I put my daughter in Justin’s classes so she could put her energy somewhere & learn discipline in the process. She is learning great skills and loves the class. I also started taking the classes. It’s challenging yet fun. I do a lot of different exercise regimens but this by far is one of my favorites. I highly recommend for anyone.

Great place!! M-F classes with Diverse group of people. Everyone is very friendly. My son is 5 and just started classes, I would say 4 is youngest but they really teach the kids so well. I was very impressed on the first day that my hubby and I decided to join as well ! Its intense work but Im confident that by the end of a few months my son and I will get the hang of how to really defend off an attacker -female OR male because we joined coed; I may also be honored to make a promo video for them someday which would be lots of fun so look out for that... I HIGHLY recommend this place because of how well its ran, the cleanliness, and friendly people. if you want you or your kids to join an intense/high energy workout / self defense boxing class JOIN KONQUER! 💪 😀

I just finished my first free week. I was extremely satisfied with how welcoming everyone was, and how I was given individual attention. Not once did I feel intimidated or out of place.

Great gym with great people . The intructur is knowledagble , but i also lets you be yourself.

Great place to learn any martial arts, especially karate for both kids and adults!

Great place. Teaching self defense, martial arts, Muay Thai kickboxing, Brazilian Jui Jitsu. The instructors are very personable and knowledgeable. You get one on one time. Teaching all ages. My children love it, as well as teaching them defense skills, self discipline, and good exercise.

Our family can not get enough of the benefits Muay Thai has brought to our household especially with Mr Mitchell at Konquer Academy. We truly are grateful!
