This is the best place in Irvine for lessons! My son loves it here. His drum teacher is so nice and professional. My son is learning fast and he always makes his lesson fun. He is playing in the holiday recital next month. The people at the front desk are always so warm and friendly when we arrive. I feel so welcomed here.

We definitely love music town and they help my daughter (7 years old) to love to play instrument again. Mr. Randy is so nice and also very knowledgeable, professional. My daughter loves to play Ukulele and Guitar because of his patient teaching and encouragement. And most important, she enjoys music and starts to practice by her own desire now. Very impressed by their fun lessons and we even had a good recital experience after 3 months lessons of Ukulele. Thanks for Randy to help my daughter love music. We strongly recommend this place to all the parents.

This place is fantastic. I havent played in 20 years. I called a few places in town. I visited a couple places, but when I came here they made me feel right at home. My teacher is knowledgeable and makes the lessons about what I want to learn. Great prices, expert teacher, and really nice person at the front desk. If youre looking for lessons, save yourself time and come here.

My daughter wanted to try a new instrument and Randy was very nice and patient in guiding her, while making it fun. Practicing her instrument used to be a chore, but now she actually has fun doing it. Now my other daughter is taking drum lessons from Randy. Randy cares about his students and always encourages and teaches them in a positive way. I recommend Randy and his studio to all students who are interested in learning music!

I come around this area all the time and I finally saw there was a music school here. I was extremely excited and very pleased with the service that I received. I will be looking forward to doing more business place in the future. It’s a great place to get started in music!

My daughter and I go to the piano and guitar lessons in Irvine Academy of Music, we love this place! Teachers are great, very professional and really know their job. My daughter had several years of piano lessons experience at different places, and Irvine Academy is the right place to continue music education. It’s also perfect place to start learning new instrument, I‘ve began playing guitar olny two months ago and I love it.I would recommend Irvine Academy of Music to kids and adults!

Found this little gem by mistake. It is right at Culver and the 5 frwy. My daughter is always singing around the house, so I decided to get her vocal lessons. I never knew there was so much to singing - breath control, tone, resistance techniques, head voice, chest voice.......they definitely have the pros teaching here. Highly recommended.

Lana at front desk is very accommodating. They have motivating instructors , the fact they don’t exactly follow the instructional books, and keeps lessons fresh and interesting.Environment is very clean, organized, and easy to access.

The absolute best place in Irvine for music lessons. My son lost interest in playing piano at another brand store, we have been going here for 3 months and he really enjoys his lessons and his teacher always make it a fun game for him

My daughter started taking lessons here last month. We took lessons at another store nearby before and she grew bored and wanted to quit.The owner Randy is a nice guy and really connected quickly to what my daughter wanted. The teacher was using contemporary music that my daughter likes as a way to teach her fundamentals. She actually practices now on her own and asked me if she could continue.The lessons are priced right and I dont have to commit to a long term contract. Highly recommended.

Everybody talks about how Randy at Music Town gives lessons, provides rental/new instruments, fixes or refurbishes currently owned instruments and most importantly, gets your FAMILY excited about MUSIC...YES, all of that is great and true (we rent a Cello)! But, were here to talk about Randy as a person. He is a genuine guy and very knowledgeable about all aspects of the industry. He will never look at his watch when he is with you.. One call to Randy and talking with him will sell itself. Wait til you meet him! This guy not only refurbished my 30 year old electric guitar, but he went the extra mile and got the handle on my guitar case fixed! All without charging me one extra penny than what was previously agreed upon. I offered to pay for the gas to drive out to Corona to fix it, and he wouldnt take it. Randy is as real as it gets. He is true to his word, there are never any surprises, and NO, we are not family members but would like to think of us as friends (and if he ever invited us somewhere, we would absolutely go! LOL)! And by the way, my newly refurbished guitar sounds and looks AWESOME!!It was SO EASY to write this review! Randy is one of the coolest cats weve ever met!Greg and Tammy Larson
