First my friend called them to get information on their Esthetician program and said the lady on the phone was rude and would not give her a chance to ask specific questions, my friend thank her (sarcastically) and hung up on her, she could not believe how rude this lady was with a potential student.I did not believe my friend and decided to call myself (I am also looking for Esthetics school) and its so true, the person over the phone has no customer service skills, rude and unpolite; instead of bringing potential students in, she pushes them away. They really need to find someone friendly and willing to give information without making potential students like they are bothering her.I do not recomend this school as I can only imaging how they treat their students once they are already enrolled.

I wanted to get my esthetician license and I found this beauty school close to my house. Even though previous reviews were not the best, I still decided to give it a shot. I called to inquire about their programs and prices and the staff were super nice and friendly. I liked how patient and detailed they were and I will definitely be starting my classes here next year!!

Been getting my hair cut here for a few years now. I’ve had some cuts take a long time, but you have to expect that when it’s students cutting your hair. I think of the 30 or so haircuts I’ve had, only two haven’t been absolutely perfect, but even those two weren’t bad by any means. They are very friendly and the instructors will make sure you get what you want. The only drawback is that some of the students don’t speak English which can make it difficult to communicate exactly what you’re looking for. There’s always someone there who can translate but it might take a bit extra time. Be prepared to spend about twice as long as you would do at any other salon. Again, if you’ve ever gone to get your hair done by a student this should be familiar. If not, just remember they are still learning.

I’m researching beauty schools to go & OF COURSE, I always read reviews & whoever is working at this schools & replying to this bad reviews... PLEASE STOP. Every reply is super defensive & just makes the school look bad. I’ll keep looking, NEXT.

They say all their services are supervised, but they are not. I went in for a trim and to add a couple of layers... she chopped my hair off. About six inches of it, and gave me the worst layers. The teacher gave her vague instructions and left for 45 minutes. When she came back it was too late. This girl took 1 hour and 45 minutes to give me the worst hair cut of my life. If you like your time we’ll spent and to have beautiful hair don’t go here. If they can’t train their students to give a simple hair cut, how on EARTH would they be able to teach them how to use chemicals?? Save yourself time and self hate.

SAVE YOUR MONEY! when I went to this place searching for nail tech courses I was super excited....til i found out the course was $10k! Just for nails!!?? That was just ridiculous to me. The building was very old and no great parking at all. The admissions person was kinda stuck up and not giving me much info other than there was no classes at the time and they would call to let us know when classes would start that was in JANUARY, its April and theyre just barely calling. I am attending a school thats way better and was way more affordable only paying 3k for everything (WBI in reseda) which to me is so much better than 10k. Save your money go somewhere else.
