I cant describe how happy I was to find Milestones (previously Kids R Kids). We were searching for daycare in this area for my one year old daughter and nothing felt right (or good enough really!) until we found this place. The two administrators, Jennifer and Becky, lived up to every positive review we read about them, and they have never once made me feel bad for asking first-time-daycare-parent questions and they are ALWAYS there to quickly answer phone calls and emails during the day. Due to covid we unfortunately have not been able to meet my daughters teachers in person, but I have spoken with the lead teacher on the phone multiple times and she was super kind and patient with me especially during my daughters first week. And I was so happy about the schools video system, where I can login any time during the day and see what my daughter and the other kids are up to. Definitely worth that extra peace of mind during covid when parents cant physically be in the classrooms. Theres much more I could say but I very much recommend checking it out if you are looking for childcare in the area!

My 3 1/2 year old loves Kids R Kids! She started daycare for the first time a couple of months before she turned 3. The teachers and staff were wonderful in assisting with getting her and us acclimated. We were first time day care parents and had a ton of questions. Becky at the front desk was very patient and answered all of my questions/concerns. Our daughter is now in Tanya/Michele/Kristals room and to say my child loves them is an understatement. When I come to pick her up in the evenings she wants to stay at school! An added bonus to this amazing school is they have in room video viewing. I can log on anytime of the day and get real time viewing of her classroom/playground/cafeteria.

The VERY BEST preschool & Daycare in the Triad! Not only do they have the best curriculum and extra curricular activities offered during the day, but the teachers and staff treat every child like their own. Both of my boys have found their “second home” at Kids R Kids and we couldn’t imagine it any other way!***Not to mention, it is the only Preschool/Daycare that I have seen teachers and staff continue for 20 plus years! My children have some of the same teachers that my 30 year old siblings had!!!

Our son started here almost 2 years ago and we have been extremely happy with the results. The teachers here really care about the children and work very hard to maintain the high standards we hold our son to.

The best preschool in Greensboro/High Point.. We started here when our daughter was 2 1/2. We wish we would of started here first. Our daughter has really grown & blossomed since being at kids r kids.

I love this daycare, my daughter is in the school age room and we have not had any problems at all. Ms Becky at the front desk is the best I love interacting with her and my daughter adores her. All of the staff is friendly. I also like Ms Margi she has a old school way of teaching and I just love it. The daycare offers alot for great pricing. I wish I would of found this place long ago.

My daughter has been here for 2.5 years and loves it. She feels very comfortable with her teachers and I feel comfortable that she is being taken care of well. They do many arts and crafts with the kids and there are cameras you can log in to if you’d like to watch your child throughout the day.

My nephew started here when he was younger. Then my niece and my son started daycare in August 2018. I can not emphasize how much my little one loves it! He is 18 months old and already has learned so much! His teachers-Ms. Chico and Ms. Barbara are the most caring, nurturing caregivers, but it doesnt stop there. Every single person that works there- you can see how much they love their job. The women that greet you as soon as you walk in are amazing! Becky, Jennifer, Michelle all feel like family. Wouldnt dream of putting my son and my nephew/niece anywhere else.

My son has been going to Kids R Kids for 6 months now. Very nice and clean facility. Love the video camera feature so I can see what my child is doing throughout the day. Nice and friendly staff.

Love love love this school! My daughter is doing excellent, absolutely adore her teachers and staff everyone is amazing!!

My daughter has gone to Kids R Kids since 18 months. She is now 5 years old and will be going to Kindergarten in the fall. We are saddened to see her leave as the staff have become more than teachers than have become family!! I can not express enough how patient and caring they have been with my daughter.

They put all innocent and Bully kids in one room, all Big and Small kids in the same place, and do not stop big kids bullying young kids.No discipline and rules and still most expensive Daycare in the area.please save your kids and enroll to other daycare like we did.,,this needs to improvelaziest staff and stand/stare kids like they are in prisonLast day of my kid in there, the teacher apologized that sorry your daughter suffered by being bully by older girls, WOW and she did not do anythingPlease care for your kids and do not send in there

My child has attended Kids R Kids from 12 weeks old through preschool. We have loved our time there. Any concerns weve had were addressed professionally and to our satisfaction. The school is always immaculate and bright. I appreciated that they were not shown tv programs at a younger age like some places do.My daughter has learned a lot and will be well prepared for school. Shes proud of her school and the entire staff seemed to learn our names as well as hers, well before I would have expected. Some of my favorite things have included Splash Park, field trips, classroom stations and the art she started making at an early age. We feel fortunate to have gotten a spot here and would recommend Kids R Kids to any parent for daycare through preschool.

My experience is a couple of years ago so hopefully they have made changes since then. My five year old son attended summer camp there. My son was being accused of all kinds of bad behavior on a daily basis often that he denied. I believed the teachers there for quite a while until things didnt add up. They do have video parents can watch. Not abused but 100% neglected by the teachers who stood around and talked the entire time, ignoring fights and then punishing kids based on other kids tattling as they had no clue what was going on. Completely ignored my son being sick although I knew as soon as I saw him and he had complained to them of not feeling well. Would never let them near my child again.

The teachers are alwa disrespectful to the children and most certainly are fake when parents are around. i don’t recommend this specific one

I was thinking that this place will be good coz academy tour was good. My 4 year old son going there. And there teachers lisa and taniya .both are so rude .my son went first day. Next day both start complaint .he does not do this and that ..these teachers not even attend parents with smile ..if u try to tell them something abt ur kid. Both will ignore and dont even talk in manners..ridiculous I am looking another place for my son ...one day I watch camera another kid was hitting my son so bad. And these teachers were not even trying to stop him not to hit my son..not happy from this place..
