The best school in Memphis! Such a caring instructor and an awesome community of classmates, clients, and teachers. I’m so glad I chose this school over others offered in memphis. My life has been changed by my experience here. Little life lessons and gifts that I will carry with me past my graduation date!

WOW! I bought a Groupon deal for this place and was a bit skeptical because of past aesthetic schools but this one defies all odds! Literally booked for my next appointment before leaving. I felt like my needs and goals were theirs too, and that meant so much!

I had the best facial of my life, today! My esthetician, Kathy, was amazing and so knowledgeable and friendly. My skin was glowing when I left. I never knew this little hidden gem existed until I saw a Groupon for it, but I will be back! Thank you so much for a great experience

In order to know when the next class is offered you have to go in the property. Which is very disappointing To someone trying to fit things in there life schedule. Where their time and the patrons is not wasted.

The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Anterea was wonderful and had the softest touch. Their prices are reasonable and their services are great. I will be returning for another facial.

I had an appointment to tour the school. Got there and no one was there, called and called it’s really disappointing that company’s are so unprofessional. Now on to the the next school thanks for wasting my time over a hour to get to this place.

I had a facial with Emma today and she was super friendly, polite and most of all did a beautiful job on my facial. I cant wait to come back! If you are looking for an affordable way to enjoy some pampering, this is the place for you.

The customer service makes the experience at this place! First, I must admit that I had a bit of an attitude of frustration when I left two voice messages because I couldnt get through to anyone. Little did I know that they were on break for the holiday season. However, when I received a call back, I was met with great customer service and flexibility on the part of the staff. My apologies a 1000x over!After getting over that hump, I was met with such pleasantry. The staff took exceptional care of me, and the instructor even chose a different treatment plan for me because of some inflammation on my face that wouldnt have done well with the microdermabrasion. Im glad she recommended a different treatment because I also was concerned about the effects of the microdermabrasion on my skin. And, the recommended treatment was much better for me I think!Last, I need to shout out Avry and Cali for treating me so well. They were so easy to talk to and gave me suggestions for my skin. We even talked about life and things unrelated to skin care. They made sure I was comfortable, and the hand massage at the end was an added bonus.Suggestions: The place was overall clean and decorated. But, if I were to give any suggestions, one would be to find a way to get the water stains off the sink areas because it gives an appearance of uncleanliness. The second would be to make sure the dust at the bottom of the machines is dusted. The last one would be to make sure the bathroom floors are well-swept and mopped. I think these are little fixes that would make a big difference and really set this place apart.All in all, I would definitely recommend this institute, and the number one reason would be the customer service!

I had an appointment for 7:00. After driving 30 minutes to get to this location, I found the door locked and no one was answering the phone. I knocked on the door, called the number on the sign, and waited at the door, but no one ever answered. My call was never returned, and it is now 7:55 - my appointment time has come and gone, and no one had ever called to ask if I was running late/cancelled my appointment/was having difficulties...nothing.Waste of my time and waste of gas. Thankfully Groupon offers refunds for unprofessional businesses.

The owner is pleasant caring and knowledgeable about all treatments and services she renders. The environment is nice and clean
