Our son went to this location from 3 months to almost 11 months. We relocated and were so sad to leave Kiddie Academy, it was actually very emotional on his last day for us and his teachers. The teachers in his classroom where so wonderful, affectionate, and dedicated to the kids 100%. They were always interacting with them, doing circle time, playing games, creating adorable arts and crafts to take home, and so fantastic at their jobs. Our son would actually smile and make happy noises when we would arrive, and would reach out for his teachers to hold him once we got to his classroom. The facility is clean, very organized, and we felt safe having our infant there.

This is the first internet review/ rating I have ever given for anything and I am doing it only to help other parents protect their children. I was so disturbed by what I saw I took my kid out after 1 day, before I knew he had contracted COVID because I saw how poorly the staff was handling safety procedures. Every teacher I saw had masks around their chins and I was later told only half are vaccinated. If asked, the manger says they follow all CDC guidelines which is not true. Mask usage and case reporting are examples. According to their corporate office this Kiddie Academy is not even reporting cases through their own management as even corporate rules require.I was told the parents of all children in my child’s class were notified after their teacher tested positive, but parents of children in other classes were not. If COVID broke out in my kid’s daycare, I would expect to be told even if my kid’s teacher hadn’t tested positive yet. I don’t know if there are any CDC or KA corporate guidelines to this effect but it was not the practice of this particular KA, or at least not when my child got infected there 2 weeks ago.Understand running a daycare in a pandemic is a difficult, but these kids and their families deserve better than this. I cannot speak for all Kiddie Academies as I am told they are independently owned an operated, but this one, run by this manger is not transparent, honest, or responsible enough to trust with children.

My grandson enrolled in Kiddie Academy-Conway and was there for 4 1/2 hr. Upon picking him up, his family asked for a meeting with the director the next morning to discuss concerns:1. excess of 18 children (2 yr. olds) in one classroom with 1 teacher and an assistant2. Children put in room out of camera range for 2 hr. naptime (extra charge for camera capibilities)3. Teacher NOT Vaccinated and staff members incorrectly wearing masks. The next morning when the family went to the school, once again there was in excess of 18 children in one room with 1 teacher. The family opted to take my grandson home as this does not meet liscensing guidelines and was not what they were told prior to enrollment. Within a few hours the school called to say the teacher of my grandsons class who was unvaccinated, tested positive for COVID-19.The next day my grandson developed a temperature and subsequently tested positive for COVID-19. Now both of his parents have tested positive.I called Kiddie Academy and spoke with Melissa, the director, asking her the schools policy and procedures for COVID-19 and tried to report to her that my grandson was positive. She was very unprofessional stating I dont have to talk to you and she hung up the phone on me.There has been no show of concern or conversation between the family and the staff of this school. If other children have become sick (I cant believe my grandson was the only infected child in that class,) our family wishes a speedy recovery with no long-term complications to all. I am very disheartened with this school and their lack of professionalism, decentsy and caring for children.

Our son went here from newborn to almost 1 year when we moved. We miss Kiddie Academy so much! The staff had a strong connection with our son and clearly spent a lot of time with learning and education.

This daycare is not following CDC COVID-19 guidelines. No screening testing at all, masks not worn by children and incorrectly worn by teachers and staff (below the nose/covering chin). Classes are blended multiple times a day. Sick children can be found coughing all over the place.

We love the facilities, but more importantly the personnel! Everyone is so caring and attentive. I feel comfortable leaving my daughter at Kiddie Academy while we work.

Update: we’ve now been enrolled here a year and still love it. Toddler class is fantastic, they take great care of my son.My son has been coming here for 3 months, he is in the infant class and we love it. It’s very safe, very clean. Yes, he gets sick sometimes like all kids do in daycare, but not nearly as much as my friends kids in other daycares. The curriculum is great, he is meeting all of his milestones and flourishing. They keep the decor fresh and greet us by name every day.The paying system is easy to use, and I love that I can watch him on the camera. You get a detailed update on your child after you pick them up every day.The fingerprint check in system is fast and secure, and lets me drop off my child quickly and get to work on time.Highly recommend.

I just reached out to the number listed but it transferred me to another location. I was cut off twice by a woman that was quite short and irritated that I was inquiring about the Conway location. She states they probably wont open until August but wasnt sure... Im willing to reconsider the rating if the folks in Conway can provide information in a professional manner.

My daughter started Vpk in this school and I think I was not wrong to choose it as a beginning for her school life, the discipline of her teachers, the treatment, the care, her beautiful facilities, and the cleanliness are for a grade 10, I love it, They also have a daily system of reports on the performance of activities, performance and failures of your child, cameras to keep an eye on, etc. It has definitely been absolutely incredible for me.
