This is an amazing martial arts studio! Theyre WONDERFUL with children. They genuinely care about the children and take time to help each one improve. I am taking classes with my 10 years old daughter and my daughter has gained strength and confidence in her physical abilities as well as in her self-esteem and emotional growth. We both LOVE it! Thank you to the awesome Master Lee and his staff for creating such a great place here in Orlando!

United martial arts is Amazing!! Theyre great with children and they care about all the children and even the adults that take classes and they take time to help each one improve. They have a 2 week trial that you can take which my son did and he was hooked. He now has been going there for over an year and his confidence,as well as his self-esteem has improved tremendously. My kids have been going to Tiger Martial Arts over 4 years. The place is clean, and the staffs are very kind and helpful. Boys have made many good friends there. I ended up joining last year for an evening class. Its a great workout with proper warm up and cool down periods. And unlike an individual work-out there are lot of interactions with other students, making even more fun.

We love this place. The instructors and master Lee are second to none. They are the best instructors. The staff is very friendly and they really care about kids. The kids classes just awesome, and the kids have so much fun. And, they learn so much more than martial arts. Tiger Martial Arts is a great school! My mom and I began training there together and it was a great bonding experience for us. Between the amazing instruction, great workouts, and camaraderie we developed with the instructors and other students there, we couldnt have had a better experience anywhere else.

I have been going to Tiger Martial Arts since kindergarten and now I am in high school. I have made a lot of friends in addition to learning martial arts and discipline. The staff is very understanding and helpful and want the best for everybody.

Adult classes are awesome. My son and I truly enjoy the time to exercise together. It is going to be a good memory for us. Rachel, Tyler, and Master Lee are encouraging and supportive.

This is a great place to train. I have been doing Martial Arts for 10 years. Spent my first 4.5 years doing Kung Fu and then switched over to Muay Thai and a little bit of BJJ. I still currently do Muay Thai but when I visited them they understood what I was looking for and accommodated me. I am super happy with this place and would highly recommend anyone to come to this gym. Great discipline, respect and most of all great classes. Master Lee is truly amazing and so are the rest of the Coaches that help during class.

A great place to learn taekwondo. I started in the two-week trial program, and I was sold by the first night. Im eight months into membership, and cant recommend a better school. This is legitimate, traditional Korean taekwondo. The mat is abundantly staffed by friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable instructors so that every student gets the individual attention they need to learn the curriculum. The Masters always make adult class a blast. Definitely worth giving Tiger a try if youre looking for a fun place to get in shape.

Tiger Martial Arts is a wonderful Taekwondo place for both adults and kids. My son and my husband are taking lessons for many years. Master Lee and the staffs are very kind and supportive. They really care about the well being of the kids and adults there. I absolutely recommend this place. The afterschool program is also well organized and very helpful!!!

I joined adult classes in 2017 and have been very impressed with the lessons learned at Tiger Martial Arts. Master Lee, Master Rachel and Master Tyler are fantastic instructors. Overall, I am very happy with the workout and lessons I have learned so far.Environment is very friendly. My son and wife joined at the same time as I did and both of them are equally happy. This place is one of kind. Master Lee tries to teach the real spirits of Tae Kwon Do not just the skills. Especially I recommend the afternoon program and summer camp. My three children all went there and they loved it! Best place where the children can grow healthy physically, mentally and spiritually!

I was once his student when I was in college. I went to him because I wanted to build up my physical strength and learn self defence but I also ended up getting so much more than that. Master Lee also cares about building inner strength and taekwondo spirit. He encourages you to overcome your fear and reach your potential!Now I am married with a 5 year old boy. And I am excited to see both my husband and my son to go to him to learn. The fact that he has been in the area for 15+ years says something about his practice.I highly recommend UTMA for everyone!

Joining Tiger was probably the best decision of my life. The staff are amazing at what they do, always providing the best for the kids and whilst teaching classes. The schedule is always up to date and instructors make sure to keep everyone up to date with events and changes. Not to mention the environment we train in always has the materials needed (targets, cones, dummies).

We absolutely love UTMA! My son has grown in so many areas since he joined both mentally and physically. He takes so much pride in his accomplishments there, it has been great confidence builder. The highly skilled staff are exceptionally warm, encouraging and patient. They set high expectations but the environment is nurturing and supportive.

Incredible is the best word I can think of to describe Tiger.My son immensely enjoys every moment that he spends here; hes enrolled in the summer camp and after school program. He has been excited to go every single day, and the instructors are amazing with all of the students.The office staff is friendly, personable, and Master Lee truly cares about every single student of his. Wonderful school. My son has been attending for about 4 months and loves it. Master Lee is never abusive, there are parents there all the time and there is an open door policy. I have heard Master Lee get serious with the kids when they werent behaving but it was simply to say he would take their belts away if they wouldnt pay attention when the teachers were speaking. The kids quit misbehaving right away too. There was never any physical correction and Master Lee didnt even raise his voice, he just spoke very seriously. Anyone who writes that there is abuse going on here is either lying or has been lied to. We are so pleased with Master Lee and all his teachers, particularly Master Rachel who has helped my son with his confidence and self esteem so much that our daughter will be starting there soon as well. Dont listen to anything the other reviewer said that was negative...just come down and check it out for yourself. Thank you Master Lee and all the staff, our family truly loves you!

