My children (10 yo daughter and 23 month old son) started in February. My son was only 15 months at the time. He had anxiety because he was new to daycare all the way around. His teacher enjoyed him and my daughter enjoyed the director Miss Kristi. About summer it was under new management. When this happened my son started to get bruises and bit. My daughter HATED her teachers. They yelled at her for no reason. The school age class has changed teachers more than they change underwear.I am a CCMS recipient and there was a mix up in tuition for the month of August. When it brought to my attention I made arrangements and paid 300 a month ( my month tuition was 157/mo) I paid almost 2 months to catch up. I needed one more month of 300 to catch up.This month I was threatened by the general manager Anna who said my children were unable to return until paid in full. Okay. I paid partial that day and planned on paying the remainder this week.I received a call on 10/18 advising a tuition reminder . I advised that I will pay it and informed that my children are not there and understood that they could not attend until it was paid in full. Today, 10/19/21 I received a call advising they are discontinuing care. Now I know the reason and I am fine with that. The issue was no one decided ti communicate with me nor take responsibility for actions towards my children. I have never posted because I am a recipient of help they would kick me out for any negative comments. Now my children are no longer able to attend is an issue because I had written a check for the remaining balance and was going to be paid tomorrow night. This center has changed. They general manager has yelled at me when discussing terms and now surprisingly they are not answering my calls when attempted to pay tuition in full.Sad thing is my son doesnt know any daycare and being an infant in the pandemic and not knowing anyone thats all he trusts. They do not see the children as a children but more as money and income. No CARE in childcare at all. They could have atleast told me , hey qe are unable to continue care if not paid in full today. NEVER DID THAT HAPPEN

It is so difficult to leave your most prized posession(s) in someone elses hands. If youre like me, you probably are reading every review. I will say every place has issues, but the important thing is how those issues are addressed. The team is very responsive to parent concerns. If you are looking for quality care, then you are looking in the right place. P.S. I highly recommend the PK2 program with Ms Tia. My child is beyond prepared for Kindergarten.

I don’t usually post reviews but I’m a first time mom and dreaded the day I would have to go back to work. My 3 month old has been at the facility for 2 days. Mrs Victoria is a master at balancing time with all the infants in her care and her attention. The communication she provides and updates are amazing. She even makes time to send photos of my child throughout the day. She’s made this transition little easier and I’m so grateful for it. I just wanted her to get the recognition she deserves. I’m glad my baby is in her care.

My son started at this daycare when it was kids academy of Texas and it was wonderful! Then it was bought by children’s courtyard and it went down hill. They let the director and assistant director leave and replaced them with completely incompetent people. The whole feel of the place became unfriendly and I was actually happy that they kicked him out the week before he started kindergarten. I understand why they did and am fine with it. But paying for a whole week of tuition for 5 hours on a Monday is ridiculous. I would not recommend this location to anyone even though his teachers were great.

My sons been coming here for almost a year now and he has come so far! I was a stay at home mom before and he was premie so he was pretty far behind developmental wise. He’s now almost 3 and knows all his numbers, colors, letters, etc. he looks forward to going every day and tells me his best friends are his teachers. You couldn’t pick a better place for your kids to go to!

We enrolled our 24 month old here in early February. She has a developmental delay that mostly affects her speech. It is difficult for her to communicate what she needs --although that is probably the case with most toddlers. My ex-husband and I thought that she may be autistic, but she was cleared by her pediatrician and started progressing with speech therapy through ECI. The feedback from the daycare we received up until recently was that she was doing well and improving. Suddenly, after a change in management, I was told that it was very difficult for her to stay with her class group, and that she was running from room to room uncontrollably. They recommended that she be placed in Special Needs, commented she was probably high functioning Autistic, and that I need to work with her more at home. Although I had already explained my daughters situation with them weeks prior to her being enrolled. I also had received great feedback from her speech therapist and pediatrician about her behavior weeks prior. Its possible that she could have been overwhelmed by the environment (it was her first time in daycare)-- I dont know because the feedback seems to change depending on who is giving it.I took her out after this comment, because I did not want her to be targeted. There seemed to be no patience for my child in general, but this just confirmed my suspicion. I felt like I was being made out to be a bad parent or something because of how she was acting out when I would bring her in everyday. I found private daycare closer to home, and they actually report to you what your child is learning each day. Whereas with this one, I never got update on the Bright Wheel app calendar concerning her curriculum. So we I had nothing to build off of for her to sync home learning with school. I came here originally because I was advertised to about their language learning program, but this ended up not being what I thought it was.I would just say that you need to pay careful attention to your children if they have some type of delay. They cant tell you if they are uncomfortable verbally, but it just seemed like she hated coming here. I was encouraged to give daycare a chance, because it was something new for her. But I think she was not a good fit for this particular site. Maybe this center caters more to children who are much older or who otherwise have no real issues with learning? My ex-husband even agreed with taking her out of this program, and we dont agree on a lot of things. He had a lot of trouble getting in touch with the office in general to ask questions. He requested the link to watch her over the camera system, but never received it. (I did not want to use it). My advice would be to find somewhere that is familiar with developmental delays if your child has one. The facility should also be able to provide a consistent teacher-child relationship, and not a different person every shift ( I think this is what made her anxious coming in). I also ask that you make sure that they are able to provide the extra attention your little one may need, and above all that each staff member has patience. Watch how they speak to other children who seem to misbehave regardless of age.TLDR;I should have left the first week, when I picked her up. A teacher that was instructed to go and get her from the classroom looked straight ahead at me and said I have to pee. The director had to go get her from the classroom herself. It is not a horrible facility by any means but, I just dont think children with special needs belong here.

My 2 boys age 6 and 1 relocated from East Texas to Grand Prairie and they had both been at their previous daycares since 6 weeks old; I have nothing but praises to give to the staff at the Lake Ridge location. My boys come home daily with my happiness and they actually crash because they have had so many activities during the day. I’m updated hourly if not less from an app used by the facility for my 1 year old and I get to see how often he’s changed , fed and even photos of playtime and mealtimes. I highly recommend this facility to any relocation/transition family. I get very much help with any billing concerns or for my little baby boy from Ms. Breanna, Ms. Milka, Ms. Christie and Ms. Tia !!! Ms. Tia was a huge help in the transition of my 6 year old from virtual to in person learning. We will literally be here until they are too old for daycare lol ❤️
