3 hours in to my daughters first day of daycare at La Petite and I did not like what I saw on live video. Toddlers were just running around, climbing on tables, rolling on the floor, some even throwing toys across the room, I even saw a boy walk out of the restroom with his pants down. Kids were not engaged in activities and there was no organization. My poor baby buried herself under stuffed toys after several attempts of trying to play with kids but being rejected. She sat on a small couch under stuffed toys for more than 5 minutes and care giver didn’t even realize it until I called to have her checked on. I thought she had fallen asleep but she had just shut herself down away from the stressful environment. My daughter loves to be around children sharing and playing with toys, she was not happy here.

A few year back these people forgot my 2 year old daughter outside in the playground for lord knows how long. They didnt notice until later when a parent was picking up their child saw my daughter standing outside in the heat. If you love your children dont take them to La Petite for as much as these people charge youd figure they hire more competent people. I hope theyve changed since then for these kids sake.

My daughter only been there 3 days, so far I like the daycare. They have very good structure and seems to give my child all she needs as far as educational wise. Im rating them a 3 because when enrolling they do not communicate there services very well. In the beginning before I enrolled my child I ask did they provide transportation they told me yes. Then, when my child began school there they told me they only provide transportation to and from schools. Which they could of explain better in the beginning. Also they told me that they provides diapers and wipes with the tuition. Now today when I was dropping my daughter off they tell me they provide them with an extra fund of 10$ a week. That is not providing if Im paying I am the one providing. Which I have no problem doing, but will not be spending 40$ a month. When I can provide diapers for lower cost the entire month with the diapers I already have at home that will still be enough to take to daycare. They need to have better communication with the parents before waiting for them to enroll.

I love this place! The staff is sweet an loving. You can tell they all love what they do. Its clean an the children are always happy. My daughter loves going to school every day! I would definitely recommend this place for your children!

Im a new parent at La Petite Academy but I really love it! I took my little one out of another school and placed her here and I have been happy ever since. Her teacher Mrs. Donna is by far the best teacher there ever was, and I am very pleased with having her! The Director Ms. Mykeisha and the Assistant Director Mrs. Alicia are also wonderful. They truly go above and beyond to help make transitioning as easy as possible. I will highly recommend this La Petite Academy to all my friends.

There’s no perfect daycare because there’s no perfect person but this place is as close as it gets. My now four year old has learned so much and my 6 month old I trust is in good hands. We’re about to move and I’m so sad to leave these guys, I’m not sure how I’ll successfully replace them but wish us luck. I seriously could go on and on about the positive aspects of this daycare but I’m just going to keep it short. Thank you guys so much! Really going to miss you all 💜

My daughter has been going to this school for a year! She absolutely loves it here! She wakes up faithfully ready to see Ms Mia and Ms Tia! Her social skills have excelled since she started here! They keep you updated with all that your child does from what they eat to the activities that they participate in! Alicia and Mykeisha are the greatest! Thanks for being a great part of my daughters childhood!

My daughter attends La Petite Academy - Benmar. I pulled her out of her old school and placed her here because I heard it was a good school with good teachers. My daughter loves coming to school, she loves her teacher and has made lots of friends. I see the difference in dropping her off in the morning vs. when she was attending another school. She is happy to come to school and anxious to learn and play at La Petite Academy. I would definitely recommend this school to anyone that has a early starter or preschooler.

My babies( twin boys) have been going to La Petite for awhile now and I must admit that I am very pleased with the staff, how clean the facility is and most importantly how INDEPENDENT my babies have become since starting daycare. I loved all three infant teachers because they were so involved with not only my babies but all of them. Mykeisha and Alicia always go above and beyond to make sure the kids are good by any means necessary and I as a parent really appreciate that. I want to send a special shout out to Mrs. Elizabeth for helping my babies become independent big boys! That is EXTREMELY helpful with TWO ACTIVE toddlers. Keep up the good work La Petite!

My son has been going to La Petite for almost 8 months now (hes now 11 months) and he really seems to enjoy it. He is all smiles when we drop him off in the morning (often more excited to see his teachers than to see me, ha!). The staff is really great. Im very thankful for them.

My 1 year old son has been there since he was 9 month. At first, our experience with Lapetite was not good. Because he cried a lot, but after a while he got used to the academy and changing started. I am very thankful of directors and teachers because they taught my son eating. Now he eats regular foods very well and likes the food that is served in the school. The location is great for me. Because it is so close to my work place and I go there and see him every day at lunch time.Teachers are nice and specially the new director Ms. Candie and area director Ms. Barbara, care a lot about children and hiring good teachers and upgrading the La petite at Benmar from a very good place to an Excellent place.Although, I was not happy with the school at first, Now I like there and my son is happy and is developing so fast. He started walking at 10 month old. thank to La petite.

Place is nice and staff is very friendly. Centre director Mykeisha is good and helpful. special thanks to Ms Elizabeth, she is awesome she took very good care of my daughter and is the best. I recommend this place.

