I have never Felt more comfortable leaving my child at a daycare than I do Kids r kids. The staff and teachers always greet my kids as if they were greeting their own. The vibe there feels like family and it’s comforting to know my children are attending a facility where they are treated the best.

My daughter has been going to the school since she is been two months old and I absolutely love it. The teachers are amazing the front desk is amazing Miss Kim Miss Debbie and Miss Jen are awesome, they really care about their students. We get to watch them on camera as me please and they give us a daily report as soon as we pick them up 10 out of 10 I love kids r kids!

The owner and her husband (if it reallly is her husband) are ghetto and rude and disrespectful! The husband tries to diagnose your child and he is not a Doctor! Their staff doesn’t tie the children shoes or cate about their students. Just horrible all around! I don’t recommend if you have challenging children!

We have been here since August 2019 and have had an overall great experience. Jen and Sam are always welcoming and when you bring concerns to them they act on it and communicate with you how it will be resolved. Our daughter loves coming here, we did have a rough transition enrolling our three year old for the first time in school. The teachers and staff were supportive and communicated with us how she was going. Having access to live video is helpful and gives us working parents a sense of relief. Her current teacher, Ms. Frances, is super attentive and I can see she is very involved interactive with the kids. I love her upbeat attitude! We also really love Ms. Indy (where our daughter goes in the afternoon), she has a wonderful personality and you can see she enjoys her job and being around the kids. I appreciate when other teachers or the kitchen staff say hello or have a good evening. In regards to a the previous post about smelling smoke, I have never experiences this nor seen staff smoking on property. We will be continuing our enrollment to VPK.

We are caring for our grandchildren this week. The youngest attends daycare. The older after school care.It’s a lovely set up. Staff is friendly and elpful. I do wish they’d wipe the door bars tho and get the kids hands washed. It’s also spirit week this week and I think my grand daughter has been so far (Wednesday) the only participant in the daily crazy wear. Honestly, one day would be fun enough. I can understand why many did not participate. Parents are way Too busy! and the tots really don’t get it anyway. I’d rather see learning experiences instead. Verbal praise is what perks spirits! 😊

This place is just about collecting your money. All the school work is done by the teachers, kids are not even given an opportunity to try, parents just watch the cameras. And be aware of the 2 week notice to take your child out, they are very aggresive about it and will enforce it, no matter what the circumstance is.

We decided to change the camp our kids go to during the summer. We did extensive research on the camps available in the area. Kids R Kids at Waterford was our choice based on the staff, facilities and the field trips. The camp is not crowded. The staff are great with the kids and the facilities is high-tech. The kids are having a ball with the great field trips. They have made new friends and great memories.

My son goes here on school breaks and for their Summer camp program. They really do alot in the older kids program. Field trips 3 time a week, crafts, video games, outside/sports. They also have a secure app based check in/out process. Staff is always friendly and communicates what is going on the next day. Its a nice daycare /summer day camp.

My daughter loves her teachers and going to school. She jumps out of bed every morning excited and ready to go! The entire staff are always friendly, supportive and go out of their way to make each day wonderful for the kids. I would not want my daughter to go anywhere else. We love Kids R Kids!

My child was not enrolled at this location long (less than 2 hours to be exact), but I am currently looking for another daycare and wanted to share my experience of this one. I hope it helps someone else. After touring this facility and reviewing their DCF inspection reports online (which now mysteriously only start at 2019), my husband and I were sold on what we thought would be the best place for our child. After staying in the room with my child for a few minutes to help with the transition, I knew immediately this location was not all that it claimed to be. There were ratio issues, sanitation concerns, and ventilation problems (the room smelled of cigarettes and it was extremely hot).I am grateful that I followed my intuition to quickly remove my child. If this was my brief experience while I was in the room, I could only imagine what might happen if I was not there. To all parents, no matter what, trust your gut!In advance, for the owner or anyone currently at the school who decides to debunk my review. Please note, I have copies of well documented e-mails as well as a full refund check for the tuition we paid.

This daycare is awsome everyday my child is coming home and telling what she learns everyday. That right there tells me the staff members are doing there jobs. The staff members here are very friendly and seem great with the children and the facility its self is always clean. So if you are looking for a great daycare to take your child I would highly recommend this daycare.

I’ve only been taking my child to Kids R Kids for about almost a year now and have no complaints so far. The staff is great from the moment you walk in through the front door, to picking up my child and walking out until the next day. Communication is GREAT which is something that I always look for and I will continue to keep my child here until he cant go there anymore. 😊😊

This school is an excellent preschool for children from infant to vpk. They are staff friendly, clean and organized and not only do they teach the children Spanish but they also teach them sign language. I would definitely recommend this preschool for all parents to bring their child/children to.

