This was by far the best experience I have ever had. From the instructors to the new friends(family) I have found. If you have any doubts about choosing this program let them go! They are amazing and your guaranteed at least 2-3 job offers after they are done with you!

Triad Aviation Academy is an AMAZING company to train with. All of the staff is fantastic. David will get you through the paperwork. He’s great! Carolyn taught my class. She is fantastic! This has definitely been the most memorable experience I’ve had in my life!!!!! I have met some truly wonderful women that I will stay in contact with these friendships will last forever with me! The amazing instructors insure you are to become more knowledgeable about being a flight attendant while also having the time of your life meeting amazing women. The Travel Academy is an amazing school. The instructors here are very helpful. They answered every question I had. Most airlines hire at 21 years old. I am 19 yrs of Age and I was happy that I didn’t have to wait 2 years to become a Flight Attendant. My instructor helped me get a video interview in 2 days. One thing I can say is that they won’t stop until your are hired.

Triad Aviation Academy was the best decision I have ever made! The school was amazing and the manuals taught me so much! The instructors for this class really helped and taught me so well! The women I met during this class we all shared an amazing bond and became super close and I can say we will all be life long friends! At the end of the week we had an interview with an airline and we all 5 got the job! I can not thank this school enough for the start of my flying career!

This has been the BEST decision that I’ve ever made. I came in to this program not having any experience in interviewing and the instructors were so dedicated to preparing us that I aced my interview. I walked in praying that I would leave with a CJO, and that’s exactly how I left. Now I have my training date and after a month, I will be 30,000 feet above the world for my career. I’m so thankful for Kim and Camille especially! They love what they do and it’s contagious! They are so funny and kind and they not only make you feel like number one, but they prove it when you leave with a job. So proud to say I have been a part of this program!

Such positive experience throughout the whole process. David was my first contact and I must have had a million questions. He was very attentive in his listening and was very patient with explaining each detail that put any of my reservations to rest. Carolyn was very helpful getting the materials to me quickly and was a very gracious teacher. She taught to the class and not necessarily textbook. We went over everything in our manuals and she adjusted to teach us as a whole and individually of what our needs were. Kim came in for a few days and she must have a crystal ball. The airline industry is a very difficult industry to get into. The interview process is a very rigorous and in depth process. I chose to enroll in the Triad Aviation Academy to help me with this process and to understand what I needed to put myself in front. Carolyn Dillion was an incredible instructor and provided the instruction needed to do well with the interview process that goes with trying to get into this industry. Fun and great experience. Instructors are easy to work with and are willing to go the extra mile for their students. Best of all even after you graduate they are always willing to help you succeed. Great connection to have if unknowing about flight attending and also a great way to get your name out to airlines. The area for F.A.C.T at TAA also offers a wide variety of other schools and aviation opportunities.

Class is a week long. M-F. Teaches you the basics for flight attending. Building confidence for an interview. Really ready to go by Friday. I enjoyed my time meeting everyone. Kim is super nice and everyone gets along and knows about aircrafts a bit more.

Was about to take the course with these guys, but unfortunately, I had some unforeseen issues arise. Throughout the process of getting signed up though, David and Wendy were extremely professional and understanding. Based on my circumstances, they could have easily suggested I take the class anyway just so they can make a profit, but they did not. When my situation changes, I will definitely be back. An absolutely incredible week. Met amazing people and learned so much so fast. The only thing I would personally change about the experience was just that the airline recruiters should have prioritized the academy on a higher scale that way we could have been able to interview with more of the airlines. But other than that I think everyone was pretty happy with the outcome of everything.

Horrible experience, very unprofessional. Took payment quick without signing contract and when asked for a refund they took forever to give it back, they stated that they dont give refunds and it said so on the contract but I NEVER signed the contract therefor they had to give me my money back. Could have been quick, sweet and to the point but they are more worried about collecting money and not so much giving back

At first I was hesitant on spending money to become a flight attendant it was the best decision I ever made. Kim was great every step of the way from financial planning to what to pack. When I arrived I felt home away from home Kim greeted me by name without ever seeing or meeting me & I wasnt the only one. Now to talk about the actual training so much information in a short period of time however she was patience with explained each section of the curriculum in a way that was very beneficial come ez1xam time. Next was the face to face interviews with actual recruiters from actual airlines. Kim did mock interviews with the class and one on one that helped me secure my future. I interviewed with two airlines and actually Got HIRED with both if you 2nd guessing dont!! I recently Graduated from FACT school last week, And i honestly have to say, it was the best program and learning experience i could have ever done. Wendy and the staff were exeptionally wonderful. I can take what i have learned and use it more than what i did before i attended. I highly recommend this training if you are serious about becoming a flight attendant. All the information was VERY relevant and useful in understanding the life style and training and hiring tips. They help you with your resume and offer up-to-date guidance on what to say, what to wear and what to do with the video interviews and face to face interviews. Worth every penny and a very pleasant and enlightening experience.Ive gotten comments from people who claim that FA school is a scam and that you just need to apply to the airline and they will train you - IF YOU LAND THE JOB!!! My response: This class never intends to take the place of the airlines training courses. This class is especially for people who want to make it through the interview process and actually land a job! They review and assist you with your resumes, they present you with basic airline jargon and thoroughly cover the role of a FA. We practiced interviewing. We stood up in front of the class and gave answers to practice interview questions. The class and the instructor would critique us and offer suggestions to make our answers stronger. They made us bring our interview clothes so they could critique them and give us better ideas. They helped us to prepare for the on-line videos. She took us to tour an airliner. She took five us down to Charlottesville to participate in a mass interview process with PSA. Three out of the five of us got a job that same day. A large part of the tuition that you pay goes for your own comfort. The school provides you with a single room for four nights at the Marriott and they provide you two meals a day. And we built a lot of camaraderie with the other students. This class gave me a lot of knowledge and confidence. I learned things that will stay with me and make me a better interview candidate regardless of what career field i am interested in. The class was worth every penny!

Where to start.. this class was an amazing experience and a dream come true ! The amount of things that I learned here gave me so much confidence and made me even more excited to pursue this amazing career ! Thank you so much to Carolyn and to everyone for making this an unforgettable week!

As a retired, small business owner my husband was looking for a new career path with different adventures and exciting challenges. With his love of travel and customer service experience, he decided he would like to try to become a flight attendant. So about two years ago he applied to every airline he found actively hiring new flight attendants, but was never granted a face to face interview. Eventually, he turned his attention to other ventures. But last September while he was online, an adertisment for Flight Attendant Training popped up. It piqued his interest. He began researching his options. There were several to choose from including expensive two month courses that offered career training in several different areas of the airlines that he didnt need. He decided on FACT (Flight Attendant Career Training), at Triad Aviation Academy, which to be honest sounded too good to be true. The tuition included two training manuals, an intensive 5 day curriculum, housing accommodations, a couple of daily meals, and was surprisingly affordable. He spoke with the admissions office, all of his concerns were addressed, and a few weeks later he was on his way to North Carolina. The instructors were patient, knowledgeable, and professional. They helped students with their cover letters, resumes, and taught them how to interview with the airlines. It was everything he had hoped for and more. He came home excited about the prospect of what lie ahead. I, however, was skeptical, even with FACT s 90% placement rate, that an airline would be interested in hiring a 65 year old applicant. Bob completed his certification the end of October, and on December 5th was invited to train with Skywest to become a flight attendant. He is over the moon! Thank you FACT, for making his dream a reality, we couldn t be more grateful.
