooms. A large Out of Order sign hangs on the restroom door. A business of this size should make access to its restrooms a high priority. The lack of postal pickup and restroom access gives the store a black eye. The employees were practically apologetic for inconvenience.

Their copier that customers use was down. So the manager made the copies for me on another machine behind their counter even though they were really busy. She gave great service with a smile!!

Very bad service! Low staffed, lazy and slow workers! One of the girls directed me to the self-serve machine because I had a lot of documents to print . The machine didn’t work properly either. I spent about 45 minutes in the store trying to get the machine to print or one of the workers to print them for me and they were unable to do that.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Maria, the store manager is such a rude person! She speaks rudely to customers and employees. I hated her her attitude. She said she could not take a check from corporate office because of the date! Ridiculous! All checks are voided after 90 days!! Never will be back here. I looked for the corporate number to report her but it seems this store does not care about complains or customers!!!

Waited for almost 30 minutes for them to get my ESTIMATE (not the order) of 4 copies done that somhow got translated into 88 copies, you will have better luck at doing this yourself.

BAD...BAD... REALLY BAD customer services. The General Manager Benjamin is the worst... He was rude to me. I was waiting for some one to help me and he and a other employee keep talking each other.. I felt invisible... and them when he finally help me he was RUDE...I was talking to him and he just walk away from me... I dont know how he is the GM... this guy need to loose his job. He make me feel unwelcome... I feel like I was bothering him...

Might as well have a robot doing orders. Staff was useless..I wont be back. Staples used to be about customer service what happened. Almost 30 minutes for 10 copies no thanks...and the copier/fax machine says it doesnt charge the $5 for the pre auth and ONLY the amount you owe its a lie because I just checked my account. Now Im calling my bank $6.50 for a $1.20 transaction..lesson learned wont be back Staples.

I WAS TOLD THEY CAN NOT COPY A BLACK AND WHITE PHOTO OF A VEHICLES DIMENSIONS I WAS TOLD IT WOULD COME OUT ALL BLACK HOPEFULLY THEY GOT IT RIGHT WHEN I PICK IT UP TODAY OR IL BE RETURNING IT AND THE LAMINATED ONES AS WELL.

Been here twice in the last week each visit has been more and more unconvinced the manager literally came out to help the print center after 30 minutes in line to tell me that they could not print for me because the machines were being used i had to have a debit card or she couldnt help me

Terrible service. Terrible wait for everything. Printers either broken or you cant print your documents because they have a network issue. Lasr time i camr in for lamination services you morons said it would be over a hour wait. Youre garbage.

I had to get help from another customer making a copy i didnt know what i was doing i tried to ask for help but everyone seemed to busy not doing their jobs so i lost money making copies of nothing thankfully the man who helped me also paid for my copies. Thank you sir.

Worst Staples ever! Called 3 times all waiting 5-15mins and no one answered. Called before i got in the store and they were just looking at the phone as it rang! I asked why they are not answered my phone in hand and said was busy... nobody was in the store! Bad place! They were out of what i needed!

Great experience, the print people r amazing.

Trash. The workers stand around and talk while we’re struggling trying to print at their crappy self serve printer/copier machines. They don’t even come try to help us but stand around doing nothing right next to us. I’ve given this place multiple tries thinking it’s just a bad day but every time I have bad service. Won’t be going back.

There is absolutely not UPS drop off here. You have to wait in a slow line being served by undertrained and uninterested workers.

I was on hold for 15 minutes before anybody answered the girl in the printing department answered told me she find out what I needed to know and I was on hold for another 15 minutes before I finally just gave up. Called a different Staples and had all the information I needed an under 5 minutes. Cant say I recommend after one experience
