Nothing but good reviews for the instructors and my experience here. Did Muy Thai and BJJ and it was an amazing learning experience and workout. The instructors and colleagues that I trained with were all nice and wanted to see each other improve. Would still be training here if it weren’t for the pandemic.

Had the pleasure of coming here with my 5 year old son. First time ever, a martial arts academy with so many dedicated staff per child. Older children helping as well. Enthusiastic and incredible communication skills for all the instructors I watched working with the kids. Whenever we come back to New York my son will be visiting here!! You are all an example!!

Wonderful school for learning martial arts for both children and adults.

MMA is possibly my favorite place on earth. My son started when he was 4.5 and has been going for about 6 months. He is a more quiet, introspective kid, but is his most confident self in this class. He volunteers, is loud, loves to be called - basically his best self. Every teacher is amazing and strikes the perfect balance between expecting discipline and hard work with fun and praise. He is proud of his progress and we try to bring some of the terminology and energy home with us to apply to other situations. The kids respond so well to the continuity and environment. I love that it is 2x a week classes and that it is complete drop in. We also did his bday party there, which was a blast and was a welcome change from all the other parties. I cant wait for his sister to turn 3 so she can start! She needs it for a totally different reason, which is something else I love about it - it works for every type of child!

My daughter has been attending MMA for 4 years. The staff has a high commitment to excellence in both how they teach their students, as well as how they run their business. The instruction is always excellent, the students are always safe, and most of all, my daughter enjoys herself.

The Senseis are AMAZING. It is a MUST if you have kids. They help to build confidence, promote focus, and they are a lot of fun as well!

What a great place to train! The workouts are challenging and the instructors give constructive feedback so you really get to know what youre doing. You really get the sense that everyone loves being there, staff and other students alike. The atmosphere is open and un-intimidating. Even if youre not a great athlete, or even a martial arts type, they make you feel like it doesnt matter. They do a really great job here of letting you find (or perhaps discover for the first time) your strength. Ive had a great experience so far and have definitely grown in fitness and as a person.