I have been attending Tiger Martial Arts since 2017. It is a great environment to study martial arts. Master Lee and Master Lewe are skilled instructors who have trained me at a pace I can handle. They have taken the time to understand my strengths and shortcomings and really helped me to improve my technique and flexibility and execution. I am a 50 + adult that enjoys the morning class schedule and the people in the class. Tae Kwon Doe has been a better and safer workout for me than going to a gym. Big fan of Tiger Martial Arts !

My daughter loves taking Tae Kwon Do at Tiger Martial Arts!!! The instructors, Master Lee, Master Lewe, Master Tyler, Instructor Shalyn and Mister Alex are all amazing. The kids have fun and get exercise while learning self defense, discipline and respect.

I am appalled by Priscilla Ls remarks. I have two sons that attend Tiger and I have sat through numerous classes with them and have NEVER witnessed the abuse she speaks of. Ms. Marion, Mr. Tyler, Mr. Alex, Ms. Rachel, and the rest of the staff truly care about the children. My 10 year old son has been attending for the last 4 years and is almost a black belt and my 5 year son started at 4 and is 4 steps from a black belt, so I do not think I would leave my children in a place and pay for all of their lessons if I did not feel they were safe. I have witnessed the discipline given at Tiger and the only punishment given has been push ups (inside) and sitting out of class. The only time the students are ever outside is during Spring Break and Summer Camp Field Trips. Tiger is one of the few After School / Sports that accepts students with Autism. As a teacher of students with Autism and Special Needs, this is a big undertaking and requires an enormous amount of patience and encouragement. Tae Kwon Do is an aggressive sport and it is not for everyone and I do not think it is appropriate to write a review on a business when it seems like the opinion is coming from someone that has an issue with one person. I can honestly say without the caring and support of Ms. Marion and Mr. Tyler in particular, my older son who has ADHD would not be thriving and almost a black belt.

I am a student at tiger martial arts i have been here for 3 years.My experience is very good Master Lee is very nice and does make student do pushups and jumping jacks but he only does that to discipline kids.The classes are going to make you child sweat but they are not super hard.Once a week for the after school kids there is fun class this is when the students get to play games like dodgeball.For holidays we have halloween and holiday december we have parties when we play games and have alot of fun with our friends.I recommend tiger martial arts.

Ive attended this martial arts academy for almost eight years now, since I was four. I know that Master Lee doesnt abuse his students and doesnt harshly yell at them as I saw one older review say. This academy teaches its students to defend themselves and persevere.Another great quality about this academy is that children who are more expierienced and are higher belts (some middle schoolers and high schoolers) are allowed to help out with younger students in elementary school or lower. It took me three years to get my black belt. Even after you get a black belt you can still continue a black belt curriculum that will help you excel further into different martial arts styles. As a middle schooler Ive been able to accomplish getting very good grades with the assistance of Tiger. In their after school program, students do their homework between their Taekwondo classes, and when they finish their classes and homework they read until their parents come to pick them up. Its an excellent program and youre allowed to join at any age over four. (Yes there are adult classes)This academy is great for the whole family.

Please dont regard the review given below by Priscilla L. This is an amazing dojo and an amazing family. It is a safe zone - not just physically but mentally, emotionally and spiritually. We all support and encourage one-another even though we are at different points on our path. It takes discipline, practice and hard work to push yourself beyond your boundaries and to grow if you want to accomplish anything -- as a martial artist, as a musician, as a student, as anything. In the time that Ive been there it hasnt been easy, but the results have been worth it -- Im accomplishing things that I never knew I was capable of. This has given me inspiration and drive Ive never had, and is changing my life in ways that I cannot describe.With regards to the person who bashed this dojo, part of her review says: he told me what was going on there [he being the son]. This review is coming from a woman who, sadly, takes the word of everything her kid says rather than investing in her kid enough to view the classes herself. Moreover, since our training is done on an indoor yoga-matted area, her claims of how Master Lee takes them outside in a 100 degree weather to do exercise if they dont obey what he says, to my knowledge, is not true - I have never seen or heard of any type of training or disciplinary measure being conducted outdoors, irrespective of the weather forecast. Finally, she says he started complaining that Master Lee and Mrs Marion pulls the kids hair, hit the kids without leaving marks to discipline the kids. While much of Tae Kwon Do is certainly a contact sport, the instructors are meticulous about matching up each student with another student who matches in their strength/stature, and if they themselves are working with a student one-on-one, never uses brute force beyond whats reasonable for that students height, strength, weight and age. We dont hit each other during practice (student-to-student OR instructor-to-student) -- we either practice hitting Addidas pads, or we use sparring gear if were sparring.Even though I cant do anything about people who dont have room for self-discipline and perseverance in their lives, I can [and am] testifying about how much this dojo has done for me. She says please research before having your kids there, so indeed, please come on out and see us some time to see what were all about! :)

I think this school its a very bad environment for the kids. please research before having your kids there. my son was there and we had a long experience but now he told me what was going on there. Not only him but another kids and parents as well.he started complaining that Master Lee and Mrs Marion pulls the kids hair, hit the kids without leaving marks to discipline the kids. takes them outside in a 100 degree weather to do exercise if they dont obey what he says.he penalize the kids by hitting them. there is several kids that he did that. he is rude to the parents, to the kids. there is 80 kids inside a very small room. the police went there and they said he is allowed to hit the kids because its a taekendoo class so he can discipline them. i dont think my kid should be hit by a teacher but there is nothing i can do besides the review and tell some parents that i know to take the kids out of this school to avoid getting hit by the Master. he is a rude person so its very hard to try to teach kids to respect people if he doesnt respect anyone.