Kids R Kids Waterford Lakes, in my opinion, is the best school for early childhood education in the Orlando area, and I did a lot of research before trusting my childs well-being with them. They have excellent staff, who go above and beyond, each and every day to give love and warmth to my child. While it is hard to be away from him, I feel assured that he is in safe hands at Kids R Kids, and he is learning by leaps and bounds. I am very thankful not only for the playtime he gets at Kids R Kids, but also for the educational experience, as well.

I absolutely LOVE Kids R Kids -Waterford. The staff here is amazing and so caring towards all of the children. This facility is one of the most professional and exceptional early learning schools you will find in this area. Thank you Kids R Kids for caring for my little ones, you all are the BEST!

My little girl went to kids r kids and let me tell you they have amazing staff members. They treat your kids like their own. The place is super clean and they are always doing some type of activity for tht kids. My son will be going there this year cant wait.

My 5 year old son just started aftercare here and he loves it. He is the type of child that takes a bit of time adjusting to new places but he loved Kids R Kids from the start and even gets upset when it is time to leave. They provide transportation from his school and I feel he is safe there.Their sign-in and sign-out procedures are very thorough and there is limited access to the building. They even allow you to see what your child is doing with their online webcam! This is an awesome academy and I am glad that I chose this center for my sons aftercare needs.

My son has been a student at this school for almost a year now, and we continue to be extremely impressed with the staff, teachers and learning environment at Kids R Kids Waterford. The owners and staff work hard to promote a family atmosphere, and they really care about the kids. My son loves his teachers and comes home talking about them and everything they did at school that day. Ms. Michelle and Ms. Dignora are two of the hardest working teachers I have ever seen, and in spite of all they do every day they still take the time to plan special events for the children and parents.The school is clean, safe and well maintained. You can watch your child on the video monitors in each classroom either from your computer, smart phone, or from the lobby area. The front entrance is secure and requires a key card access. The playground equipment is always in good condition, and they have a splash pad for the kids to play on during the warm summer weather.One thing that really stands out to me about this school is the low turnover among the teachers. My son previously attended another school and it seemed like he had a new teacher every couple of months, and this was really difficult for him to adjust to. The low teacher turnover at this school is an indicator that the teachers enjoy their jobs and feel appreciated by the management staff.

In 2018 I loved this daycare. Ms. Angelica and Ms. Yolanda were great.But now they are under new management and I dont think they are personable people. The staff started quitting and Ms. Angelica even left. They are way too many kids in the classroom. Just because DCF gives you s 16 number max that doesnt mean max out every classroom especially when you have one teacher. My son kept getting a different teacher and the curriculum was okay. His last teacher couldnt even get the class to line up to go outside, she had to call the owner to come. And the kids still werent listening. Its an okay daycare. I wouldnt say I dont recommend it but it wouldnt be my first choice.

My son attended this school for about a month. He is very social & loves interacting & playing with other kids in other daycares but he was having problems here. We pulled him bc he started saying “I’m scared of friends” when we would drop him off !?Also, they had a pretty negative attitude when it came to potty training with a teacher saying it “wasn’t their problem if he doesn’t show an interest.” Um .... last I checked, this is a daycare for toddlers who are learning to use the bathroom, which is an important life skill that needs to be taught both at home & at school. If I had that attitude towards doing something that’s in my job description, I’m sure I’d be fired so fast.So if you want a cheap daycare where your toddler will be alive, fed & not abused by the teachers (the absolute minimum), but scared of his peers in a school where I couldn’t even find a single book in (just ABC mouse) & not supported with your potty training efforts at home if your child is “not interested in learning”, this is the place for you.

This place was okay until the new owners took over in Dec. 2018. After that, Ms. Angelica was demoted and the majority of the staff were gone. Teachers began coming in like a revolving door at that point. My child began responding to the changes with behavioral changes. The new teachers that were hired had no knowledge of sensory disorders and constantly blamed my child for how he processed information. The director (formerly assistant director), Jennifer, is very ignorant in early childhood and once advised me to beat the hell outta my child when he began displaying behavioral concerns. I advised her I would not do that and as a mandatory reporter, she should know better to say that to a parent. The new owners give off a bit of make Amurrica great again vibes which did not help any. My son has a scar on his face to this day from a fall that no one knows what happened. He also fell once outdoors and had a huge knot on his head and no one knows what happened. Yet there are cameras everywhere! What I did not see as a red flag now is; parents are allowed to view the classroom the entire day from their phones. This is both good and bad.Angelica was gone for good a few months after the owners took over and no notice was given to parents. Many of us chose this facility because of her. She was great with the kids and my child loved her!They took my childs favorite blanket for several months until the day they kicked him out; it magically appeared in his cubby. He was kicked out right after I gave them a 2-weeks notice that I would be getting him the hell out of there! My son had been there for 8 months with no problems. The previous owners were very friendly, staff to child ratio was fine, and staff turnover was not high. As soon as the current owners took over, it was apparent that things were different. Jennifer got promoted to Director and failed to notify parents of all the changes occurring.Parents, please dont be fooled by aesthetics. These people are not well versed in early childhood development and now that Im aware of my childs diagnosed shortcomings, in hindsight, I realized how uneducated these folks are to not have been skilled enough to point out the signs of something being wrong. All they kept doing was villainizing my child to the point where he would scream telling me he didnt want to go during the last few weeks before I provided them a departure notice. There are a plethora of other facilities who will provide the type of care your children need. Dont fall for aesthetics, fall for the ones who arent in it just for your weekly payments. Find one who values childrens learning and development.

