I don’t know what kind of Culinary Institution this is but I know their head chef Josette is Racist and very, very disrespectful.I represent a pretty large caregiving company and drove through LA Traffic in 100 degree weather, all the way to her restaurant! Only to find out if we could use her space to teach our amazing caregivers how to cook and eat healthy! We were also going to bring some “very positive” media to your establishment!Instead, she took one look at me and before I could even get a full sentence out she said “have a good day Sir I’m not interested”! Confused I looked at her because she didn’t even let me finish a full sentence before cutting me off and then when I tried to explain this to her she “you can go”, then walked away like I wasn’t even standing their!Completely unbelievable! I am still in shock and have no clue what just happened?!
