Very poor customer service here, bordering unprofessionalism.1. When dropping my infant off, they told me that they wouldnt have accepted her had they known she has an older sibling. Their reasoning was that the older sibling could catch something at school, pass it onto her, and shed then contaminate the place.2. The company that booked my reservation made a mistake and booked a half day, rather than whole day. Rather than hearing me out and trying to work with me, they made their annoyance known and kept emphasizing the fact that I was late to pick up my child and that I needed to pick her up ASAP. They didnt seem to care about my situation, but rather just wanted my child out of their center as quick as possible.

The teachers and Ms. Carmen are very kind and are invested in childrens growth. They are very flexible in their approach and work with parents on personalized requests, if any. The documentation of our childs progress has been top-notch, and they were considerate enough to organize a lot of celebrations for the little onesTheir hours are very convenient for working parents, and we would highly recommend Miss Pattycake to everyone in Houston/ West U / Rice Village.

We had a great experience at Miss Pattycake. The staff was very kind and professional. I felt like they truly cared for my baby. I looked forward to getting pictures and updates throughout the day. This daycare has a family atmosphere and the teachers really care about the children. My son (6 months) loves coming here and has a great time. Carmen, the director is friendly and caring to the children and my sons teachers Laila and Jackie are kind and attentive. Thank you for looking after my most precious little person so well.

You pay 1000$ and over for a monthly tuition that doesnt include snacks or lunch. Definitely a rip off!

We love this place. Great teachers. Its a small day care where you get to talk with all the teachers and they get to know most of the kids. My son has learned a lot here and he has a lot of fun ... and more importantly we feel like they love him and all the kids.

The staff loved my daughter-even though she could be quite difficult. They worked with her and treated her like their own. I found Its Playtime with backup Care Advantage for my son when I needed. When my daughter was born this place was a no brainer. There is lots of love at Its playtime.

If I ever need my children to attend daycare again, I will definitely choose them. I would recommend them to anyone in search of childcare.