I love this school they take very good care of my 5 month old who has been going since she was 6 weeks and my now 4 year old......they always happy at drop off so I know they are not being mistreated...when a problem occurs it is handled in a timely manner and appropriately.......I love the staff

My seven month old daughter has been going to this daycare for about 5 months now. I am very happy with La Petite. The facility is very clean and well organized, and the teachers are very caring and knowledgeable. I love that they send home a sheet every day that says:What, when, and how much my daughter has eaten that day.When and how long she napped.When and who changed her diapersWhat she did that was special or what she seemed to enjoyMy daughter always comes home happy, heathly, and clean. Definately a 5 star daycare.

My son been coming here for 2 months now and I’m pleased, I’m happy and he loves school. He has learned sooo much, I was scared at first but now I’m happy, I can see through video cámara the whole time he is there, and the app I know what he ate, when he goes to the bathroom. The people here are very friendly, I love that every time I have a question they always have an answer. I am happy with this location for now.

I am extremely happy with the care my 21/2 year old daughter received from this location. I was extremely skeptical about taking my daughter to this location because it is in Greenspoint and the area doesnt have the best reputation. But it was close to my job and really my only choice. I went to visit the location and tho it is not as aesthetically appealing as I would like, the directors are amazing and so are the teachers. They seem to really love working with the children and everyone has a wonderful and loving attitude. It is a great school and my daughter learned a lot in just a short time there. She still talks about her teachers and friends on a daily basis. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because I think the school its self could use a bit of an update. The owner may think of investing a few dollars into newer items for the class room such as toys and furniture and give the place a slight sprucing up and some new playground equipment. I dont think the decor matches the energy the teachers bring to the school. But honestly that is my only complaint.

I am a new mom at this place. My kid is 4 days in. She still cries when dropping her off. This is was the 1st location I went to when searching for a daycare. I didnt have to continue looking. The girls up front are really sweet. My daughter is 2 years old. I am only giving them a 3 because its too soon. I still have not had a full experience with them. I enjoyed the tour and the staff is really nice. Also, they have an app where you can communicate through the day. They send pictures and video and a daily update. That helps a lot. This whole experience is really nerve wrecking for both of us. I really am praying they are the ppl they claim to be and they didnt just sell me a lie. I hope they treat her with lots of love and patience. The only thing I do not like, that when I drop off my kid in the morning, its always a different person. But so far so good.Update 3/12/19My kid only lasted 2 weeks. She stopped going. On the last day I picked her up. I observed her teacher, (i think her name was Ms Brown) handling a kid too rough and she was being very snappy to him. That was enough for me not to take my daugter back. I jst could not bare to think that mine was being treated the same way. Its as if she was 2 different people. The lady was so sweet when she gave me th tour but acted so different when she thought no one was looking.

Omg what can I say about la petite academy off benmar and greens, but I love it!!!! From the first day I walked up and saw the key pad to getting let in to and talking to the wonder Alicia. She went over everything even before I could bring it up. She understood the transition my daughter would be going through from being with me 24/7 to being at daycare. Then the staff not just in the infant room, but throughout the whole building were kind and pleasant. They made me feel sooooo sure secure and safe leaving my daughter with them. Then they offer the precious status app alerting you to everything your child does the moment they do it. Then I met the amazing director my mykeisha who runs a tight safe and family oriented daycare. If you are looking for a place for your precious little ones to go this is it. I dont exaggerate my experience. I only wish they could be open later and on Saturdays. Thank you for taking care of precious baby girl.

Nothing but good things to say about LaPetite at Benmar! The staff are friendly, helpful, and understanding, the school is clean and kept and most importantly, my children are learning and they really enjoy it!

My five year old just finished pre-K in La Petite and now hes going to another school . We had a great experience, he was there for two and a half years and I never had an issue with the staff. Ms Mykeisha and Alicia in the office were always friendly, courteous, and helpful . All his teachers were awesome, especially Ms. Shoomaila, she taught him so much, from science , social studies , math , thinking skills etcetera.. I felt like I had left my kid with a second family, everyone is so loving and school is very safe. I have nothing but good things to say about them. we will miss them so much!

My children go to La Petite Day Care Center in Greenspoint area. They have been there for couple years now and I am still so very happy with the school. The school has been through so many wonderful changes. The New Director Mrs. Candie is awesome and has done such a great job with making some great new face lifts to the school. Mrs McK. is still as awesome as ever. The kids teachers have done and still do so much for my children and all of the other children everyday. I cant say how happy &proud I am to have my children attend this school.SincerlyAmber Landrum

My daughter 3 year old DeAysia started LaPetite a couple of months ago and she absolutely loves it. She was cried in the beginning when i would drop her off but after the first week and she warmed up to everyone she was okay. All she does is talk about school and all the activities that she does. She even wants to go on weekends. I also like how her teacher, Ms. Betty keeps me up to date on her progress and her behavior daily. Sha also does a great job at teaching the kids their manners, days of the week, colors, etc. I would definitely recommend LaPetite Academy on Benmar to others. So far our experience has been nothing but positive.

It is horrible now I had too take all my kids out here since this new rude director do not bring your kids here. Avoid this place!