One of the best around. My child comes and goes to school daily excited, happy and just completely full of knowledge. He talks of all the things has done and all the things he learns. The staff is great.

My son started at Kids R Kids Waterford center, since he was a baby (suite 150) all the way to graduating VPK. The teachers and staff have been like family to us over the years. Being a single mom letting go of her child of the first time, my biggest fear was his safety, but they always made me and my son feel safe, secure and loved. Their curriculum, involvement, and activities with the children are one of the best! I couldnt be happier with my sons development over the years. I would recommend anyone to Kids R Kids Waterford center!

Kids R Kids is a wonderful place. My son loves to wake up every morning for school and he has learned a lot from kidsrkids. The teachers are great, the environment is awesome, very clean and the safety is on point. I highly advise this school to anyone.

This school has made my daughters transition from New york alot easier. The teachers are so welcoming and always willing to extend themselves above and beyond.

Our 2 girls loved going to Kids R Kids for Summer Camp. They had tons of activities and field trips. They insisted that I sign them up for Afterschool care instead of staying at the school care.

My little girl (2 yesr old) just loves this school and the teachers are great.

A couple years ago kids r kids was impecable. I really like how nice they are and I am sure babies and toddlers rooms are clean and well taken care of this review its only for the big kids. I have no doubt little ones are well taken care of and again this review its only for improvement. The pre k class that my daughter was going to enroll was very dirty. Starting with the toys that were very dirty to the class and the roach I saw. I decided no to withdraw her from her upcoming pre k because I found the the big kids classroom were just too dirty for me. I hope you guys could improve and maintain better those classrooms and I thank you all for being patient to me. Just next time a parent kind of points out the room is dirty please take action.

Owners are horrible to deal with. Rude, disrespectful and incompetent. They didnt have my correct address entered into their system, and proceeded to send me to collections for a bill I was never receiving. their daughter Irene Alexis, was completely unprofessional, and extremely demeaning, and instead of apologizing for THEIR incompetency and error, she proceeded to raise her voice telling me I should pay their bill (that I never received) for taking care of my kids. No thanks I will never have my children around this place ever again, and I will call corporate, and post on every other website that I can to voice my opinion. Yes, the teachers were nice, however, I feel bad that they have to work for such unprofessional people.

My son has attended KRK Waterford Lakes since he was 2 months old. He has learned a lot from their curriculum and has liked all of his teachers. He is in VPK now and learning to write his name and his numbers. He has met many friends over the years and looks forward to seeing them everyday. We are very happy with their program and staff.

If you have custody or visitation issues, please do not expect Kids R Kids to follow your instructions. They do not have a policy in place but instead the Director and Owners make it up along the way to suit their needs and make excuses to avoid being accountable.My son was in the nursery room for 8 months and while I did not have any major issues with the teachers in the room (Ms. Dixa was a doll), Kids R Kids was essentially a glorified babysitting service. His new school (StarChild Academy) is such a refreshing change. They have a gorgeous facility, stimulating curriculum, teach four languages, reading and even Math at his young age.Also, please take each 5-star review on here with a grain of salt. Kids R Kids was offering a prize of $50 at one point in exchange for positive reviews. As a parent, I found this very unethical and misleading. Finding quality childcare is already a nerve racking experience and therefore you should be able to rest assured knowing that the reviews posted are truly genuine and honest, not one that has been influenced in hopes of winning a prize.

We miss you so much, and we will always remember your kindness and patience at our hardest time when we moved to USA. Shai is 11 years old and prospering, an excellent student, a swimmer and plays the piano and trumpet.

We are extremely disappointed we enrolled our kids at this daycare. We already took our 2 year old away from there. The toddler class always smells incredibly bad and the staff appears unprepared. We kept our oldest one there but only because she already has friends there and would hate to put her in a new place. We have to park our car and bring our daughter inside while the couples who only bring their kids for VPK gets to drop-off their kids from their car. This causes great chaos at the parking lot and makes you feel like you are being punished for your kid being there full time. Cant wait for our daughter to start regular school so we dont have to deal with this place anymore.
